Face time shows waiting for activation , what can I do to solve this problem?, face time shows waiting for activation , what can I do to solve this problem?

when I try to set ON to face time , it shows "WAITING FOR ACTIVATION" and is not changing , please help me to solve this problem.

Where are you? What network are you on? Where did you get the iPhone?
FaceTime is blocked in much of the Middle East due to the laws there. Face Time WILL NOT work on the US T-Mobile Network. In order for Face Time to activate, you MUST have a text messaging plan or at least be able to send them (not blocked by the carrier). If you purchased the phone in another country, you MUST be able to send an international text message.
