Facetime Problem...anyone help?

Recently I got my IPHONE 4 in Australia. However i have encounter problem when i try to use Facetime.
The problem is that when I call a person, the person picks up but he/she barely hears what I am talking (even when I'm shouting on the mic). On the other hand, i have no problem with hearing. I have already tried with four friends, and 4 of them barely hear me at all. I have also asked person 1 to test with person 2..and so on. They can all hear each other, whereas they barely hear me. What is the problem.
Furthermore, they have set volume to max and everything is activated.
Again. I have restart my phone (power off and power on)
I did a soft reset( press home and power together)
I even restore my phone to factory and it still has the problem.
I used another wifi spot and still has the same problem.

If no change after restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup, call AppleCare if available in your county, make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby, or if your chosen carrier for the iPhone handles support and a possible exchange under warranty for the iPhone, contact your carrier.

I've just setup my new iPad Air. With new Apple ID ect everything working fine, but I can't redeem my iTunes voucher it says wrong password/ user name but they are not wrong. I've reset password same problem anyone help?

Imac G5 Airport very weak, no signal, problem anyone help?

Hello all, I just got my Imac G5, Rev A, back from getting the powersupply replaced (it was a recall some time ago; mine started to power down only lately on its own). However, when I got the Imac back it only just bareley registers my Airport Express...I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc. My Ibook laptop picks up the signal at full strength anywhere in my apartment, so i know something is wrong with the mac and not the signal. I've tried to take out the airport card and see if its plugged in snug, etc. I'm beginning to think that when the techs were changing the power supply they might have shorted my card or perhaps the antenna system??? Anyone help? I"m out of warranty, but I figure if i call them and tell them the situation they might fix it regardless...i'd love some advice guys, thanks.

I can FaceTime my daughter to her ipod touch from my iphone but when my daughter tries to FaceTime me she gets the message
"Mum is not available for FaceTime"
I FaceTime other people from my iphone and receive FaceTime calls back to it.
So can anyone please explain why it's not working from my daughters ipod touch?

Adobe Bridge problem, Anyone help?

I am using After Effects and want to add an effect to Text i use the brower presets option which opens Adobe Bridge. Adobe Bridge normally allow a preview of the effect in the preview section. However where the preview should be an 'unidentified file' icon appears with the file name eg Character Shuffle In.ffx.
If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated. I am using CS5 on windows 7 64 bit.

T23 PC card problem anyone help please

Hi all newbie here (will become apparent lol) I have purchased a pc card and I have inserted it with no luck. I have checked in ''device manager'' and it appears as network controller but underneath network adapters in ''other devices'' with a yellow exclamation mark. I have tried in vain to update driver but windows just asks for the disc that came with it to install driver and there wasn't one. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

iPads bought in the UAE do not have FaceTime due to restrictions by that country's government. As it's blocked by the device's serial number it also can't be installed, including via iOS updates (even though you are now in a different country). You could try an app such as Skype For iPad from the app store instead

I have the same problem on my iMac. My facetime has been working, but now I'm getting the same error as You. I've been through the following:
The stuff that Linc Davis suggested, new profile on iMac, moved iMac into DMZ zone with no firewall rules, tested with other Apple-ID, checked hosts file, checked different timezone settings, tried to connect to 2 mobile APs (with diferent providors), changed DNS servers (ISP's DNS + Google DNS + Open DNS) - Nothing helped. Also talked to Apple Support, since i have Apple Care, but the seem to be a bit clueless also Well I've mailed them the results of my different tests, so lets see what they come up with - Unfortunately I'm sure it will be the same suggestion as all the major PC manufactures suggests, reinstall and test - RIGHT !!!!!!
If I get solution, I'll post it here.

iMessage and FaceTime are currently experiencing problems it's nothing that you are doing wrong. Just wait it out and check back for iCloud status.
