F-04 CLEARING TRANSACTION SHOWING DUMP
Dear All
While running F-04 for bank reconciliation system is giving me short dump "Message Class X" but the
when i m using the same transaction with another bank for bank reco i m not getting any kind of error
and the document can save successfully .
Issue is not related to no of line items neither it is related to bank master problem , could any one of u pl tell us
on the short dump which i m getting for the specific bank transaction..
Earliest help is needed.

Zero Balance clearing account shows balance?
HI All,
My "zero balance clearing account" shows balance and hence my trial balance is not matching.
We have posted some WA(goods receipt) documents from MM side and cancelled those due to wrongly entered of internal order in those documents.And Debit line item is missing in those cancelled documents and hence credit amount is showing in my zero balance account.
How can i get rid of this problem and match my trial balance ?

Check the Trial Balance GL Line Item wise through FAGLL03/FBL3N - G/L Account Line Items.
If any correction reverse the Entry do it again.
One more Check the MM Transactions All materials are reversed are not.
Check the Stock Balance in MB5B through GL Wise Stock Account.

Hi,
In SAP ECC 6.0 version when we use the t-code FBRA for reset and reverse document the system does not give us an option to only reset a documnet. This was previously available in SAP 4.70. Please help with a solution

You can also decide whether the clearing document should be reversed. If you do not reverse it, it will also remain in the system as an open item to be cleared along with the other open items.
An exception to this is the clearing transaction in third currency. Clearing documents with exchange rate differences and clearing transactions involving documents posted with the net procedure: In these cases, the clearing document is reversed by the system when it resets the cleared items.

GR/IR clearing account showing wrong values (F.19)
Hello,
At my company, they run the MR11 to check for GR/IR variances and then clear these variances using the F.13 transaction. However, when the F.19 transaction is run to analyze the GR/IR clearing account, there are some old PO's belonging to year 2005/2006 that still show up in the report. When these PO's are checked, there is no GR/IR variance.
Could someone please explain the reason for this and if there is any way to remove these entries from the F.19 report?

PCUI showing dump errors after EEWB enhancement
Hi Experts,
I'm using CRM5.0.
After adding some fields by EEWB(Easy Enhancement Workbench) the PCUI application showing several dump errors in several places. How to correct this problem, should I regenerate all the layout by CRMC_BLUEPRINT or any other way is there to correct these errors. Please suggest a solution for that.This is very urgent.

DPM doesn't clear transaction logs
We use DPM 2012 to backup Exchange 2013. It works as shown the screenshot.
However, the Exchange Admin Center shows no full backup.
Also, we have a lot old transaction logs. How to DPM clear the transaction logs?

Check the application event log for events from exchange after a DPM synchronization is complete. Make sure DPM is configured to perform FULL backups for one copy of the DB's in the DAG and not just copy only.
DPM is not responsible for truncating exchange logs. Exchange Writer tells Information Store, that backup has completed. Now Information Store using its own logic can decide which logs can be truncated. Basically IS will retrieve from passive copies
information about what is the oldest log not yet replayed to the database and will look for the Checkpoint at Log Generation in log header in this log. It will allow logs older than Checkpoint at Log
Generation to be truncated. Approximately 200 logs should remain.

GR/IR Clearing transaction MR11
Hi All,
WE have been using in the past F.13 transaction to clear the GR/IR account by doing direct posting for the differences to the GR/IR Account. However we are going to start using MR11 transaction to clear GR/IR differences.
However I have lot of OLD records for the past years. Is there a way to get these records deleted from the system as we cannot process them now and doing that would mean changes to the G/L account values which we do not intend.
Does anybody know of a better solution or has anybody come across such situation.

Cleared document showing on Parked document list
Dear all,
We have a custom report that shows the list of all parked and blocked documents. A certain invoice which has been paid for and cleared is appearing on the parked/blocked list.
Could any of you give me some insight on why this might be happening? If the information that I have given is insufficient, please let me know so that I can fill you in.

Kindly check the logic you had used for your Z report for the details of the parked document.
Actually, you can display parked document numbers from table BKPF [Accounting Document Header]. You could differentiate the document as parked through the u2018Document Statusu2019 (BSTAT) field. If value of the said field is either V [Parked document], W [Parked document with change of document ID], and Z [Parked document which was deleted], then the document is a parked document.
If you had used the above said logic you will not find the cleared document in your Z report.

Bank Clearing Account showing open item
Dear Experts,
I have created two Bank Account one is Clearing Account and other one is Main Account.
I created FF67 and perform batch input processing, and it is through, But the problem is in Clearing Account the line item transferred to Main Account is still showing as open item. It should be cleared item.
Whether i have missed anything for which this is still showing open item.

FBL3N report showing dump 'Time limit exceeded'
Hi experts,
We are running report FBL3N ( G/L Account Line item display) for all GL accounts for financial Year 2008-2009( Posting date 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009 ).The report is showing short dump( Time limit is exceeded ). Even for one month, we are getting the same error.
We would like to know the best practice to run the standard reports for longer periods with out getting dump.

Blocking of Clearing Transaction in PROD for 3 weeks
Dear all,
we are in a process of Document Split migration on PROD , so that users do not carry out any clearing activity in PROD.
We plan to block the below t-code on PROD.
FBRA, F13E , F110 , F.13, F-31 , F-04 , F.19, F110S, F-51, F-52 ,F-03 , F-39 , FBRC , F-44 , F-28, F-13 , F-30 , F-54 , F-06 , F-26, FB15, F-32 , F-42 , F-07.
Kindly suggest how can i block the t-codes for 3 weeks.Hi ,
If its for all users until you resolve your issues and have the business approvals
use SM01( Basis transaction) to lock those transactions.
I havent faced a situation like this before.
Another possibility is find the roles which have those transaction and expire those roles, but the roles might have other transactions to use.
