Facebook photo upload album list not refreshing

I have a N8 with the latest firmware and software.
When using Nokia Social/Facebook app to upload images, the album list dropdown does not list all my facebook photo albums. I do not want to upload all my imgaes to the same/default "mobile uploads" folder. I have tried restarting, refreshing etc, but still only get one or two albums listed - and not the same two every time.
Anyone have/had the same issue?

I found a fix!!
Try deleting the app. Then on the iPhone go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website data > scroll to the bottom and tap 'Remove all website data'. Now re-download the Facebook app and see if it works.
It worked for me. Try it.

New to Mac-- Security Certificates and facebook photo uploader question

Hi all,
I'm new to Mac and really have to idea how to fix my problems, so please bear with me as I ask what may be a dumb question.
I was attempting to upload a photo into a pre-existing album on facebook. Because the album was created before I switched to Mac, I did not use iPhoto to publish it, and attempted to use the Facebook photo uploader. On my PC, it would ask to download the Facebook photo-installer add-on, which would then be deleted and need be be reinstalled if I cleared my internet explorer history fully (Maybe this is why PCs are far less stable...but I digress)
When I navigated to the photo uploader, I received a message from Java that something was wrong with the security certificate of the application. I clicked "don't trust" because the other options were "trust" and "show certificate"...it all happened so fast, I don't remember the exact language, and I wanted to keep my Mac as stable as possible. Now, the photo uploader is nothing but a red "X" in the upper left corner of where the application should be
I reset all of my Java defaults. I reset Safari (deleted history and all that, by doing Safari-->reset Safari) I don't know what else to do and I don't want to accept that I did something irreversible within a week of having my new computer...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Safari crashes when trying to use facebook photo upload

I have been using facebook photo upload from Iphoto with out any problems. Tonight I tried it and it shuts down safari happened a couple of times but it corrupted my whole photo library and now Iphoto shows the measage that it is totally corupted and unusable. Any one got any ideas to get it working and to recover photos

Please post your iPhoto question in the iPhoto forum. There are ways to recover, I think, but I am not an iPhoto "expert." Photos are precious and I think you will get the best guidance for possible recovery in the iPhoto forum. There are some real experts there.

Facebook Photo uploader not working

Hi
a few weeks ago (nov 2012) i upgraded to the latest vresion of facebook, but if i now go into the app and click to upload a photo, nothing happens, not even an error message appears. everythign else is working fine though. Photo uploading works if i go to the gallery and select send to facebook.
ive tried uninstalling, resetting my phone and upgrading my software but nothing has worked. any help would be good and i have a blackberry curve9300 3G

Facebook photo upload does not work anymore

Hi guys,
for whatever reason does my iphoto photo upload to facebook not work any more.
It always requests the sign-in-information (username, password), which I - by a 100% - enter correctly, but then nothing happens. I have no idea, what to do now. Has anybody experienced similar problems? Any ideas?

I Start a New am so frustrated with problems syncing photos on my iPad. I choose which files to sync but get deleted photos in my albums, my photos are in the wrong albums and the weirdest of all- I now have strange graphics and Facebook photos in albums!

I have spent several hours trying to find a solution to the following problems. After syncing my IPad with ITunes, I end up with photos that I previously deleted in my albums, duplicate photos, albums that have wrong pictures in them and weirdest of all, strange graphics and Facebook photos that are not even mine. Right now I hate this thing!
I have scanned the support forums, Googled it, deleted several photo caches, spent days editing my photo files, checked the specific folders I wanted to sync and it seems like it's not syncing, just adding the same photos and strange crap that it already had on it. Oh please help me!

OK....I'm stumped. The message you are seeing is typically there to protect someone from syncing with a different computer/iTunes account. Is there any way anyone else has used your iPad and possibly connected it to their computer?

HP Facebook Photo and Album Printing

I have just finished reinstalling my operating system (Windows XP) and am now reinstalling my programs. I have just reinstalled Hp printing software. There is a new feature available I would like to use from HP updates. It allows a person to print photo albums from facebook. I tried to run the program but I get the following message:
"Sorry, privacy setting for this friend prevent HP Photo and Album Printing from accessing your friend's photos".
Does anyone know how to change the privacy settings in Facebook for my friends so I will be able to print my friend's photo albums? There are no tips for how to change these settings to allow Photo and Album Printing. Thank you.

Only your friends can change the share/privacy settings of their photos. The photos need to be shared with you, and your friends need to enable sharing photo with apps in their FB App Settings. See attachment for FB App Setting.

Facebook photo upload from Iphoto

Hi, am trying to upload some photos from iphoto onto fb, but for the 1st time it is telling me I need Iphoto 5. I am not computer savvy and don't know how to do this. Please help.

Sharing to Facebook directly from iPhoto does not work well right now.

Google+ photo upload tool does not show thumbnails

When I use the photo upload tool in Google+, you select the pics to upload, enter an album name or use an existing one, and the upload should start. When this is complete, each uploaded photo should show in a panel so that you can then rotate, delete. This works in IE. In Firefox 24, each photo is just shown as a blue line.
I have tried Firefox in Safe Mode to no effect.

Hello in your system details it seems that you have in your [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox#Windows profile folder] a [http://kb.mozillazine.org/User.js_file User.js] file. The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file, forget it, if you have not create the file then try to delete the User.js file, to see if the problem goes away (some programs create the file also).

[Facebook] Photos Upload impossible

Hello everybody,
My problem is easy to explain but harder to resolve...
I just can't upload photos on website (Facebook, imageshack, and a lot of others sites that I've tried), I've tried with Firefox and chromium.
I tried too an other script of upload. But unfortunately this other script use shockwave plugin.
I search a lot on google and forums. But I find nothing...

I find this thread whith a similar problem, but I don't understand how using intel video driver place to nvidia can resolve the problem. My graphic card is an Nvidia 9500GT.

Facebook Photo Upload Failing

I have an iPhone 5s. I have had it for about three or four months. Yesterday, my facebook app started acting up and will no longer upload any photos. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I've rebooted the phone. I have signed out then signed back in. Nothing as worked. Now, my photos and albums aren't even showing up within the app anymore. They are still there on the site though when I log onto a desktop or laptop. I've looked through a lot of forums and done everything that people have suggested, but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and a fix? Thanks.

I just want to organize my photos to albums and not appear anywhere else. Photos appear in Photos and no indication if they have been dealt with.

I want to load my photos onto my MacBook Pro, sort them into albums and not have them appear in other locations. If I go to Photos all of the photos in the computer seem to appear. I can't tell if they have been put in an Album or have been edited. Is there a simpler system that I can use.

iPhoto works similarly to iTunes. In iTunes, every track is in the Library and each playlist is a sub-set of the Library.
So, in iPhoto, every image is in the Library and each Album is a subset of the Library. So, your photos will always be visible in the Library and in any album you use them in. That - of course - means that any image can ne used in a multitude of albums, and use no extra disk space. So that shot of your son, daughter and their puppy can be in the Son album, Daughter album, Puppy Album and even a favourites album.
Photos and Events are simply two views of the Library - two doors to the same room as it were.
It's easy to find photos not in an Album - with a Smart Album:
File -> New Smart Album
Album -> is not -> any
and another will find Photos not editoed:
File -> New Smart Album
Photo -> is -> Edited.
As you edit a photo, or add it to an album, they will be dropped from the Smart Album.

Why My photo stream album is not shown in my iPhone as a separate album?

I am using iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1, My photo stream is turned on in settings in the iCloud folder. but in the Photo app I can only see 2 albums: All photos, and deleted photos, my photo stream album is gone after i deleted photos inside this album. how can i return my photo stream album back into the photo app??

How do I use the Facebook photo uploader with the new version of Firefox? I need to upload lots of photos, it used to work fine.

I can now only upload 5 photos at a time, and when I tried downloading the photo download software it said it wasn't supported by Firefox 3.6.6. Any ideas?

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
*Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images, the permissions.default.images pref should be 1.

There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images.

Photos in album do not appear in finder

I have run into a strange problem w/ iPhoto (version 2): I copied 96 photos to an album, but when I check the album in the Finder, it shows that there are only 78 photos present. There seems to be no reason I can think of that would explain why 18 pictures did not make the transfer. I noticed this problem when I uploaded the photos to be printed at Cost-Co--since I was uploading from the finder, only 78 of the 96 photos were printed. I've printed tons of photos before, and have only run into this problem now. (Previously, all photos in the album showed up in the Finder, and were uploaded.) I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem, and if anyone knows of any solution(s). Thanks.
