Facebook games (Farmville, Cafe World and CityVille (from Zynga) big problem..

Hi sir/madam,
When i playing on Zynga games (Farmville, CafeWorld & Cityville) on Facebook make too slooooooooow, always freeze, always crash...i really hate it......must be flash player or your Chrome....i thought Chrome should be FASTER!
i would be grateful if you sort it out as possible
its happen same as Chrome!!!! i have contact to Chrome as same question!!

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I have also gone into settings - notifiations - and tried turning all notifications for these apps all off but that didnt work either. Any guidance is MUCH appreciated - Im not sure where to go from here.

Also, I strongly suggest updating to Windows 8.1 update 1 as plain old windows 8 is no longer secure or stable.

Just joined bt and have a real big problem!!!!

hello there i was very happy untill this morning with my new bt infinity package which was installed last tuesday.i have only just realised with horror that i have taken delivery of the wrong tv box.we have chosen a humax youview box when we should have opted for a bt vision+ box so we could receive the extra 18 channels and sport.we ordered over the phone and i was told it was just a matter of paying a £10 fee to get espn and i didnt realise the extra channels i was paying an additional £12.50 for was the six packs add on which is completely different.anyway i rang up this morning and was told it would cost £199 to change boxes!!!!!!.is this correct??.if so ive got a year with a useless box with next to nothing i want to watch!!.what are my options please.
on the plus side i am delighted with the phone and broadband!!

stuart can you give me a bit more info about the schedule for the humax box being enabled?
It is scheduled for the summer but lime all schedules it could slip. It requires an update to the software
They are currently working on delivering this service to those who have the existing boxes ie the Black Vision Box. The two separate platforms will disappear in time with YouView being the future. Have you checked to see if your exchange is multicast enabled

Gifting on facebook games such as Cafe World and Restaurant City problem

Ever since I upgraded to Firefox 4, when I go to gift on Restaurant City, Cafe world or any other game it doesn't show up any names to gift too. I just tried it on Google Chrome to make sure it wasn't a Facebook issue. It worked on Google Chrome. Does anyone have any idea, or have you had the same issue?

I believe I've fixed the problem. In the security tab in the options under the tools menu, I clicked to allow third party cookies (I had them deleted when I close Firefox for security reasons) and when I go back into Cafe World my friends show up on ask lists so I can click them. Try it and see if it works for you too.

Facebook game will not open and it did 2 months ago

For a year I have been able to play rummikub on facebook. After a short vacation (2 months ago) the game will not open but ALL other facebook games will. Why??? What can I try??

Merge update source table and delete from target table problem

Hello Friends,
I am a newbie in SQL Server world and I am in a situation where I need to delete the bunch of records from the TARGET table using the values from the SOURCE table.
The TARGET table has close to 400 Million records, so I need to delete the records in small batches of about ~10,000 rows.
I figured out a way to delete in batches by refering the following 2 posts

I think my best option to delete and update in 1 pass would be through using Merge statement, so for that I constructed following SQL.
MERGE dbo.table1 AS TARGET
USING
SELECT File_name FROM dbo.table2
WHERE FILE_DESC = 'EDI'
AND [Processed_date] < DATEADD (WEEK, -10, Getdate ()) AS SOURCE
ON (TARGET.File_name = SOURCE.File_name)
WHEN MATCHED THEN DELETE (FROM THE TARGET)
WHEN MATCHED
THEN UPDATE SET SOURCE.PROCESS_delete_date = GETDATE()
But, when executed, it throws following error and I am struggling to figure out what is wrong with the above syntax.

Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'SELECT'.
Msg 156, Level 15, State 1, Line 5
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AS'.
Can any expert please help a newbie as I learn the new way.

Visakh, we can have more than 1 matched clause in merge as per the Microsoft sql statement, but we need to add a condition along with the match. thanks for your prompt response on this query. your query is logically fine but when executed, it throws

Yes you're correct but again not more than two MATCHED clauses even if you specify condition

Cannot install itunes AND Apple Mobile Device (BIG PROBLEM)

Ok so there is a BIG problem, 3 weeks ago, itunes was working perfectly, and then i got a problem and i had to delete itunes and i also deleted Apple Mobile Device and bonjour and quicktime, but when i try to reinstall itunes, i can't, it just skips the installation and i tried to download apple mobile device separately but it wont work too, i just want to put music on my ipod touch (PLEASE HELP) Thanks

How are you doing the itunes install, BOSS? Are you using Apple Software Update for Windows, or are you downloading and installing itunes from the following location?

My facebook games, farmville and cafe world, no longer work with Firefox 4.0, why?

When I try to send gifts or requests for help in either of these games, my friend list will not load. When I use Internet Explorer, they work fine. I did not have this problem when I used the previous version of Firefox. And my older version of Firefox was much faster than Explorer, so I prefer to use Firefox, but it won't work correctly with my games.

The best bet would be to contact the add-on developers and let them know you'd like to use their extensions on the new version.

Are you still facing the same error ? If yes, are you getting this error everytime you are trying to export ?
Please try again and check.
This is basically a compilation error , where files are not converted into proper format correctly.

I play a browser game, and some times we post battle out results in html in the chat section, where we copy and paste them into a new browser window to view them, this is not possible since I switched to Firefox

I updated and than for 1 week it was ok after that my mobile start hanging. But now my wifi also start hanging most of times it doesn't work. It not ready to start. Not searching a available networks. Please help me. I want to restore a iOS7. Through update.

Try going to setting to General to reset to network settings.
Once you have reset network settings you will then need to have your device find the wifi connection once found you will then need to provide for the wifi password

AA3 and Derumkit from Hell 2 problem!!

I can easily say I am pretty novice. So, I'll be grateful to those who have enough patience helping me out.
I am on a midi track, and I find DKFH2 in the list, I "write" my drum patterns and when I hit 'sequencer' I see my DKFH2 opening, but no sound at all. I don't hear anything when I play along the virtual keyboard of DKFH2 neither when I play my pattern in AA3. No sound at all.
what kind of setting do I need to hear my drums? HEEELP!!

Yes, after I read the FAQ's, including the L checked, I managed to hear out of DKFH2. BUT, now I hear only the blue painted keys in DKFH2, which are only kick drums. Rest of the keyboard makes no noise. Where I've heard in cubase although a few were painted, rest was full with snares, hihats, cymbals. now it's only kick. How may I hear the rest of the keyboard? any idea??

Completely new Ipod straight from repairs= big problem

There are various programs out there for recovering photos from an iPod, have a look at the ones below. If you search the internet you can find more. Just be aware that what you'll be recovering will be photos optimised for the iPod so they won't be the same quality as the original full resolution versions:
