F110 - Clearing Date for Documents

We Run the F110 on 28.07.2011 and it is run with successfully for payments. But actually we run it on 28.07.2011 Date but it will take for the clearing documents 29.07.2011.
I don't know how it will take for clearing documents with 29.07.2011?
Can you explain about it

In F110...parameters tab, please check the document entered up to date or the free selection tab what you have specified in there. System takes the invoices according to the date Document entered up to date or whatever you specify in the free selection tab.

Clearing date for the payment invoice through APP

Hi All,
I have some payment invoice which falls net due date on sunday so i can't able to run app on sunday(holiday) so i use to run on saturday for getting the discount before the net due date. While paying like this the system is taking clearing date and value date as sunday as per the net due date of the invoice, which is on holiday for the banks instead of what i have given in the payment parameters as saturday.
what can i do for this to get payment parameters date as clearing date for the invoice.
In the payment method for this invoices the payment per due date check box is unchecked in the configuration. If i select this check box is it works for payment parameters date as clearing date.
Please help me on this issue urgent.

that all different issues,
My issue is the user run the payment run on saturday with posting date as saturday which the invoice are due on sunday in the clearing invoice they are getting the clearing date as sunday which is holiday for banks.
So I need to get clearing date as saturday for that net due date as sunday invoices why because i giving the posting date as saturday.
Please suggest me what should i do for this issue.

How can I restore bookmarks after I pressed clear data for Firefox on Android

I have pressed clear data for Firefox in Android Application manager. On SGS4 it is Settings->Options->Application manager->Fitefox->Clear data. Can I restore my bookmarks now?

Android's Clear Data button completely deletes your Firefox settings files. I am not aware of any way to undo that unless there is an "unerase" tool for Android files as there are on desktop operating systems.
Some ways you might have made a copy of those bookmarks:
* Did you ever set up Firefox Sync and sync the bookmarks to a Firefox Account?
* Did you ever use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/android/addon/copy-profile/ Copy Profile add-on] in Firefox for Android?

Default Data for Document Fields D_CUII_TYP

Hi experts,
I am trying to define default data for document fields in Export Switzerland.
Source field is G_IMPCN, target field is D_CUII_TYP.
I create the following master data, i.e.
G_IMPCN = 39095000
D_CUII_TYP = FREI
meaning if G_IMPCN is 39095000 then Legal Document Type FREI is being created automatically.
Then I run the default data function on document level but nothing happens.
The log shows G_IMPCN with value 39095000 but D_CUII_TYP = FREI is missing.
Do you have any idea what else I should do to resolve this issue ?

Hi Corine,
Be careful with the logs, they are quite confusing as sometimes it displays the value it is looking for and sometimes the value it has foud. And sometimes the green and red lights are wrong or put in a logic that is confusing.
Most likely it does not find the value because it is looking in the Import numbering in the import scheeme. Did you try with STAWN ? At any rate, if I may suggest, you need to setup the system with having the commodity code in the Declaration, because if you do not have the Scheme CHEXP defined in the Scheme for commodity code you are going to face trouble when trying to retransfer the Tarification to the feeder System.

Error: 1013020 Cannot clear data for database [Daily] while other users are

I'm trying to clear a (BSO, v 11.1.2.1) database, and it's failing with the following message:
Error: 1013020 Cannot clear data for database [Daily] while other users are connected.
There are no other users connected first of all. Second of all, I've never had a database fail to clear just because other users were connected. Has anyone seen this before?

WHen ever u start essbase application ..there is services starts in task manager called "ESSSvr" . The number get increased when keep opening as number of application you open ..So what i say is when u see no users in sesssion and no batch runs ahead , u can stop the Application in EAS and automatically it will log off all the users from that respective application ..And then start again the application and u can perform ur task
this usually happnes when some one is connected with excel addin or Same EAS open by another user remotely..thats what i have seen in my exp's

Maintain Validity Date for Documents

Any Idea how can we put and maintain Validity Dates for any Document uploaded in DMS Server.
Validity Dates here means (Documents cannot be used if validty is over)
I could not find any option in CV01* T-Codes.

You can also do this solution also if you find it OK.
1. Create a Class with "Validaty Date" as characteristics. Assign this Charac to class. Assign this class to doc Type. This charac should not be editable to any one except creator.
2. Create a program with BAPI " Set Status" ( Check the name). which will run in background to check the validity date of Document. If the validity date is reached the BAPI will change the status to "S" as stated by Chritoph.
This will help user to manually tracked which documents have exceded the validity date. You can also genegrate report and mail it to particular user that what documents have been set to Status "S".
Hope I have provided a valid solution as I have tried similar kind of functionality with changing a characteristics with Date.

To date for document date field in setup initialization

Hello All,
We are filling setup table for 2LIS_02_SCL and we are giving the restriction on document date in transaction oli3bw. Since there is a very large amount of data, we are restricting the start document date by 18.06.2009.
We would like to run regular deltas after initialization. So should we enter an end date ?
Can we enter 31.12.9999 as the end date ?
Please suggest the end date for the document date selection.

There is no need to setup an end date on your InfoPackages because once you create and schedule the delta job for this extractor in LBWE, it will capture the deltas for you no matter the dates on the purchasing document.
When doing your initialization on BW, don't put any selections. Just do an Init w/o Data Transfer and then do concurrent Full Repair extracts using the same selection criteria you did for the setup jobs. You'll get improved throughput by doing this, especially if you execute multiple InfoPackages, with different selection criteria, in parallel.
Once you have your delta job scheduled, you can then execute a delta InfoPackage.

Clearing date on documents in IVBIK table

Hi Experts,
Could you help me with the following scenario?
There is an invoice document which is not cleared and has an entry in BSIK table. Now the same invoice also has a clearing date on few of its line items. Why am i seeing clearing date on this document line items? Is this because a few line items are cleared and some are still open. If yes, then does that mean that until an unless the entire invoice is cleared ( all line items ), it will continue appearing in the BSIK table and move to BSAK once the entire doc is cleared?

Line items would move between BSIK and BSAK based on their clearing status independently.
It does not matter if all the lines items in the document are cleared or not.
If an invoice document has 2 vendor line items,
1 is cleared and 2nd is not cleared, you would see one item in BSIK and one in BSAK

RoboHelp 10-adding Review Dates for Documents

How to include the reviewing date in document whic will help to allocate the next review date for that document ?

How are you reviewing the document? Are you using the PDF Review functionality or something else? If you want the review date to be included as part of the review file, you can't do this with the PDF Review functionality unless this is part of a topic. If you output to Word you'd either have to have the Review Date as part of a topic or add it manually post export.

The date modified date for documents does not change

All my documents except for today and yesterday (whenever that happens to be) shows the date modified as being a random date of last year that is not when they were last modified. Does anybody know how to fix the problem so as the documents accurately show when they were last modified?

Enter data for document in document library

When I create a new document in a document library, I only see the upload dialog and I need to edit the document property after the doucment saved. Is there a way I can enter the information for the tile field while I upload file? Many thanks.

(1) There is no option for me to make the "Title" field to be required.
(2) So I created another columln and make it required. Now, I can enter the information with the new item. There is just litter bit confused that the "Title" field also show up. If I can change the "Title" to be required, that will be Prefect.

DOCUMENT DATE FOR BACK DATA TO BE UPLOADED

I have a purchase cube with TD from last year.
I have PO NUMBER as a characteristic AND 2LIS_02_SCL as datasource for Purchase.
now i want the date on which PO is created and there is a DOCUMENT DATE available in the datasource.
now i have added 0Doc_date as a characterstic to the cube but the date is coming in the report instead # is appearing in Doc date column.
when i am checking the data in PSA the document date value is available correctly .
Now please help to load the document data for the back data.
how to do this so that the Transaction data should not get affected and i get the Document date for the previous PO numbers also.
plz explain in details.

Delete one Request of that data source from Cube
and then Reconstruct it.
check whether the data for document date is coming or not
if it is coming then delete all the request and reconstruct.
it will reflect after that.

Can you tell what is document type EJ representing...Secondly, if you check couple of documents of EJ type and check if data is available as per you WHERE clause filters.

Clear data in ASO 9.3.1.3

how can i clear data for some combination of data
what i ahve done is i run th report script of those combination and then i deleted the values and loaded the data with rul file

Be extremely careful if you are doing this..
One way is to make use of calculation script:
FIX(dim1, dim2) /*dim1 & dim2 are those members which form the combination where you donot want the data*/
CLEARBLOCK ALL; /*Clears and removes all blocks*/
ENDFIX;
NOTE:
1. Take backup before executing. Check the number of blocks before and after execution to get fair idea of whats happening.
2. If you use CLEARBLOCK within a FIX command, Essbase clears only the cells within the fixed range, and not the entire block.
3. Choose the FIX members cautiously.
