i bought my iphone 4s in the UAE but dont live there, please help me find a solution toget face time on my iphone 4s. there must be a way to do this.

There is no way to run FaceTime on an iDevice bought in the UAE, the iTunes will recognize that the device has been bought in one of those countries and the needed apps will not be part of the iOS.

If the phone was purchased in a Middle Eastern country that has banned FaceTime, there is no way to enable. Otherwise, FaceTime is already installed.

All legitimate iPhones sold in SA have Facetime removed on the order of the SA Government and it cannot be reinstalled
any iPhone you purchase claiming to have FaceTime will be a grey import and may not function correctly as it will have been destined for another Country

There isn't one on the iPhone. Go to Settings==>>FaceTime to activate FaceTime. From Contacts select the person you want to FaceTime with and click FaceTime.

I tried to call Apple support and he told me that it will cost me $59.99 to guide me through the steps of how to get it on my iPhone!!! Without sending them the phone or anything! also I bought two phones from the same dealer, the first one the guy at the store activated the phone and i activated the second one, the one that the guy activated doesn’t have facetime but the one that i did have face time....also the guy activated under middle east and the one i activated it under US, I tried to reset the phone and do everything from the beginning but didn’t help.

Go into Settings, turn FaceTime off. Power the phone off/on. Go back into Settings, turn on FaceTime and let it activate. The phone number comes from the SIM and the activation message. It should populate the correct number.
