  • Print Job Error in F110

    Hi all,
I am getting an error when I try to schedule print job in F110. After giving the Run date and identification, I am clicking on the printout button and filling the scheduling details there. But when I take the payment log, it is showing that "File can not be down loaded" "Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE".
Has anyone experinced this? Please tell me how to solve this issue...
    Thanks in advance...

    Hi,
Check this SAP note if it is valid.
Note 1114466 - F110 Termination in proposal run after error message
Also in SM37 you can get the job name and in the job log what program has been started . You can check in Market place for some notes if it is a standard error.

    HI,
Use substring function in the mapping and give the the values as 5 and 8.
Map to the any field in the Target Structure.
Use the variable substitution in the Receiver File adapter.
    Go throgh the following blogs.
Dynamic File Name using XI 3.0 SP12 Part - I
Dynamic file name(XSLT Mapping with Java Enhancement) using XI 3.0 SP12 Part -II
Dynamic File Name depending on the Source File name
Dynamic File Name - Suppress the Substitue varible

  • In the top, calendar sheet, there are job names in column B. In the sheets below are individual job, tracking sheets. I need a formula to link the sheets by job name so I don't have to go back and edit as I go.

    file://localhost/Users/georgegalli/OFFICE/Time%20sheets/September%202013%20copy. numbers
I hope I'm asking this the right way......
Sheet "31 Day diary" is linked to sheet "Caramainco". So, no matter what job we are on, the days are always recorded to the Caramanico sheet.
Is there a formula that will recognize the job name in column B sheet 1 and link to a sheet below of the same name?

This is a part of the linked sheet from one job.....( Caramanico ) notice where i had to delete days where we weren't there.

  • Job Name of a Program scheduled as a Background Job

    Hi,
In our production system. We have a program which is scheduled to run in the background by various job names. At runtime, I need the program to figure out under which Job Name is it running. I dont think there is any system field which stores the Job Name of the background job.
    Any inputs?

    Hi,
It will run in default with <b>the name of the program</b>.
Goto SM36 and put a * in job name u will see all the jobs that are schedule, if u specify the program name for the job schedule u will get that list alone.
U can differentiate by seeing the time the job was scheduled.

Please reward and close the thread if u got the info.

  • How to check my job name from the database...

I have written one job scheduler which is as follows :

what is the command used to check the job_name ????You can use USER_JOBS view to check. But, is it not that you have just created the Job, so you must be knowing it?
and how can i ensure that my job scheduler is running properly...???If USER_JOBS.FAILURES is Non Zero, that means the Job has encountered a problem that needs to be Investigated. Similarly, the LAST_DATE, LAST_SEC, NEXT_DAY, NEXT_SEC can be used to determine if the Job has been running successfully.
if you are on 11g, you should consider using DBMS_SCHEDULER.

  • Interface Problems: DBA = Data Pump = Export Jobs (Job Name)

    Hello Folks,
I need your help in troubleshooting an SQL Developer interface problem.
DBA => Data Pump => Export Jobs (Job Name) => Data Pump Export => Job Scheduler (Step):
-a- Job Name and Job Description fields are not visible. Well the fields are there but each of them just 1/2 character wide. I can't see/enter anything in the fields.
    Import Wizard:
-b- Job Name field under the first "Type" wizard's step looks exactly the same as in Export case.
-c- Can't see any row under "Chose Input Files" section (I see just ~1 mm of the first row and everything else is hidden).
    My env:
    -- Version 3.2.20.09, Build MAIN-09.87
    -- Windows 7 (64 bit)
It could be related to the fact that I did change fonts in the Preferences. As I don't know what is the default font I can't change it back to the default and test (let me know what is the default and I will test it).
    PS
-- Have tried to disable all extensions but DBA Navigator (11.2.0.09.87). It didn't help
-- There are no any messages in the console if I run SQL Dev under cmd "sqldeveloper\bin\sqldeveloper.exe
    Any help is appreciated,
    Yury

    Hi Yury,
a-I see those 1/2 character size text boxes (in my case on frequency) when the pop up dialog is too small - do they go away when you make it bigger?
b- On IMPORT the name it starts with IMPORT - if it is the half character issue have you tried making the dialog bigger?
c-I think it is size again but my dialog at minimum size is already big enough.
Have you tried a smaller font - or making the dialogs bigger (resizing from the corners).
I have a 3.2.1 version where I have not changed the fonts from Tools->Preferences->CodeEditor->Fonts appears to be:
    Font Name: DialogInput
    Font size: 12

  • Regarding the Job name

    Hi,
I am having an issue with loading the data. To troubleshoot it, I need to know the technical name of the job. How to find of the Job name. I am only able to get the prefix of the Job Name : BI_BTCH.
Please let me know the procedure to find the job name.
    Regards
    YJ

In the infopackage -> Scheduler tab -> You would find the BI_BTCH*** job Id if the load was scheduled as a background job. You also have a button there to see the status of the job.
If you are unable to find it and you had executed the job. Then go to SM37 give the job id as BI*** , your user id and the date as selection and find the job id. The Job log would have the cube technical name also.
    Hope this helps.

  • Change Print Job Name

I have a VB.NET Windows program that load a Report file with rpt.Load(ReporFile) and after send to printer with rpt.PrintToPrinter(NumberofCopy, False, 0, 0).  I want to change the print job title. I see another  post: How to set  the CR print job name that displayed in Printer job queue? with this solution:
    CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintReportOptions prnOpts;
    prnOpts.JobTitle = "hello world";
but I don't know how to get PrintReportOptions from my ReportClientdocument. The only I know it's rdc.PrintOutputController.GetPrintOptions but this retunrn a PrintOptions object that don't have JobTitle property.
    Can someone help me ?
    thanks Filippo

You will need to create this object and set its properties.
The majority of properties are not ones that you will read out of the report's printoptions anyways (ie number of copies, Jobtitle, page ranges etc)
    so simply use something like:
    PrintReportOptions prOpts = new PrintReportOptions();
    prOpts.JobTitle = "Hello World";
    prOpts.AddPrinterPageRange(1,1);
    rcd.PrintOutputController.PrintReport(prOpts);

  • How to get Current Background Job name and Job Count programmically?

    Hi all,
I have a requirement wherein I need to get the Current Background Job name and Job Count in the program and store it in a custom table. In other words, whenever I schedule a particular program ( This is a Std program) in background, I need to update this table with the Job Name and Job Count. This will be used by another program later to read the Job Information from table TBTCO. TBTCO has key fields Job Name and Job ID. The sheduled program will be a SAP standard program and I'll be writing the logic to get the info in an Implicit Enhancement Spot.
Is there anyway I can do this? Any FM to get this information?
    Thanks,
    Mahesh.

    Hey Adrian,
Thanks a lot. This is what exactly i was looking for. Appreciate it.

  • Process chain - default job name modification

    Hi Guys,
When we run a process chain which has RA jobs,,,,,the corresponding job names in sm37 will be with name "BI_PROCESS_REPA_BP" .....
We use the job name in sm37 to spool the file thru abap program....so if 3 RA jobs are run thru process chain,,,,,all 3 jobs of different RA jobs will be with same name in SM37.
Can we change this job name to something else...
    Please advice.
    Thanks!!!!!!!!

    Hi,
Which job u need to modify the nems of the process chains?
All the names which starts with BI_*  are the standard jobs running in BI system...if the same runs thru process chain i guess we cannot change it...
If it is a manual job running in SM37 then we can change it by copying the job name so tht it comes into scheduling then we can release the same according to our requirement..
    rgds,

  • Job name

    hi all,
How to find out job name for the extractor?
    regards,
    Nandini

    Hi
right click on that particular process >display messages>batch montior --> there you can see the job status.if it is running more time than previous , you can select that check box and simply select stop.it will cancel that job.
If the process has failed, the Job shall be in cancel status only. then what is the need to stop it again. You can view the log of the cancelled job in display messages -> Batch monitor. Where the job shall be displayed.
Apart from this batch monitor job there are 2 other jobs during extraction one is job in DW system and other in source system which can also be checked.
    RSPCM: T.Code
This transaction is used to monitor the process chains
    First:
here you need to add the process chains into the sheet
    Second:
Then you can monitor the process chains in this transaction code
Like you can see the : status ,proces chain ,Last run date ,Last run time ,Log ID
Status : Green when sucessful,Yellow when running & Red when you get errors
Now when yoy click on any of the process chain in RSPCM you will go to the LOG VIEW as you see in RSPC transaction
    SM37:T.code
This transaction is used for Job Overview
you can see many options in SM37
    like Released,active,cancelled,finished,etc
Just select the ACTIVE jobs and also pass STAR in JOB ID & USER ID
here you can only see the active jobs
    Goto Step in toolbar
    select the program displayed
then chose option GOTO - Variant in main menu bar
in the variant you can see the job belong to which Process chain
if you want to cancel this job come back to SM37 Display screen
Select the Job and select the JOB DETAILS tab in Tool Bar
Collect the WIP ( Work Permit ID)
Go to SM50 T.code and find the WIP
in Main Menu Bar you find the option Cancel with Core choose this it will cancel the Job
    Hope it helps
    regards
