Facetime disabled me from receiving emails anyway to undo the setup

After establishing my facetime account and synching it to my exchange work email, the ipad told me that I would be unable to recieve or send emails and instead of clicking no like I intended, my fat finger hit allow or yes. How do I undo this?

Yes, I have tried various settings (from old posts an what have you), but with the above I am still getting:
Send test e-mail message: The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
when I try and send a test email message... This looks like an ISP problem doesn't it? I am dreading trying to call as my Spanish isn't great!

Why can I no longer delete attachments from received emails??

A few months ago I could delete an attachment from an email by clicking on the attachment name at the bottom of the email and hitting 'delete', but that no longer works.

When I right click on the Attachment, a menu comes up with the Delete option.
Nothing happens when I click Delete -- it gives the pop-up saying that it is 'totally gone if I delete it' -- but then nothing happens. No error messages. The attachment is still attached. I am using 31.1.2

The FaceTime app on my iPod touch refuses to go any further than the email verification part of the setup process. It just goes back to the sign in screen every time. How can I fix this?

My built in FaceTime app on my iPod touch will not proceed from the email verification step of the setup process. I have tried going into settings like app support showed but when I click FaceTime it just shows the sign in screen just like before and does the same thing. Please help me to fix this.

Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

In the old days, like 6 months ago, I could depend on being able to salvage an intended recipient's email address from a note they sent to me. Just click on the name in a received email, then open a "new" email under that address, bang out the message, and send it. Not any more. How do I do it? This seems like a really stupid change. Why does it require complication?

There are several ways. First is to double click the message and the message should appear on-screen with the complete address. Next is you will see a small down arrow like in my example below, click it and you will get the info you need.

- 3 people will post answers, so the person with the question will get 3 emails (if it is turned on)
Mostly it is not neccessary to check the thread, because all information is in the email, and the reward is forgotten.
If it is possible, you can insert 3 links into the received email, and these links are pointing directly to the 2, 6, 10 reward points.
Not so important, just if you have very much free time

That unfortunately would require our "point system" to be a bit more "open" than we want/like, what we could do maybe is shorten the amount of text and force people to go to the website - but I think that puts to much emphasis on the points and not enough on the content.

After changing the email address to my appleid I still receive emails about purchases on the old email (as well as the new).

I recently changed the email address that was my Appleid. I verified it and followed all the steps the web told me to do. I signed out of itunes on my laptop and back in. I signed out of everything and back in on my ipod touch.
Today I made my first purchase since that change, it was on a new computer. I authorized that computer and went through the steps itunes asked me for, password, security questions and so forth. I received an email stating a purchase had been made on a new computer.
The problem is that I also received the same email at my old email address as well as the new one.
When I check my appleid on the internet it says that only the new email is associated with the appleid. Which is how I want it. Why did the old email address get the mail as well as the new? Is there any way to stop that from happening in the future?

Erasing and resetting the network settings in the phone seems to have done the trick. Facetime is now working again.
Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network Settings.
I did not have to remove all data from the phone.

How do you access "trouble shoot" for mail. My AOL account is set up on the mail icon but it some how defaulted to another Wi fi account and could not receive email. We reset the the Wifi but somehow didn't complete the process.

I don't really understand your question. The Mail application cannot independently access a different wifi network from the one your computer is using.
Are you trying to troubleshoot your wifi (ie, you can't get into your own wireless network), or the Mail program (you can't get email)? Are there any error messages you see when you try to do one or the other?

When I receive emails why doesn't the mail icon on the bottom of the home page indicate I have mail. Only after I go into my mail do I find out I have mail. My Blackberry always indicated when I received new emails.

I was wondering if the mail icon on the bottom of the home screen ever indicates that I have mail. It isn't indicating and only after I open up my mail does it show that I have received emails. Is there any type of indicator that is supposed to be on the mail icon that shows I have mail? Thanks

Mail starts up wherever you last left it, or should do without any changing of settings.

Received emails show nothin in the reading pane

I have an issue with Outlook 2010 on a Win7 32-bit client. This user is receiving emails and nothing shows up in the reading pane. It only happens to certain emails but it happens often enough to be really annoying. When you go to reply/forward the email
the text will show up but it will show up in a weird font with paragraph marks and there will be dots between every word. I forwarded the email to myself and the formatting of the original message shows up just fine. The email shows up fine on the users phone
as well as in OWA. The issue is specific to this outlook installation. I deleted her profile and data files and let the mailbox recreate and I also tried repairing the office installation with no luck. I've tried playing around with some fonts and stationary
settings(I think this is the culprit) with no success.
Is there any way to do a reset on outlook and go back to default settings accross the board? Or do you know of any settings I may just be missing that would cause this?

Try to reset the view.
Click Start->Run and type Outlook.exe /cleanviews and click OK.
If it still not work, I suggest you creating a new outlook profile. How to do this, you can refer to this article:
