FaceTime is down, where is Apple when you need them?

Just wanted to say that Facetime isn't working for me on my iOS devices and my Macbook Air. This problem is not limited to IOS. Where is Apple, and why aren't they letting us know what is going on? It would save everyone a lot of time if they gave us some sort of update, but that is probably too much to ask right?

JBO-35007 - Where is it when you need one?

Please help me to understand when I can rely on JBO-35007.
I have a pretty simple use case:
1. List employees in a table with selection
2. Select an employee and navigate to the edit page. Edit page has 2 buttons - "Commit" and "Back To List". "Back To List" button executes global navigation action
Now where the fun part starts.
1. User goes to the 'listEmployees' page, selects a row in a table, then presses "Edit" button - he is taken to the 'editEmployee' page.
2. User presses CTRL+N to create a new window (I know they are not supposed to do that, but they do!).
3. While being in the new window user presses "Back To List" button and as expected is taken to the 'listEmployees' page.
4. Here user navigates to a different row, then selects 'editEmployee' button.
Right after this user switches back to the previous window (Remember that the previous window is still showing the old record from the step 1 above)
5. User modifies one or more fields and presses "Commit"
At this moment the famous JBO-35007 is displayed as expected, and this is a good thing. I expect the same error to be displayed the next time user presses the "Commit" button, but it does not!
Instead the record from the step 4 above is being updated.
Now my question is - Is this an expected behavior? If yes, how do I prevent user from executing "Commit" second time?

Where in Apple can you get answers as to why one can't consistently access icloud and when you can you can't access contacts or notes etc?

One computer, can't sign into ICloud "encountered an error trying to connect to server". On the other computer left myself signed in and now can't access contacts or notes: "Can't load Contacts/Notes as there was a problem loading the application". This has been going on for about 3 weeks. What is up and what is being done about it?

Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

No that is not work. Try to call some number and when is connect click on keyboard and you can see that sign "+" doesn't exist.
So I use local number, when I'm connect I have option to call international number but like "+3193675xxxx" how I can put?
Before on iOS 6 I do it.

Not possible. In order to read an email in the preview pane requires opening the message. You can mark a message that you've read as unread after reading it.

Even when I try to change the featured artist in my I tunes, it won't stay with my other songs, and I want to be able to listen to my album in the order of the songs that the album has it.

The iTunes/iPod software isn't set up to let you sync songs from more than one libray, but if you manually manage the iPod you can add tracks from multiple computers without removing the existing content. Personnaly I think syncing with a library is a much better way to manage your iPod, so I'd suggest you just copy the stuff you bought at work onto a memory stick, then take it home and import it into your iTunes library there.

It seems your passwords aren't autofilling. That does sound troublesome. You may want to review your autofill settings in Safari:
Safari 8 (Yosemite): If AutoFill doesn’t work
If AutoFill doesn’t work in Safari
If Safari isn’t automatically filling in information on websites, try these suggestions.
Choose Safari > Preferences, click Passwords, then make sure “AutoFill user names and passwords” is selected.
Note: The “AutoFill user names and passwords” option in the Passwords pane is equivalent to “User names and passwords” in the AutoFill pane of Safari preferences. When you select one, the other is also selected.
Make sure any information you want to be filled in automatically is saved on your card in Contacts. Safari can only fill in contact information that’s on your card in Contacts. For example, if a form requires your phone number, but it isn’t on your card, you must fill it in manually.
Make sure the webpage has fields AutoFill can complete.
Safari may be unable to tell which fields are for user name and password, credit card number and expiration date, and so forth.

No you cannot. once you delete them off your phone the only way you can view them wirelessly on your phone is by connecting your phone back to the computer and putting them back on your phone. Otherwise you cannot access them wirelessly.

Use Find My Friends app instead. Much easier to manage, and you won't need each other's id/pw's to do it. They only need to accept your invitations and vice versa.

My Ipod is frozed on the restore screen (the one with the apple, when you restore it). I don't know how to fix it, my computer says it is corrupt. What do I do?

I was adding music to my Ipod the other day, from some cds I bought. My ipod randomly crashed, and said it was corrupt, and needed to be restored. So I began the restoration. It restored, said it needed it again! I began to restore it again, and my Ipod froze on the restore screen (where the apple shows). I don't know how to fix this, and I really don't want to buy a new one.

What happens if you try resetting it while still connected and restoring it one more time in iTunes? To reset the iPod, press and hold both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
