F150 dunning prog. and Gregorian calendar-wrong interest rates calculation

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with F150 - dunnning program and the Gregorian Calendar. I defined a interest rate indicator and I choose Gregorian calendar - 365 days in the year but SAP calculate 360 days and the interest rates are wrong u2013 to high. I have found the OSS note 82995 - Dunning program interest calc. on 360 not 365 days u2013 but as a matter of fact there is no solution which is appropriate for me because I want to print interest along with dunning letter. Maybe you had had the same problem and maybe you found solution.
Thank for you help
Tom

  • Carmax Score Question and Interest Rate Question...

      So I have decided that I think I want to purchase my car at carmax and I wanted to see if someone with a similar credit profile had purchased from them and what was your interest rate I would like to try and get 3.49 or less on a 72 month loan My credit is as follows: 99k total credit92k available18k autol oan on time500 POLbk discharged May 2009 ...all on time since then29 inq My scores are around 685-710  income 195k (if they ask for stubs I will have a little problem because a chunk of my income comes from farmland and I have not received a K1 for 2015 yet, however I could show them a copy of a check over 100k if you think that would work)  I want to get a 70k car with tax,title, license and I want to put down 25k So I will finance 45k.... do you think I can get a lower interest rate with my bk on my file ? BTW Penfed gave me 1.99 on 60 months on my 18 autoloan Not sure if carmax lenders, since they are not a CU, will give me the best interest rate What do you think ?  Do you think they can give me a low rate (3.49 or lower)   Thank you!!

The trustee got the interest rate on his own with no input or request from us. Makes sense... creditors have little choice in the matter when it comes to decisions made by the trustee and/or the judge. I was mainly talking about if you went to the lender and asked them to lower your interest rate because you were filing... as said I doubt they'd agree on a secured debt.

  • Variable Interest Rate Instrument scenario

    Dear All,
    Is it possible to create an Interest Rate Instrument with variable interest rate which is calculated and adjusted monthly but interest amount is paid quarterly.
    As per my understanding creating Interest Rate Instrument with Variable Interest Rate and which is adjusted monthly is not a problem. But if we do that the system calculates interest monthly and tries to post it monthly and also creates payment Request for each monthly cash flow.
    This is the issue we want the system to calculate the interest monthly and also want that monthly accruals are calculated correctly but we want the interest to be paid quarterly and not monthly.
    Request your thoughts on this kind of scenario.
    Thank You
    Regards
    Sachin

    Hi,
    In your IRI instrument, maintain the interest condition to have a quarterly payout.  In the structure tab, click on the conditions and then click on interest rate adjustment condition. In that you can specify the interest rate condition item to adjust to monthly update.  Thus you can perform interest rate adjustments on a monthly basis and have the interest payout on a quarterly basis.

  • Automatic Interest Rate Fixing - TJ05

    Hi,
    I have table T056P populated with a rate and an 'effective-from date' for a reference interest rate. Therefore, when I run TJ05 to fix the reference interest rates, it is not taking the 'effective-from date' into consideration. It will only do the fixing if a rate exists for the exact date.
    e.g.
    T056P is popualated with the following:
    Reference: 1DUKBAS
    Effective-from date: 01.07.2009
    Rate: 0.5
    If I run TJ05 for a deal which needs a interest fixing on the 02.07.2009 - it gives the error: "02.07.2009 1DUKBAS: No interest rate exists (TRIA014)."
    I thought it would fix with the rate from the 01.07.2009 as this rate is 'effective from' the 01.07.2009 - but it is not.
    Any ideas would be much appreciated.
    Regards,
    P

    Hi,
    Take the case of OTC derivatives.  You fix your reference interest rate based on your interest frequency.  In the case of swap, suppose your interest frequency is 3 months then you generally go for Libor 3m though it is not a necessity.  You can go for Libor 1m and have interest frequency as 3 months, but in practise, we go for the reference rate based on the interest frequency.
    And based on the frequency, we go for fixing and adjusting the interest rate.  If it is 3 months, then we go for interest rate adjustment every 3 months.  Then we fix the rate for the reference interest rate on that date (the calender rule applies here) and go for automatic interest rate adjustment.  It will adjust all the transactions having this reference interest rate and due on that day.
    Another way is to go for manual interest rate adjustment, if you want to fix only for a single transaction.  Then you specify the interest rate which is specific for that transaction alone.

  • Dunning procedure and interest calculation

    Hi All,
    usually in dunning procedure, the interest is calculated on over due items based on the period from Last Dunning date to run date.
    If the customer is never dunned before and this MDAT is never populated, how will the program generally calculate interest..?
    Can somebody explain me on how it works..?
    thankx,
    Neha

    Hi All,
    Thanks for all answers.
    When I checked table MHND, the dunning interest is calculated in such a way that it doesn't consider the previous dunned date.
    Meaning :
    Dunning ran on 12-01-09  interest calculated is 500.00 ( 2 docuemnst considerded from bsid as seen from table MHND )
    Dunning ran on 15-01.09  interest calculated is  500.00  (  same as above)
    Ideally for Dunning ran on 15-01.09 , it should not calculate interest since on 12th it is done..!!
    Now queries:
    1. Where can i see these interest calculated during dunning run ( any report ? ) other than table..?
    2. When I see the dunning run, looks like user has made some mistakes,  It shows as
               Parameters have been entered
               Dunning run carried out, job was deleted
              Dunn. printing carried out, job was deleted
    3. when I try to run the single dunn. notice, and see sample print out it gives message as
    Account D 0004298846 is blocked by dunning run 20090319 MDUN1
    why is it so and how to resolve..?
    thanks,

  • Issue with Gregorian Calendar and setting Day of the week

    Hi
    This may have a simple solution, but its currently got me stumped. Basically, after some calculation I determine the date that a particular event should occur on. These events are listed in a JTable where the column headers are the dates of the beginning of the weeks. In order to place my calculated event in the correct column I create a Gregorian Calendar, set it to the date of the event and then set the day of the week to the beginning of the week. Normally this works fine but for a few instances, rather than getting the date at the beginning of the week, I get the date thats the beginning of the next week.
    As a quick example, to kind of illustrate my problem:
    I determine that the date of the event is 27/06/2006 which is a Tuesday.
    I want this event to appear in the column headed 25/06/2006, the date of the beginning of the week.
    In fact it appears in the column headed the 02/07/2006 which is the beginning date of the following week.
    Is there anyway to get it so when I set the day to the first day of the week it goes to the beginning of the current week rather than the beginning of the next week?
    Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved as I'm currently struggling to think of any.
    Thanks

    Hi, I dont say Monday is the begining of the week. At least I dont think I do.
    As for code I'll post the conversion bit which is:
    for (int i = 0; i < areaNameSelectionTable.getRowCount(); i++) {
    GregorianCalendar conversionCalendar = new GregorianCalendar();
    conversionCalendar.setTime((java.util.Date) prioritiesTable.getValueAt(i, 10));
    conversionCalendar.set(GregorianCalendar.DAY_OF_WEEK, GregorianCalendar.SUNDAY);
    }//end for loopI then create a string from the GregorianCalendar in the format DD/MM/YYYY and compare that with the headers of my table columns (Also dates in the format DD/MM/YYYY) When they match thats the column this particular event should appear in. I can post this code if necessary, but I dont know if its relevant.
    Thanks

  • Get time difference Within 2 gregorian Calendars, 1 obtained via SimpleDate

    Hi guys
    I'm having a problem with an application, i've posted something before about it and with two GregorianCalendars.
    This one is receiving a GregorianCalendar value from the default constructor, and the second gregorian calendar from a String, using SimpleDateFormat class
    The problem is that whenever i start the application it get stucked at: "Deze datum ligt: 56 in het verleden" meaning from dutch "this datum is 56 days in the past"
    the issue is thus at the method "getVerschil()" which means "get difference" in Dutch.
    Even if you try to modify the date fields from the class with the main method, inserting new dates it keeps on telling me 56.
    I was wondering if you see anything strange in the code and then a little question.
    Does the JDK sees a GregorianCalendar made with the default constructor, and a GregorianCalendar made with a SimpleDateFormat string patter "dd-mm-yyyy", in the same way?
    I mean, can java make a comparison within the 2 Calendars recognising which are days and which are the months?
    Thank you guys:
    Below the codes, the first one is the interface and below you'll see the main method class which inserts the date with SimpleDateFormat
    public class Kalender {

         public String geefDatum(){
              return sdf.format(userCalendar.getTime());

          * deze methode bepaald of de ingevoerde datum een schrikkeljaar is
          * deze methode vindt het tijdverschil tussen twee datums
         public String getVerschil(){
              long userMillis= userCalendar.getTimeInMillis();
              long nuMillis= nu.getTimeInMillis();
              if(nuMillis==userMillis){
                   return "deze datum zijn gelijk";
              } else if(nuMillis>userMillis){//userdatum in het verleden
                   long millisVerschil= nuMillis-userMillis;
                   long dagenVerschil= millisVerschil / (DAGMILLIS);
                   return "Deze datum ligt: "+dagenVerschil+" in het verleden";
              } else  if(nuMillis<userMillis){//userdatum in het toekomst
                   long millisVerschil= userMillis- nuMillis;
                   long dagenVerschil= millisVerschil / (DAGMILLIS);
                   return "Deze datum ligt: "+dagenVerschil+" in het toekomst";
              return " ";
    }The tester (main) class which creates the second GregorianCalendar is the following
    public class KalenderTest {
         public static void main(String[] args){
              //constructor werkt
              Kalender kal= new Kalender("01-28-2010", "dd-mm-yyyy");
              //setUserDate werkt
              kal.setUserDate();
              //testen van getVerschil
              System.out.println(""+kal.getVerschil());

    And is there anything wrong with your code? Plenty. You passed the fields to the GregorianCalendar constructor in the wrong order. You got the day of the week and then used it as if it were the day of the month. That's just from a quick look, there's probably more.

  • F150 dunning - bapi

    Hi,
    can anyone tell me after i have run the F150 transaction where is stored data from that report (tables)?
    And there are some bapi to check current dunning level and which billings are overdue for a specific customer based on F150 data?
    Many thanx... any help would be apreciated.

    pls. check tables MHND and MHNK for dunning data. I am not aware about any BAPI, but the dunning level is written into the customer master (table KNB5) data and into the line item (table BSID)

  • F150 Dunning printout - Termination Error

    Dear Experts
    At T.Code F150 Dunning proposal run, if we execute "Dunning Proposal" and if we want to delete it then system permits us to delete the Dunning Proposal.
    However, in some cases,  system shows everything correct at Dunning Proposal but when we execute "Dunning Print out" system give error message like "Dunning Printout as terminated".  In this case, we figure out the problem and re-run dunning printout to solve the problem.
    However, I would like to know,  Is there any possibility that we can delete "Dunning run" completely when dunning printout is ended up at "Termination" error?
    Thanks in advance for the help.

    Dear friend
    Agreed.  However, live situation is User has performed Dunning run for all customer by mistake, where is not suppose to.  and this dunning run is ended up with "Duning printout terminated" error.
    If we fix the termination reason and complete the dunning then all outputs will go to customers automatically by e-mails from SAP.  and we want to stop this.
    hope I am clear and the requirment we are looking at...
