F-04 and F-03 Clearing T-Codes

In an F-04 Post with Clearing entry what would the additional accounting entries look like? In a regular F-03 clearing transaction would the only changes in the system be in the BSIS and BSAS tables?

This is in the ongoing sequence where I am creating everything from the scratch(customers, material, prices etc).So far, I have been able to create and save the salesorder>deliver it>pick the items and then I was going to carry out the PGI and then this happened.
when I use the date i.e(Planned GI) 27-09-2006, I receive the following error

If I use a date as R/3 wants ,say 27.02.2002(Planned GI),I get:-
"Picking date is after goods issue date"...which is obvious.
any day after 27-09-2006, say 28-09-2006(Planned GI), I get :-
"Goods issue date is later than delivery date"...makes sence too
one thing was clear here to me, I can only post in Feb/March 2002, while my delivery date is 27 Sept 2006 . So I am in a classic chicken-egg situation.
where and who is giving this "Posting only possible in periods 2002/03 and 2002/02 in company code 0001" message ? How can I override this thing from the past ?
I thought of playing it smart and change my system date to the year Feb. 2002 , but in the fear that a lot of other things will fall as a result of that, I did refrain from doing so.
Could someone make this PGI succesful for me

As I understand, my invoicing is not yet complete , it's got a number and got saved, but how shall I get rid of that red line message "Missing export data"(foriegn trade data incomplete...was the message while saving the billing document).I would be darn happy if I could just get rid of the foreign data part completely(just want to complete the invoice).Would this be checking off a mandatory rqmt. somewhere in the master data?
and would this also be the reason, why I see no accounting document which should have been on status 'open' by now ?

How to reverse and reset documents cleared by FB1S

Hi all,
This is the scenario am into:
Payment program cleared an open item doc say 19xxx for the vendor and created a clearing document 20xxx and check ABCD was send to vendor. Later found check was to be voided and the document reversed. Instead of doing FCH8, the user did an FB50 entry for the G/L account and executed the FB1S for manually clearing the G/L account with a document 30xxx. Now trying to void the check, gets an error saying "Document 20xxx is not purely a clearing document." The diagnosis explains that 'Payment doc 20xxx also has clearing document 30xxx in addition to its own clearing document number. As a result, the document cannot be reversed after resetting the cleared item.' The procedure explains again that to reset doc 20xxx, the cleared item 30xxx has to be reset prior.' I tried executing FB08 for the doc 30xxx, but errored out saying " specific document not reversible".
I know its not an often situation. Has anyone comeacross something of this sort and voided the check?.

Keeping your pictures safe is definitely important! Once you have synced the saved pictures to your phone you can transfer them from the phone to your computer. Are you using the Verizon Cloud Desktop app?

I purchased a blu-ray of The Hunger Games and it came with a code for a digital copy. I redeemed the code on iTunes but the download has been continuing for 2 weeks now and it never finishes! The time just keeps going up. Never an issue in the past.

ps when syncing it jumps through steps 1 - 4 real fast, i seem to remeber iphone showing the number of tracks transferring and names, but i see nothing? then it sits on 5 saying "waiting for changes to be applied"

What do you mean by dynamically? When yo set up a 2D bar code field you specify which field name/value pairs you want to include, along with other parameters. But be aware that they won't work with Reader unless you Reader-enable the document with LiveCycle Reader Extensions and include the bar code usage right. It will work with Acrobat Standard/Pro.

Every time I turn on itunes I get an error that says iTunes was installed properly. When I try to uninstall it goes through the motions, but at the end (10-15 minutes later) it says it can't uninstall and gives me an error code of 2330. Can anybody help?

Everytime I turn on iTunes it say it wasn't installed properly and can't burn CD's. However all my music is there for me to listen to on my iPod Nano.
I want to unistall iTunes and it allows me to go through the process until about 2% is waiting for uninstall and then I get an error message that says it couldn't complete the uninstall and gives me an error code of 2330.
Can anybody please help me. iTunes wants to charge $19.

There is no way to clear the update notifications - unless you delete the apps completely from the iPad and from iTunes on your computer.
Obviously you want to continue to use the apps, so you either have to update the iPad and get the newer versions - or just ignore the update notifications. They will not go away.

Your notes should be stored in your backup, so if you have backed up the iPad and that backup does contain those notes that you deleted, you can try restoring from your backup. If you haven't backed up the iPad since you created those notes, they are gone.
If you backup with iCloud only, restoring from backup involves erasing the device and then going through the setup all over again and finally restoring from the iCloud backup. This article explains the process quite clearly.

If you backup with iTunes, connect the iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and right click on the device name on the left and select - Restore from Backup. But before you do that .... turn off auto sync in iTunes - without connecting the iPad - launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and check the box at the bottom of that window in order to turn off auto sync.
Email messages are not stored in your backups.

I've had a cursory look at the SP1 release notes, and couldn't spot anything vital - what critical stuff do you know of in SP1?
I don't want to have to go through all the pain of setting up VM's, reinstalling iTunes, getting all my album art back in etc. (though I could, as I do have Win7 pro). I've also heard that running iTunes in Windows 7 compatibility mode might help. Can anyone confirm whether that actually works?
I think it's in Apple's gift to fix this issue, given that they say that they support Windows 7. So far I've had no feedback from a mail I sent to Apple, and the number of users reporting this problem keeps going up and up.
I want Apple to recognise that there is a problem, and then I want them to fix it.

Suppose my clearing doc.no is say 100000.if i reverse it thru fb08,system will generate new doc no.m i rite?and the accounting impact will be like debit items will become credit and viceversa.but my doubt is if i only reset the clearing doc.no by FBRA then what will happen and what will be the accounting impact ? and what will happen if i reset with reverse the clearing doc. and what will be the accounting impact?

You cannot reverse a cleared document in fb08.
Now let me answer you other questions.
Say for example you have posted a document no. 100005. Then using FB08, you Reverse it and a new CLEARING document no. is generated, say doc. no. 100006. So out here whatever entry posted in doc. no. 100005 gets reversed in document no. 100006. (ie. debit becomes credit & vice versa). This document no. 100006 is your clearing document. Now, both documents, ie. 100005 & 100006 contains no open items. Both documents are cleared against each other.
Now when you only reset the cleared document no. 100006, it becomes an open line item document. There are no financial impacts. But, when you reset and reverse the cleared document no. 100006, a new document number is generated, say for example, document no. 100007 which is a reverse entry of document number 100006. Most importantly, document nos 100006 and 100007 gets cleared against each other. Both, document number 100006 & 100007 are cleared documents. There is a financial impact out here and the original document no. 100005 becomes an open line item document.
It will be a little confusing if you read it once, but put this example on a paper & then analyse, am sure your doubts will be cleared.

Diagnosis
The posting date entered is not within one of the permitted posting periods (current period/previous period).
This can be due to one of two reasons:
The correct current period has not been set in the system.
For the system, the first of the entered periods is the current period. At the beginning of a new period, your systems administrator must change the current period in the material master record, using the function "Shift periods". This has not yet been done.
You have entered a wrong date in the field "Posting date".
Procedure
Check the posting date and correct it if necessary. If your input is correct, inform your systems administrator that the "period shifting" (period-end closing) process has not yet been completed.
I have checked OB52, OB29, OB37, MMPV, MMRV. All possible T.codes and threads I tried from SDN itself, still no luck ! In OB52 I have opened 2011 & 2012 year open absolute.
Would like to share MMRV settings :-
Current Period : 11 / 2011
Previous Period : 10 / 2011
Last period in prev year : 12 / 2010
We have India based client so fiscal year variant is Apr to March copied from V3.

process. Although this note is NOT valid for your release, it provides
good information on the use of initialization for correction purposes.

To reserve the parameter use transaction SU01 for the user's name who

I am not able make out any meaning out of it. Can anyone please understand me this ?
