Extra Phantom display reported

I've tried a search but I'm not sure how to phrase this problem.
I have a 2006 mac pro with 2 x NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT installed from new.
I have always run 3 monitors, a 20" Viewsonic LCD in the middle and 2 x 19" CRT's either side (Samsung on the left & Viewsonic on the right)
Yesterday the left monitor went black but was still reporting that it was connected.
I have swapped the monitor to another port and the monitor works OK so I figured the Port on the graphics card was faulty and shuffled all the port connections and connected this monitor to the 2nd port on that same card.
This has worked with the three monitors working again but the Arrange Displays function and the System Profiler are now reporting a fourth anonymous VGA display. When I select it in Arrange Displays the edge of it's closest neighboring display activates RED but this is all I can see of this phantom display.
How can I clear this wrongly reported device?

I am seeing the same phantom display, but my circumstances are very different. I'm on a MacBook Pro with no external display connected, and every few weeks when I wake up the computer it reverts to 800x600 mode, and the Displays System Preference Pane tells me I have a "VGA Display" (whose resolution is 800x600) mirrored with my built-in LCD. In my case the problem is rather minor, since I can just hit Detect Displays to make it figure things out (and give me back my 1440x900). Just now was the first time I have ever seen it happen at boot time (I don't reboot often), but I'm not sure that's all that relevant.
Have you resolved your issue?

Displaying Report in Web layout

Hello All,
Can anyone please tell me how to display reports in web layout during runtime. I've created a report in month_report.jsp, having both Web Layout & Paper Layouts. At runtime when I call the report the Paper Layout version is getting displayed. Is there any extra parameter I've to pass.
For Example if I give the following address
http://host-110:7778/reports/rwservlet?&report=month_report.jsp&destype=cache&desformat=htmlcss&userid=admin/test@testing&p_month=JANUARY
I get to see the Paper Layout version of the report. What I want is the Web layout. Is there any thing or any setting I've change in the Reports server. Kindly help me out on this.

No one seems to giving me a reply in the reports forums. They are hard to come by. Could you please direct me to some post which might be helpfull. I just want to know whether there's something wrong with the way I'm calling the report... May be thats the reason that I'm getting the Paper Layout as output instead of Web Layout.

Firefox not visible because of a phantom display

I have a 2010 iMac running 10.9.2
I have had a problem where Firefox started but nothing showed on the display. MIssion Control did not show that any extra displays were in use. Eventually I realised that a VGA adapter was plugged into the back of the iMac but was not connected to an active display. I unplugged the adapter and Firefox appeared on the main display.
It seems that Firefox was using this phantom display even though it was not recognised by Mission Control. The problem occurred after I moved Firefox to the VGA display and forgot to move it back to the main display. Evidently Firefox remembers which display was last used and will use it next time, even though the display is is no longer active. Other apps might have the same limitation.

I think all apps will exibit this behavior the OS tries to keep windows on the same screen.
You could also disable the 'Mirror' option, if you have it in System preferences (it's unclear to me since this is document for 10.8 & I don't have dual monitors).

Error in displaying report

I am geting the following error while displaying report-
<b>Internal error (-101) occured [Message 131-183]</b>
The reports are geting displayed on other pcs but not on my pc.I tried unistalling and re-installing sap but the error was not solved.

Web.show_document() to display report in cache?

AS & DS 10.1.2.0.2.
I try to use run_report_object to generate report in Forms.
Report Destination Type: CACHE
report status 'FINISHED'
I checked cache <o-h>\reports\cache, the report is there. But nothing is show on screen.
Do I HAVE TO use web.show_document('url') to display report in cache?
If yes, what url I should use? If no (hope so), what I should do to bring the report to browser?

Dont want to display "Report Successfully Run" applet

Dear Users....I Dont want to display "Report Successfully Run" applet after my report runs successfully. I'm calling report from Forms-10g Rel.2 and my browser is Internet Explorer ver.6. I'm sending my report directly to printer using Web.Show_Document.If my report is sent to printer successfully there is no need to display browser window with the above mentioned message. Is there any solution for this???

Display report in PDF w/o save

Hi,
I want to display Report on xmii browser without saving , I tried PDF action but it is giving error when calling url "File doesn't begin with %PDF-". When using image saver for saving file it saved on given path successfully.
I also used isBinary=true in url paremeter, which I found in forum for one of the reason of this error but still it didn't work.
Steps I am following for test case:
1. Create PDF document action block
2. Create PDF page action block - link to pdf document
3. Craete PDF text action block with some value - link to pdf document
4. Assign output parameter of PDF document action to BLS transaction output of type string.
5. call url:
http://servername/Lighthammer/Runner?Transaction=TestBLS/TestPDF&OutputParameter=Output&isBinary=true&Content-type=application/pdf
Please advise if I am missing something, I am using xMII 11.5.

Muzammil - Indeed Runner works with 11.5 too and its the Key to trigger a BLS trx via URL.
You can use Illuminator to execute Query templates so on via URL.
Alok - Your URL looks good but still if you are getting same error "%PDF" then check whether you are providing exact Output parameter you have mapped in BLS trx.

Get delivery number for PO items for complaint display report

Hi All,
I am working on Complaint Display report, While delivering the line items for a PO sometimes vendor may do mistake and then customer generates the complaint display report to let the vendor know the delivery mistakes. Delivery mistake can be done because of the following:
1. Charging amount more than was it was mentioned on PO
2. Not delivering complete quantities and etc.
Now I want to get the delivery items for each goods receipt item.
Information that I have is the invoice number and vendor number and the line item material number.

You can refer to Purchase Order History Table ( EKBE) for this.You can pass the Purchase Order or Invoice number to the EKBE-EBELN and EKBE-BELNR fields respectively. set EKBE-VGABE = '2' ( i.e invoice receipts). EKBE-BEWTP = 'IR' or 'IR-L' ( Po history category).

SQL Report Viewer Web Part Not displaying Report

I have just completed updating an old report using report builder 3.0. I have added it to SharePoint Designer but have not replaced the old report file.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
All I did was export the old report from sharepoint designer to my desktop. Then opened it with Report Builder 3.0- made changes to the report and saved it with a different name (for safety in case i break things) and then upload it back to the same place where
the old report was located using SP Designer. I then went back to the site in sharepoint that is displaying the old report, and changed the URL path in the SQL report viewer to the new report.
Now the SQL Report Viewer web part isn't showing anything (blank)

Spool Request Display Report

Hello,
Pleasure to be part of this community and ask the first question.
I have created a report and probably, that report is going to be scheduled to run weekly.
I want to understand how I can create a job and spool request display report for this program. I have found some information from this forum about SM36/SM37 T-Code and spool request display. However, I think I am not able to get the whole scenario of how it is going to work.
If someone can give me an idea, that would be great. Practical examples will be appreciated.

I am assuming you will be scheduling this job manually and not programmatically.. The process is as follows..
Goto SM36
Enter a Job Name
click on START Condition butto and click Date and Time button
you will see a button PERIODIC VALUES appeared below.
Click and select WEEKLY as you have indicated, SAVE it.
Enter date and time so that it starts on that time and is scheduled everywk at that time
You can enter NO START AFTER in case you want to restrict this.
Then Click STEP
You can enter program name variant and also select Printer specification
And that should do the trick..

Is it possible to display report on 3 pages? with the same query?

Convert it to a standard report with a custom report template, using PL/SQL function returning a SQL Query to switch between the 2 queries, and [this technique|http://htmldb.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=23415:2:0] to get the required layout. As it's a standard report you can use standard pagination.
