Extra Logon required when accessing the Job Monitor

Hi Friends,
This is an annoying problem. Whenever I load data to a data target ie Infocube or ODS, upon accessing the job monitor from the Manage target screen, I am prompted to present login credentials even though I am already logged in.
My account is configured with SAP_ALL authorizations.
Does anyone know how to stop this intermediary logon step ?

Information from the HTTP access log:

As you can see the first GET to the powerpoint file gives a return code of 200, everything OK.
Then a cpl of seconds later there is a "OPTIONS" call that returns 401, access denied, which produces the logon dialog box in Internet explorer.

Certain Users getting double logon screen when accessing the Portal

I have about 15 users out of 2500 that are getting the double logon screen when accessing the Portal. It's very intermittent, one minute it works fine the next minute it doesn't. I've tried almost everything on the client side, opened a case with Microsoft. Still no help.

The users are getting a login page with 2 login boxes. they can login, but it does not single sign them in.
Yes we are using SPNEGO, and it works for everyone except these users, and it does work sometimes for them
Yes it is possible these users are using NTLM becasue I see some events in the event viewer on the client indicating this

ITunes 12 crashes when accessing the store

I installed Yosemite and iTunes 12.0.1. Since then, it crashes when accessing the store (wolor wheel)
I re-installed iTunes. It works with my Library when my iMac is disconnected from the net, but as soon as iTunes tries to access the store and refresh iTunes Match… Bang. It freezes again and I have to re-install it (it freezes again when I restart, even when disconnected).
Ho can I solve this, please ?

I was having the same issue. iTunes Match had little or none to do with it. Basically anything that required logging into the store (I needed to re auth). Frustrating because iTunes now makes you use your apple id for the tiniest little tasks, and worse yet, it shows logged in, but it really isn't. Anytime I tried to authenticate it would time out and then cause iTunes and a library file to not respond, causing me to force quit. I did notice my wireless connection was suffering. I rebooted my router and tried again, voila! connected and authorized! no time outs! iTunes 12.0.1.26 seems to be a little sensitive to weak connections?

Downloading the file in our PC , when running the job in Background

Hi,
We have an enquiry for below requirment.
Our client runs some jobs in front end , but as the time taken to execute the JOB is more than 15 minutes , he is getting timeout problem, so we want to run the same program in background.
Generally the output of the report is to download the file into his desktop, so even when he is running
the same job in background he want it to be downloaded into his PC, instead of application servor.
We created a test program similar to the requirment, and ran the job in foreground and the file could easily be downloaded to desktop. Then we ran the program in backgound - The job failed with an error message Codepage could not be determined - Message no. FES025.
My Question is - is it possible to download the file into the desktop while running in background.
Please help me .

Are you able to view the log after refreshing and clicking the tick mark button on this message or is it not letting you go into the log itself.
Can you directly go to Log view thru Tcode RSPCM and see. Once you are inside try to find where exactly the process failed.

Is any extra isolation required when using Analog output to dirve higer power circuitry?

I want to connect the analog output of a DAQcard-1200 to a current amplifier to give 5A and a tranformer to give approx 200V, is any extra isolation required to protect the card?

As long as the maximum current that the board can source is taken in consideration and the input impedance of the external circuitry is high enough to prevent signal reflections back to the DAQ board, you should be good to go.
However, since the protection circuitry can be built with such little budget, I wouldn't take my chances. I would go ahead and include the protection circuitry anyway.

ITunes for Windows: Error -9812 when accessing the iTunes Store

So here is the situation. When I try to access our iTunes U site from the public link it works great, when I go thru the link that has me authenticicate it works on macs but on PC's I get the error message "iTunes for Windows: Error -9812 when accessing the iTunes Store" it's happening all thru our campus with PC users. Any ideas?????

We're having similar connection issues, and the error log on our web server says something about a certificate error. I noted that last year on this date there were messages related to certificates. Is it possible they are updated every Dec 2, and we should count on some down time?

iTunes is a program on your computer, it is not "the Internet". The fact that the program runs has no bearing on Internet connectivity.

BT HomeHub 4.0 Crashing when Accessing the Default...

Recently i have been trying to access the bt homehub 4.0 default ip page to access the homehubs settings i have done this before and worked perfectly however recently when i have tried to access this page to port forward some ports i have had total internet faliure as soon as the page loads the router flashes orange nobody can connect to it then after a hard reset we can access the internet however when accessing the deafult gateway for the router i does the same thing so i am unable to access my router's settings, or port forward.
Has anybody Solved this or can anybody help me to solve this?

I haven't heard of this happening before, have you tried a factory reset on the Hub to see if this makes any difference? You can do this by pressing the reset pinhole button for 20 seconds.

Why iTunes 10 crashes when accessing the iTunes Store?

iTunes 10 is local working well after starting. I can play all my music, videos , etc. When I like to access the iTunes store iTunes crashes without any warning.
What can I do, to fix the probleme?

I am running iTunes 10.1.2 on Mac OS 10.6.6
All my home sharing is turned off as is Genius (which was causing crashes on startup). I don't share my library. In fact I'm pretty sure I've turned off as much as I can.
If I access the iTunes store, iTunes crashes.
If I run Genius, iTunes crashes
Sometimes if I plug in my iPhone, iTunes crashes (I think it's going out to the network to find updates)
If I download a podcast or subscribe to a new podcast iTunes works OK.
If I turn off my network iTunes runs fine.
It seems that whenever iTunes talks to Apple's servers it crashes.
Here's what was posted to /var/log/system.log when iTunes crashed trying to access the iTunes store:
