F-03 and F-04 difference

Hi Can anybody tell me what is the dif between F-03 AND F-04 when we use these two and i want examples

To manually clear open items that have been posted to G/L open item managed a/c , moving items from the open status to the cleared status
On this screen u201CClear G/L Account: Header Datau201D enter the bank deposit clearing account that contains the items to be processed
Click on the u201CProcess open itemsu201D button.
Double Click on the dollar value(USD Gross) of the items to be cleared. Items should turn blue when selected.
Note:
Items should be selected in pairs (debit and credit amounts.)
The u201CNot assignedu201D field should be zero.
Click Clearing Text
Post & Record the document number
F-04 : Post with Clearing
