F110 payment run completed but not generated all check for the payments

Do any one have an idea or the potential answer on my query
I've run F110 and generated one Payment all 45 open items for one vendor
Now after the print done only the first 20 items got into the check register, and left over the remaining 25 items
So my question is why system not generated the check for the remaining 25 items and what is the remedy

No all settings are available, but still the same situation the all checks are not generated for all items of the vendor open items clearing in the one payment documents
single vendor
single payment for all 25 open items
After print activity compelted
checks created for items 5
leftover items 20 not created check
can anyone tell why system is behaving like this

Hi Babumiya,
Please check FBZP setting for the payment run - Company Code , Country Code - for the corresoonding Payment method.
The form with driver program will trigger for the above combination ( as whatever is detailed out in FBZP transaction code).
While triggering the payment run, do check whether the standard job has been created or not (F110*).

Looking at the error message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , It appears hostname and port may be incorrect. Review the targets.xml under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\emd and
emoms.properties under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\config folder to make sure host ( sap_solman) and port (1527) are correct.
As far as setting the environment variables goes, you can go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> environment variables and set the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID

F110 Payment Run did not print all checks - Error Msg F0272

Greetings friends,
An A/P Payment run, submitted as usual, failed to print all the checks. The error messages are:
F0272 - The following payment documents/payment orders were not updated
F0273 - (Result of the payment document update)
F0256 - CoCd Payment document/Payment order
F0257 - cccc dddddddddddd
F0274 - The accompanying payment media have not been generated.
SAP Note 855825 says this is because of the "Asynchronous" nature of the 2-step process of creating "update requests" and printing the checks. Apparently the update process got slowed down and the check print process finished before the updates were completed. This should NEVER happen, but it did. The Note does not suggest a way to recover, but does address prevention.
They suggest that we "set the field XSYUP in table T042C to 'X' " to make this process Synchronous, thus ensuring that checks will be created for each update request.
I can not find a way to maintain field XSYUP in Table T042C.
Any ideas?

Hi Daivd,
Normally the check are maintained in FCHI but in some cases we maintain thru a separte ceck register which is updated thru a job run.
Now you have two option, one that you go for a reprint of the check from the proposal or Use T Code FCH5 to cancel the printed check and reprint.

How to Change the PDF's that are generated once the Payment run completes

Hello All,
After the Payment run completes, it creates a bank file, and check registry etc. Our system also creates a PDF which is sent out to the vendors via email. I need to make some changes to this PDF that is being generated. Where can I do this? The pdf sits in the Business Workplace. Any ideas?

It is not possible to change the PDF manually.
You need to change the form assigned for payment advice in FBZP settings.
However, these settings are uniform and across all the vendors.
You cannot put different rules for different vendors.

yes, you can locate and copy a file from your HD to a USB key using UNIX commands. If you know the exact name of the file which you’re trying to locate, try this:
find / -iname filename -print
This command will search your entire internal disk for the particular filename. If you know that it’s within a particular user account, then you can save search time with this variation:
find /Users/username -iname filename -print
Either variation of this command will print all files found which have the given filename. Presuming that you’re able to identify the correct file, you can copy it to a USB key using the command
cp -p filename_returned_by_find /Volumes/USB_volume
If you’re not sure which volume name your USB key has, this command will show you what the possibilities are:
ls /Volumes

IPod touch shows up as a camera in windows XP but not at all in itunes

I have a first generation 8GB Itouch. It's currently running the software version 1.1.4(4A102). I'm running Itunes 7.7. When i plug my touch into my computer it will charge and a box pops up asking what i want to do with the pictures. i don't do anything with them and it shows up in my computer as a camera. i load itunes and it doesn't show at all. i realize it could be a problem with not haveing the current software but how can i get it if the computer doesn't link. i've tried the article about making your itouch not look like a camera but it didn't make a difference and the computer sees it as one still. i tried the article about shows in windows not itunes to no avail and i tried the less drastic measures from the doesn't show in windows or itunes. i know my cable and computer work and i have the most recent update. i'm really desperate for an answer. please help

I was having the same problem for ages. I followed a apple advice section telling me to check the processes for apple mobile device manager, and check for the applusb.sys driver, and they were both there and working. I would advise you to do this. If they are not showing, then the article says to re-install itunes. here is the article by the way. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1852
However this did not fix my problem. So I decided to try re-installing the actual driver, instead of the whole of itunes. Try this, as it worked for me
(I don't no how good with computers you are, so I'll put simple steps, sorry if it seems patronising!)
1) Go to start, and Run
2) Type "devmgmt.msc" without speech marks
3) A screen with your computers name at the top, with seperate sections for things like keyboards and moniters should have come up. At the bottom you should see Universal serial bus (usb). Expand it and look for apple ipod, or somthing similar (there's prob only be one by apple) If it's not there make sure your ipod is plugged in!
4) Right click and go to properties
5) Click the 'Driver' tab
6) You should see 'Roll back changes' as an option. Click that and accept/press yes to the prompts that pop up.
7) Wait for a few seconds (may take a min or two) until your back to the previous screen described in step 3
8) Now Under 'portable devices', apple ipod should be listed. Right click that, and choose 'Update driver software' Choose to automatically search.
9) Again wait, and when it's complete Apple iPod should show under universal seriel bus (usb) section again.
10) Exit out of device manager, and open up itunes. Your ipod should now be there. You may need to un plug it and plug it in.
What this effectivly does is re-install the device used to search for iPods by itunes. For some reason, mine and probably yours ran into problems.

We checked it with an iPhone 5 in house multiple times and could not reproduce this Problem. Must be something specific to your device. Maybe your speakerphone volume is turned down completely?

there was a recent software update that seemed to screw HDV up. Do some searching here over the last month or 2 and you'll find a bunch of posts and some possible solutions.
Worst case scenario, do as Shane suggests. But might I suggest you take a look at the user tips section of the forum. there are some great tips on how to prevent these sorts of problems by cloning your startup drive, etc.

Ok....Got "Problem 2 and 4" solved....still trying to figure out this pop up everytime I click something...it's crazy how fast the pop up blinks...maybe once or 3 blinks then nothing till you close the window, then pop up then disappears...then click something
else and pop up then gone....never seen this before...ive seen it when you tried to get online which turned out to be a virus on a customers cpu I worked on some years ago, I think it has something to do with the deleted files that I spoke of on last
post...I notice it does it on start up as well.....think something is trying to install but not sure. Need to figure out where the appdata or start up folder and see whats in there....maybe it's in there.......so I might wait to see how it acts in the next
