F110 : how to generate 2 forms

Hi,
We developped 2 forms for one payment method, when I run F110 I get only one form even I customized 2 forms for this payment method !
In FBZP I have this :
Form for the Payment Medium = Z_F110_CHEQUE
Next form = Z_F110_PAYMENT
Please is there any other configuration to do to generate 2 forms when running F110 ?

Did u maintiain the form also inSet Up Paying Company Codes for Payment Transactions setting for APP,please refer this to path
On SPRO -> Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Outgoing Payments-> Automatic Outgoing Payments-> Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Program -> Set Up Paying Company Codes for Payment Transactions

I saw few years ago one utility wich can do this. We have application in designer repository. We want to regenerate all forms but now we must use designer gui for that.
Could anybody knew any utility tools for make this generation easier and quicker?

How/why do forms get invalidated in R12 environment?

We are implementing R12 and while the functional consultants do their config setups, I get regular requests to recompile/regenerate specific forms or forms in a specific module (GL ,AP etc) in regular intervals. After regenerating the forms the error goes away and resurfaces after a couple of days and i regenerate them again.
I want to know what is the root cause for these forms to get invalidated and is there any way to automate the regeneration of the invalid forms.

I do not think you can automate it and generating forms should be done on demand unless you write a shell script and schedule it to run on regular basis (assuming you are compiling same forms each time).

Thanks for your post, here I just share some of my idea.
The following step is to configure the payment advice.
In OBVU (payment methods in cpy code) I entered my payment advice form
In OBVU (payment methods in cpy code) set "Always pyt advice"
In OBVCU (payment method by country) leave the payment medium program (RFFOD__T)
For the email sending program, should develp some customized program to realize that, Thanks.

How to generate a pdf form from a webform

HOW TO GENERATE POPULATED PDF?
We used to fill out the forms at work longhand (yes, with a pen!)
Now since we created the form using Acrobat 9 Pro, we just enter the data on computer, and print out the form.
Acrobat 9 form creator was great - I found it quite easy to use.
Now, I'd like to automate the process even further.
Each week we receive response forms from our website (maybe about 20-25). These response forms have about 10 fields that
people have completed with their information.Currently I am printing out the response form and then open up the acrobat form and I enter their information into the pdf (and then print).
1. Is it possible to automatically populate a pdf from the response form ? (without me having to print out the response form and re-enter the data)
2. Is it really complicated; is this something I can do with some software/learning or do i need a programmer?

It sounds like you are using the forms in your local shop and that e-mail may work fine. If e-mail submission works fine (not recommended for normal use, but find in a controlled environment where you can be sure each e-mail client is running MAPI), then add a submit button to submit a FDF or XML data file (I like FDF when using forms in Acrobat, Designer only uses XML forms). You can then import the FDF or XML data to the form and print it. You can even manipulate the FDF or XML data and add it to a database of some form, furthering your processing even more.

Check whether you have activated Withholding tax for your company code and country. Each country has
its own versions like India has Country India Version. Check with SAP the version for Pakistan whether
there is any country specific functionality. Ofcourse, you can use the other versions if the same
parameters suits the tax classification if your country.

Multi-record / spread table...moveable fields in designer generated form

Good morning all;
I hope you are doing good...
Imagine a multi-record block layout with it's overflow property set to spread-table to accomodate 10 varchar2(25) fields. Now, of the hundreds of users working with this generated form, not one of them wants to see the fields in the same order on the screen.
What i would like to do is generate the form from designer so that a user could 'drag'n drop' let say, field #10 to the field #2 spot on the screen. Something like windows explorer where you can move the 'Size' column around so it is viewable without having to use the spread-table bar at the bottom of the screen...
Any idea on how to generate this form from designer?

I don't know a solution, but I think a solution could be easier found if it was a read-only block. You did not specify that. Then maybe you could dynamically change the query behind the block.
