Facebook account crossed with iPad..?

I signed onto Facebook on my boyfriend's iPad, and now his outgoing texts have my FB profile pic attached, and my notifications pop up on his screen whether I am signed on or not. How do I unravel myself from his iPad?

If you access facebook the 'old fashioned way', aka via safari then you should be able to manage multiple accounts

How do I change the default Facebook account on my iPad

When I go to post from camera I get asked to enter the password for Facebook but the account it shows is not mine and I can't find where to change it?

Can you just confirm how you usually interact with Facebook? Do you tap an App icon (this will be a white F on a blue background if official Facebook app) on your iPad? If so then this is the Facebook App and not the built-in Facebook iOS integration which is controlled in Settings->Facebook

Since upgrading to ios 6 there seems to be no function for easily accessing multiple accounts on our iPad, am I missing something?

FaceBook integration appears to be limited to a single account. However, there is no reason you can't access multiple accounts by signing in manually.

Photos 'share' change Facebook 'Account'

I have deleted and then changed "Facebook" integrated settings and also restarted the iPad. But !, it's stuck on the same account to 'share' Photos from the iPad's Photos App. How can I change the iPad's Photos App setting for a different Facebook Account ??? o_O , I asume it's nothing to do with my Apple ID

Turns out that a disconnected Facebook account acts differently than an active one. I had to reactivate the old account, log on with the iPad and then the Settings > Facebook > Delete Account actually worked. Then, I changed the Primary email on Facebook and finally, I could start a 'new' Facebook account on the iPad. All is normal now.
Having or not having the Facebook app was not a factor in this.
The Apple support rep also suggested a complete restore-to-new would work but in my case, this wasn't necessary.

My Friend used my pc while it was on, and cheked his Facebook account, now my pc remembers his log in information including his password. I'm trying to register with Facebook, but my pc remembers his info. I'm trying to delete this mistake. Can you help?

A friend used my pc to check his Facebook account, and used my account. Now, my pc thinks I am he whenever I try to register with Facebook. I didn't catch the mistake until recently and have been trying to delete the info but cannot. I tried to access all of my security settings and even tried to erase the history but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I believe he mistakenly commanded my pc to remember his username and password. I am not currently registered with Facebook, but would like to be but I am having this problem. Is it significant or not? I don't want his info crossing with mine because of my ips numbers or something like that. He also, without my knowledge, accessed his e-mail, too. His username seems to pop up even if I try to "Like" something on Facebook. This is when I noticed the problem. Then, when I tried to Register with Facebook, I was mistaken for him. The registration boxes come already filled in with his info. I do NOT want to invade his privacy. His entire profile comes up complete with friends, pictures, etc...Please help! I cannot make a 'save' disk since I don't know exactly when this happened and I've loaded new programs, including security and related files.

I am very happy to report that my server connection tech, which I called via landline, informed me to : 1. Open Tools 2. Scan down to Clear Recent History 3. Delete All. That was it! Unbelievable! Six hours of searching through the Windows catagories. I checked the results on an internet site, and viola! It was gone! Mozilla Firefox seems to remember the usernames and passwords irregardless of the option window that asks if you if want it to remember the user and password. I finally got in touch with my friend and he said he did not answer yes to the window, even though he was aware of it. No damage. I surely do appreciate everyones' concern in this, now what seems to be, a very simple solution. Cudos to Firefox! Thank-you! P.S. I now have to enter my information at the beginning of any password protected sites...no harm done! My friend is now condemned to the 'user account' site! lol...

Hi. I hope someone can help me on this issue and thanking you in advance.
I had 2 facebooks log ins on my iPad. I have a game on both. I would like to play the game on my 2nd FB account but when I download, it keeps reverting to my original FB account. So I took that FB account off my iPad, took the game off and downloaded the game again. Keeps going back to the first FB account. I tried looking at the cloud, says nothing on there. I have deactivated the first facebook account both on facebook and iPad. Tried downloading on the iPad the Hearts of Vegas game and log on with my new Facebook account. Still receiving the message.
I have noticed that when I go to download the game, it is showing me the cloud. When I go to the cloud, there is nothing there.

Spotify apparently only now uses Facebook for user accounts, so you will have to create a Facebook account to get set up with Spotify.
