Facebook - deletion

I downloaded the Facebook app when I first got my phone in June of last year. Today I deleted it along with other apps in plans on re-downloading them. Why I would do this, I don't know, but this is where my problem arised. So i deleted the App and turned off my phone. I restarted my phone in order to re-download numerous free apps. I couldn't download the Facebook app because it said it was already installed. So i went to my laptop and deleted it from my list of applications on there as well, and re downloaded it. It is showing that it is in my list off Apps, yet when i go to sync my phone with my apps, they do not appear on my iphone. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

I have a iPhone 4S running ios 6. As most of us do, we use facebook for a number of things. Well, my problem is that when I friend someone on facebook, a contact card is auto created by facebook and I CAN'T delete the contact from my iPhone. Facebook account deleted, Still charged from spotify premium.

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Photos 'share' change Facebook 'Account'

I have deleted and then changed "Facebook" integrated settings and also restarted the iPad. But !, it's stuck on the same account to 'share' Photos from the iPad's Photos App. How can I change the iPad's Photos App setting for a different Facebook Account ??? o_O , I asume it's nothing to do with my Apple ID

Turns out that a disconnected Facebook account acts differently than an active one. I had to reactivate the old account, log on with the iPad and then the Settings > Facebook > Delete Account actually worked. Then, I changed the Primary email on Facebook and finally, I could start a 'new' Facebook account on the iPad. All is normal now.
Having or not having the Facebook app was not a factor in this.
The Apple support rep also suggested a complete restore-to-new would work but in my case, this wasn't necessary.

IPhoto and Facebook issue

I cannot get an album to upload to Facebook. I just uploaded an album last Sunday. Yesterday and today no luck. I may get 1 or two photos up but most of the time it just says pending or publishing thumbnails and hangs there. HELP (Using 9.1.3 version of iPhoto 11) Published to Flickr with no issues.

There have been loads of problem the last week with Facebook photos. Google Facebook photo upload.
In my case, Sunday Facebook deleted all my photos from recent albums uploaded via iPhoto. Had been working fine. Album uploaded yesterday works fine.
Anyway it appears the problem is a Facebook server snafu that may have occurred during Facebook system maintenance. Facebook hasn't said when or how it will be fixed.

Outlook calendar sync problem

I have a BB8310 that has given me great service for over a year. Two days ago the calender stopped synchronizing with the Outlook calendar. When syncing the device, the address list, task list, memo pad all sync perfectly. The calendar does not sync at all. Any suggestions?

I sure hope you can come back, you don't have to lose Facebook.
You obviously must have an email associated calendar on the device, which I was trying to establish.
You can set the Facebook calendar to update your email associated calendar and sync all events.

Universal social media uploader

I am a photographer, so I publish a lot of content to the internet often. My primary sites are Facebook and Flickr, but not limited to by any means.
I should note, I don't use iPhoto
Bridge CS6 & Facebook/Flickr uploading doesn't work anymore. Last time I used the Bridge FB upload, Facebook deleted those albums...
So with that said, is there a one-stop shop app that can publish albums to multiple sites in the same session?
What would be nice is to set the app to "watch" a folder (or sets thereof) and upload the folder contents to the requested sites accordingly.
I ask because Facebook and Chrome aren't playing nice and its not wise to attempt multi-site uploads because Flash will crash if an album is > 100 images.
If something can be done with dropbox or box.net I'm all ears.

How do i fix it?

I had read on another post that the facebook app was the culprit of crashing, which may be the cause of my iphone 4s crashing. I haven't had the facebook app installed in several months, but had the integration set up through the settings, & have since deactivated my facebook account.
I have deleted the account in settings & will see if the issue still continues (settings>facebook>delete account).

Imovie publishing problems

Facebook deleted my video saying some of it might infringe on copyrights . I believe it was because of the added pre-corded music I added to the audio. This movie of a family party was only intended to be shown to family & close friends. How can I show it to them?

Unable to send a text to one specific person?

This person has an iPhone 4, when I try to send the text it says 'not delivered'
However if they send me a text I am able to reply?

How can I delete my old facebook account under a different name and password from settings?

my old facebaook was hacked. I created a new account. I cannot post pictures from my iPad 4 to new facebook because I am using a new facebook account with a new password. the system is still storing my old facebook username.

Assuming you are using the FaceBook app: Settings App > FaceBook > [your name] > Delete Account. Then sign in with your new account.

A friend used my pc to check his Facebook account, and used my account. Now, my pc thinks I am he whenever I try to register with Facebook. I didn't catch the mistake until recently and have been trying to delete the info but cannot. I tried to access all of my security settings and even tried to erase the history but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I believe he mistakenly commanded my pc to remember his username and password. I am not currently registered with Facebook, but would like to be but I am having this problem. Is it significant or not? I don't want his info crossing with mine because of my ips numbers or something like that. He also, without my knowledge, accessed his e-mail, too. His username seems to pop up even if I try to "Like" something on Facebook. This is when I noticed the problem. Then, when I tried to Register with Facebook, I was mistaken for him. The registration boxes come already filled in with his info. I do NOT want to invade his privacy. His entire profile comes up complete with friends, pictures, etc...Please help! I cannot make a 'save' disk since I don't know exactly when this happened and I've loaded new programs, including security and related files.

I am very happy to report that my server connection tech, which I called via landline, informed me to : 1. Open Tools 2. Scan down to Clear Recent History 3. Delete All. That was it! Unbelievable! Six hours of searching through the Windows catagories. I checked the results on an internet site, and viola! It was gone! Mozilla Firefox seems to remember the usernames and passwords irregardless of the option window that asks if you if want it to remember the user and password. I finally got in touch with my friend and he said he did not answer yes to the window, even though he was aware of it. No damage. I surely do appreciate everyones' concern in this, now what seems to be, a very simple solution. Cudos to Firefox! Thank-you! P.S. Then the next step would be to restore your phone. My advice is that prior to restoring you import your photos and videos to your computer and back up your contacts (by syncing them with iCloud or to a supported program on your computer using iTunes) as a number of users report losing these when restoring their device.
