F150: printout contact adress empty

hi gurus,
when I try to print out the dunning letter from F150, the contact adress is empty for the dunning letter of one company cd (newly added to the system) .
check I've made:
accounting clerk well maintained with the right compcd:OK
customer master data , correspondence well maintained : OK
this only doesn't work with this compcd but wrks well for the others... so what could I check furthermore to solve this issue?
TX,
NB: when I let blank the dunning clerk in the correspondence of customer master data, I get the contact adress default in the dunning printform

Hi Carlos,
Please check the Dunning form (smartform or SAP script) which is assigned.  Please speak to ABAPer and he should be able to help you out on this.
Hope this helps.

If they aren't on icloud.com they are no longer in iCloud.  If you don't have another backup, I'm afraid they're gone.

  • Contact Title "Empty"

I am using the iphone 4 (3g) with Verizon.
I sync my iphone with my Windows Outlook on my PC for work (Windows 7 Office 2010). The phone works and syncs great with emails, contacts, calendars, etc. I just have one issue that I would like to solve. Below is a description of the issue I am having.
When I compose a new email message in outlook, and pick a current contact such as (example) - 'Bob Smith' ([email protected]) and send the message-No Problems arise as this is already a contact on my phone and I picked his name.
BUT when I type in an email address IN OUTLOOK that isnt a current contact, such as [email protected] and send the email - well if I check my address book on the IPHONE, I now have a contact with the name "empty." If I edit the contact "empty", it shows the email that I emailed in outlook (ie. [email protected]) - name fields are blank. Then I have to proceed to delete the contact since I have no need to save him as a contact and since I dont want to have 25 contacts in my contacts list that say "empty" (one for every email address I address that isnt a current contact).
Does anyone know how to stop this?
    Thanks

  • Iphone contacts to empty ibook address book

I have a new iphone and want to sync 'Contacts' to my ibook which has nothing in the 'Address Book'. I've tried using 'Mobile Me' but all it wants to do is replace my iphone 'Contacts' with my empty ibook 'Address Book'!! Please can anyone help?

I do not think the problem was solved - what was completed was a work around.
I have the same problem - open itunes, plug in iphone, select info, synch contacts, select merge contacts (iphone contacts will move to address book and visa versa) Mac to Iphone success - Iphone to Mac - no go.
This is how it should work - and it is not???  Why?  How do you make the itunes synch work?
Synching with mobile me is a great work around - if you use mobile me.
Synching with icloud is great to backup but does not get contacts added on your iphone onto your mac.
How do you get contacts added to your iphone into address book on your map with synch?

installed mountain lion now contacts is empty

Contact Apple Care. Or, check out older feeds here as other users have had the problem. Check icloud.com to make sure your contacts are still there. If they are, then AC can get them to show up again.

  • Contacts is empty, and Time Capsule backup says "cannot open"

    Yikes.
This morning, I open my Contacts application and the contacts are gone...the entire app is void of any information. No worry, I have Time Capsule. However, when I go to Time Capsule I am told I cannot open the Contacts app.
Is there a way to fix this, or am I doomed?
    Thanks!

Mac with Lion is about vista standard as far as networking goes.. did you turn it off and on again??
Turn off the whole network.. off not sleep.. reboot in the right order.. modem.. router.. TC if different to router.. then clients.. I think the TC should reappear.. if not connect to it by ethernet.. do not use extended wireless.. it is too flakey.
If it still doesn't appear press reset and do the setup again.
For lion make sure you download, install and use the tool utility.. not the toy utilty built into windows lion.

Tell me if the hard disk appears.. if so you know the procedure the next time.. in a few days when it happens again. It will happen again btw.. it is windows.. lion

  • Finding contacts with empty fields

I'm trying to collect all the contacts that have no entry in the "Maiden Name" field to perform an action on them.
    So...
    tell application "Contacts"
      activate
set thePeople to every person whose maiden name is missing value
              repeat with thePerson in thePeople
             --blah blah blah
              end repeat
    end tell
What am I missing? It's returning every entry in my address book, regardless of whether there's info in the maiden name field or not.
    Thanks in advance!

Well that's really strange because it doesn't work on my system. (10.8.3)
Some of the contacts have a mothers maiden name filled in, others don't. Reversing the logic didn't work wither, but, oddly, using the logic in a different way DID produced the expected results:
    tell application "Contacts"
      activate
              set thePeople to every person
              repeat with thePerson in thePeople
if ((maiden name of thePerson is missing value) and (company of thePerson is false) and (first name of thePerson is not missing value) and (last name of thePerson is not missing value)) then
                                  --blah blah blah
                        end if
      end repeat
    end tell
Any thoughts why that would work and the other way wouldn't?

  • New WIn7 installed, prior data wiped. Empty contact lists and calendars. All stillon iPhone. What will synching do? Copy iPhone data to outlook contacts/calendar? or copy enpty PC files to iPhone, essentially deleting last place data is saved?

New WIn7 installed, prior data wiped. Outlook (calendar and contacts) files empty.  Same lists however in the iPhone.  If I synch the iPhone and PC, what will happen? Will the iPhone data populate the  and, essentially, delete my last data resords? I know- prior to disc wipe, records entered either on PC or iPhone would cross copy to the iPhone or PC.  That was only 2 -4 records at a time.  We're talking >100 records at prresent.  Can I jut sync, and not worry amd find all contacts BOTH places?

  • IPhone 3Gs won't sync contacts through iTunes after 4.0.2 upgrade

I updated to OS 4.0.2 today, and since then my iPhone 3Gs will not sync contacts. All contacts have now disappeared from my phone. The group headings still show, but Contacts is empty. I performed a factory reset and restored my phone, but still no contacts. Even after repeated syncs.
I am syncing with Address Book through iTunes. I performed a one way sync each time from laptop to phone to avoid the phone overwriting my address book with zero data. I also backed up my contacts before attempting the sync, so the data still exists in Address Book, it simply won't appear in the phone.
I also tried to reset sync history - first by using iSync 'reset sync history' button, but that does not work these days as iSync does not see my iPhone. Then I tried looking for the reset sync history' button that Apple Support says can be found as follows:
"Open iTunes. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. Click the Devices tab. Click the Reset Sync History button."
But - that button is not there!
    Any ideas anyone?

Did you try to set up your phone without using the latest backup? If you can, your other backup might be damaged and not usable anymore.

  • I can't update or sync address contacts to iPad or Mobile Me

For many months I've put up with an incomplete sync of my contacts from my MacPro (which was selected as my "master" sync from here to mobile me in system preferences) because the bulk of my address book was available in mobile me. I also hate using webmail of any stripe so I had no reason to fret over the many missing addresses or any of the updates. Now I've added an iPad and I need all of the address to transfer over.
I did change my AppleID password some time ago. I have signed into mobile me with the new password many times. I wouldn't think that matters but I saw in a post someone mentioned doing that and I remember I had done it too.
Yesterday, with the iPad plugged into my MacPro, I was able to force sync with mobile me, but the only result of that was there were a few duplicates of old contacts as the warning said might happen when using iTunes and mobile me to sync. NONE of my updated contacts or new addresses came through. It's a matter of several dozen new contacts and changes I haven't been able to keep track of that are failing to be represented in either the iPad or mobile me.
I've followed all the advice I can detect from this forum to rectify the problem. I am using Snow Leopard 10.7.6. My MacPro is too old to update to Lion so iCloud is not an option and I'm not confident it would do any better. I went into system preference and turned off mobile me syncing across the board. I tried syncing with the iPad plugged into my MacPro several times through iTunes. I decided I should restart the computer just to make double sure the changes I made in system preferences to NOT sync with mobile me were applied.
I just barely started using iCal for more than a birthday calendar since getting my iPad. I've got several appts. listed on it now. iCal will not sync between the two devices either. The new birthdays I've added through my address book which appear on my MacPro did not go to my iPad and the appts. did not show up on my MacPro. I just did the force sync on calendars from iTunes again, toggling between all calendars and selected caledars and I di get something to happen. A bunch of the old contact entries from the address book duplicated on iCal on the iPad. Once again, none of the appts. on the iPad show up on the MacPro.
I've gone to the Advanced request on iTunes several times and asked it just to Apply Contacts to the iPad on the next sync only. It simply does not work to get my additional contacts. I currently have 657 contacts in my master address book on my MacPro. Mobile me lists even more but that's simply evidence that it's not kept up with my efforts to clean up my address book over the years and that it doesn't really follow the instruction in system preference that it should take from the MacPro, not merge. Merging is a disaster. Many new entries are missing from mobile me and the ipad. It doesn't look like the iPad gives a contact count. I just got a smattering of duplicates to transfer when yet again I told it to Apply while connected to iTunes with mobile me sync still turned off, but no new or corrected ones came through. You can see I'm going in circles.
Please give me suggestions of what to do next. I have backed up an archive of Address Book to my computer.

I thought I finally found the answer in post https://discussions.apple.com/message/10843915#10843915
I deviated from the instructions by manually deleting all my contacts while in Mobile Me before trying the forced update because it hadn't worked in the past to force transfer the addresses. I thought starting with a clean slate might be a step ahead. Now that clean slate seems permanent.
The gutsy move was to make Mobile Me download the empty address book into my MacPro. My address book went empty until I restored it through the archive I'd saved. It proved the computer and Mobile Me are communicating since it wiped out my address book on my desktop. I restored everything by importing the archive back into the address book. Thankfully that part is fine.
What is not working is for me to get ANY addresses to move back to Mobile Me despite repeated attempts at changing the reset action through the advanced selection of Mobile Me in System Preferences. I've unselected syncing and restarted the computer. I've signed out of MM and signed back in. I've closed the browser and opened it fresh again. I've closed and opened Address Book on the computer. None of those actions make a whit of difference. Mobile Me contacts remains empty when I tell it to replace MM with the contents of my AB on my MacPro.
I see under the gear there is an ability to import vCards. Is there any way to do a batch import? I have almost 700 addresses separated into more than a dozen groups. It will be a mighty tedious process to import them one by one.
No, iCloud is not an option. My computer is one version too old to upgrade to Lion.

  • HT1692 Have recently installed itunes and outlook on a new computer.  Have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook tho only use contacts and calendar in relation to one of these. Cannot sync itunes with the correct contacts and calendars, Help!

My new computer is 64-bit running Windows 7 pro, SP1 and Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus 32-bit
My phone is a 4S runing iOS 6.1.3
Very frustrated now that I have recently installed itunes and outlook on this new computer.  Everything worked perfectly ok on my laptop which was also 64-bit Windows 7 and running 32-bit Microsoft Office 2010 Pro.  I have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook tho only use contacts and calendar in relation to one of these. Cannot sync itunes with the correct contacts and calendars, when I sync the calendar and contacts are empty.  Not sure if there is any way to point itunes to particular address books and calendars.
I have installed and uninstalled itunes 3 times and thank goodness have a backup
    Can anyone help please?
    thanks in anticipation

I had my home computer set up to sync to work's Exchange server. It worked well, but I didn't like seeing work email messages and other programs trying to sync with my default Outlook folder, which was then the Exchange (& work related) .ost file. I know there are various ways to manage those problems using filters, view, subfolders, etc., but it was a hassle for me. I think it could work well for many other folks.
For now, I have published my work calendar and subscribed to that calendar on my home computer. So I have view only access to my calendar on my home computer (and I can add/edit calendar items on my iPad (or Outlook Web Access) when away from work). This is not quite what I wanted, but it may work.
It almost makes me long for the days when I used my Windows Mobile Treo to sync back and forth between exchange at work and outlook at home (but had many sync conflicts as a result).

  • How can I synchronize Contacts in iCloud with an iPod touch 2nd generation?

I've got MacBook Pro with OS 10.7.2, an iPhone 3GS working with iOS 5 Andrzej an iPod touch with iOS 4.2.1. I'm using also iCloud. After moving my MobileMe to iCloud I cannot sync Contacts with my iPod.
ITunes doesn't do it, and iCloud also doesn't work with iOS 4.2.1.
Is there any solution? I really not want to migrate to the Google cloud

because iTunes will tell you "Contacts (Adresses,Mail, etc ) is already managed by icloud".
So.. either vs. or, not both.

  • HT1414 I recently cancelled mobil me, then I lost all my contacts...no problem I retrieved them from my address book on my mac pro.  NOW I can't update my apps when asked.  My password is not accepted.  The print says to use my mobileme account...  Yikes

  • ITunes 9.1 no longer synching iPhone Contacts to Mac Address Book

Since installing iTunes 9.1 (79) today. my iPhone will no longer synch to the Mac Address Book. iPhone software 3.1.3, Mac OS 10.6.3 MacBook Pro 3.1. The only thing I can think of is that my iTunes library is on an external drive (not with me). Everything else seems to be working OK. I tried resetting the iPhone (but did not erase content) to no avail.
Any ideas why this is happening and what to do?

Can anyone help with this? This has been an issue for me for weeks. Changes to contacts on my iPhone (the original one) don't show up in Address Book and changes in Address Book on my iMac don't sync with my iPhone contacts. Both seemed to be separate from each other. Prior to this, it has done so flawlessly since I have owed it.
I just tried the following, from this thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=476130):
*1. open address book, go to File > Export > Address Book Archive, save to desktop*
*2. delete all contact info (including groups) from address book, quit address book*
*3. select "sync address book contacts" (all contacts) in itunes info tab (highlight your iphone on the left of the window)*
*4. under "advanced" at the bottom, select contacts under "replace information on this iphone / ipod".*
    *5. sync.*
    *6. uncheck #'s 3 & 4 above*
*7. back in address book, import your address book archive file to restore your address book.*
*that should do it- sorry if this was unclear, need to hit the hay.*
My Address Book imported back in fine. Now my iPhone contacts are empty and won't sync back with what is on the computer. When I click on my iPhone in iTunes and go to Info to click "Sync Address Book Contacts," there is nothing in the box. Prior to attempting the above fix, the iPhone's contacts showed up in that box, but not the most recent version of Address Book on my computer.
I have not lost my Address Book contacts, they are backed up, but I just want to be able to sync it all with my iPhone again. My iPhone contacts are currently empty and I could use them for work today.
Any ideas would be much appreciated -- thanks!
