Extract color pane error

Good Morning,
I want to perform grayscale morphological transformation on images saved in a folder. When I tried to execute the program I encountered the following error.
Error -1074396080 occurred at IMAQ Extract Single Color Plane.
Possible reason(s):
IMAQ Vision: Invalid image type.
Can anybody help me what is the cause of the error.

How to use IMAQ extract color panel in a LabView file?

I want to change a color image into a greyscale image. Therefore I want to use the function IMAQ extract color panels but I don't know how to insert it in my LabView application.
Please, can anyone give me some advice ?!!!

If you want all of the color planes, you can use IMAQ ExtractColorPlanes. Allocate an 8-bit image for each of the color planes. Wire the original color image and each of the 8-bit images for the color planes on the left and bottom of the vi. The outputs on the right side will be the same images, and they will each contain the desired color plane. The input at the top of the vi controls which color planes are extracted (RGB, HSI, etc.) Grayscale will probably be the I plane in HSI.
If you just want a grayscale image, use IMAQ ExtractSingleColorPlane instead. Wire the color image to Image Src, and wire an 8-bit image to Image Dest. Select the color plane using the top input, and it will come out on the right side.

Invalid Color Space error after update Reader to 9.3.3

After updating Adobe Reader to 9.3.3 I run into the Invalid Color Space error when trying to open a PDF file created with CorelDraw 12 in the format PDF/X-1A. This format needed by a printing office to print the file. The strange thing is that Reader opens older PDF files exported from CorelDraw in thsi format normally without the error message.
It happens only with PDF exports made after the Reader update. CorelDraw settings are as previously used.
Exports in other formats, other than PDF/x-1, X-1A and X-3 open normally. How to solve this??

Why Invalid Color Space Error?

Hi Everyone,
I am receiving numerous "invalid color space" errors when viewing PDF files in Acrobat Reader (v 11.0.10) on Windows 8, but have not received similar messages when using Acrobat Reader (v 11.0.10) on Mac OSX 10.9.5. I will outline our environment and workflow below.
The PDF file is created via the export of an InDesign CC 2014 document. No errors show up on the preflight panel, and no warnings show up upon export. The file can be opened fine in the Mac environment with both Acrobat Pro 11.0.10 and Acrobat Reader 11.0.10. I can navigate through pages, print, and add comments in both applications.
When this same file is opened on Windows 8 it initially loads, navigates pages, and will allow a few comments to be inserted before showing an "invalid color space" error. If the error occurs during commenting, the comment will disappear, and I am no longer able to scroll through any other pages since the error reappears.
I would think that if it was file corruption the problems would be on both Mac and Windows. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful as all of my searches point to a non-Adobe product (as either the document source or PDF generator) as the culprit with this error.

Extract color planes in vision assistant

Hi!
When i try to use the "find edges" step in vision builder ai, a message tells me that the step supports only grayscale 8 bit images, while mine is a color 32 bit. i shall insert a vision assistant step to extract color planes.
But in the vision assistant, "the image is not accessible anymore", even though below in the box there is the step "original image". I can insert the image i want to work with with the step "get image", but then it works only with the one selected picture and doesnt cycle trough the folder.
What did i do wrong?

A cycle through the folder with vision steps is not possible (see Link).

FreeHand 11 Colors picker error on launch in Snow Leopard

I hava new 27 inch imac running Snow leopard 10.6.2. I got FreeHand 11 running great for the last two weeks. I always got an error on launch saying " Colors picker error. " Invalid color file. I click OK and it worked anyways. Today FreeHand launches and then quits when I click OK on the error. I reinstalled freeHand with no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Reinstalling FreeHand does not overwrite the Preferences or Settings files with new copies. If the problem is a corrupt file in that folder, you will have to remove it.
I suggest you make a backup copy of your Settings folder and then delete the original folder. FH will write a new Settings folder when it launches. If the problem is in the settings folder, then FH will launch.

Users/[Username]/Library/Application Support/ Macromedia/ FreeHand MX/ 11/ English/ Settings
Were you using ColorSync profiles as part of your color management settings? A corrupt ICC color profile could be causing the problem. Have you created any new profiles or installed software that adds profiles? If you search your hard drive for .icc with 'System Files are included', you'll see where .icc files are stored.

Hey , The cartridges you used when you got it are SET-UP cartridges and it says that on the side of the cartridge, correct? If so, they are used to initialize the printer but not made for longevity or high print yield. After the set-up cartridges you have to purchase normal cartridges that have significantly higher page yields and contain more ink. I'm sorry that you are not in a position to purchase more ink right now but unfortunately for you to continue printing you need all the ink cartridges and will have to invest in new cartridges while the others run out. To conserve ink try printing all your documents in black only. Your color ink cartridges will run out a lot slower. (be aware that even when printing in standard color and printing black text documents, you will still be drawing color ink.) Hope this clears this up for you a bit. Have a great day!

Extraction from 0HR_PY_1 error??????? pls respond immediately

i would need to extract data for payroll data from data source 0HR_PY_1 to BW based on the period of time say for example 01.2007 to 12.2007, the infopackage in Production is in full load i would need to initalise it to Delta. for this, i can first run full load for the period 01.2007 to 12.2007 then go for init of delta without data transfer and delta will be intialized and then select the radio button delta and go for delta extractions. this is what i need to do now.
for this i have extracted data from 0HR_PY_1 from R/3 to BW in full load, but in after extracting more than one crore records were extracted with a failure(red color status), it says that data is not extracted from correct client which seems to be wrong because only one client is maintained for R/3 Production and in RSA3 i could see no record for that data source, i wonder how those many records were extracted from ????.
and i also see the error saying "No assignment of payroll data to BW month". it is giving this error while extracting for the year 2007 but for the year 2006,2005 full load is done and it has not thrown such error.
do you think Assignment of payroll data to BW is compulsory, because i could see no assignment in R/3, if that is not done then how could 2006, 2005 years of data been extracted and when they are extracted i am not sure when and how they were extracted.

Extracting Pages and Error Message

My Adobe works great. I couldn't ask for a better product. However I have received a PDF file from a customer and I need to extract pages and insert them into another PDF. When I go to extract the pages I get an error message "Adobe Acrobat 9.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and them the program shuts down. It is only with this one document and I can't find much information as to why this is happening. Any ideas?

This sounds like an issue with the sort order display in Windows Explorer. If you use the File > Open dialog in Acrobat the files should display correctly.
If you're previewing the PDFs in Windows Explorer try clicking the Name button underneath the toolbar to change the sort order from ascending to descending, then a single click again should display them correctly.

Get the "cannot extract embedded fonts" error message

I get the "Cannot extract embedded font 'UZNVZW+HElveticaNeueLTStd-Hv-Identity-H'. Some characters may not display or print correctly." error message when I generate a PDF from MadCap Flare or Frame Maker. I am on Windows 8 64-bit / Adobe Acrobat 11 / FrameMaker 9 / MAdCap Flare 9.
When I do the same task on a Windows 7 system, works like a whistle.
I am looking at a solution and no workarounds.

Windows Perview Pane Error

Hi,
I have Windows 2008 R2 Terminal server (64Bit) with Reader X. (V10.0.0).
I'm having a problem with Windows Preview Pane (in outlook preview pane it's work perfect).
I'm getting error when I'm stand on PDF file.
to solved it i need to open acrobat and go to Preferences => click on Cancel (don't change anything...)
and afterwards any PDF file will open without any errors.
Any suggest?

Please update to the latest version of Adobe Reader avaialble i.e. 10.1.2 and see if it solves the issue.

Extracting SAP Tables Error

Hello Experts,
I am trying to extract data from a SAP Instance and dumping to a SQL server table. We are able to execute the data dump jobs for all tables except ADRC, BKPF, etc (Tables with 25 Million + records) . I am not sure if this has to with high data volume .
SAP Environment: SAP 4.6 C
BODI Environment:
Server: Windows 2008 R2
Database: SQL Server 2008, Web Server: Tomcat and Job Server run on the same server (Windows 2008 R2).
Designer is installed on The client (desktop) PCs run on Windows Vista 64 Bit or Windows 7 64 Bit
Note: I can run the same job for the same tables (ADRC, BSEG) from a different SAP instance (with much less data volume) without any issues.
When I run the job, I get an RFC Error: Key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE
Status: &INCLUDE INCL_INSTALLATION_ERROR
The BASIS guys looked at the logs and mentioned that there are "DBIF_REPO_PART_NOT_FOUND" and "STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET" runtime errors.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

make sure you have set the property parametes for ABAP DF to extract the data from SAP has set in right way. as in for standared ABAP prog name has to be start ZDQ/DI_* and some other relevant settings.

Size/color of error message

Hello All,
Is it possible to change the default size and color of the WebDynpro error/warning messages? Can we somehow change the icon, displayed next to the error/warning mesages?

Since webdynpro is suppose to be a standard business UI, I doubt that there is a easy way to change the look and feel of the messages.

CS6 not opening in CS5 color books error

When I save a PhotoShop CS6 file, the computer we still have running CS5 will not open the file. The error message is... "Could not complete your request because the specified color book cannot be found." What are the work arounds for this?

There was not a PMS color channel but there was an alpha channel. I deleted the channel and had them open the file in CS5 and it opened fine.
