Facing a issue in Output.

Hi,
i am facing issue in viewing appropriate output when i hit on VIEW OUTPUT tab.
Actually for single concurrent pgm , i defined multiple layout for multiple countries. And i am picking the RTF layout based on the Org_id by using bursting control file and i am mailing the output to mail id. Its working fine, and i am getting the appropriate output in mail box.
But when i click the view output button, i getting the output which is defaulted in template manager which is not relevant to mailing pdf output.
I want the pdf output as like mailing output. Please help me out in figuring where i am making mistake..

I am facing an issue with the Payables Open Interface Import...
My Requirement is:
1. Need to upload the PO, Supplier, Invoice #, Invoice Date details to custom table (through web ADi)
2. From custom table storing in the AP invoice interface tables.
3. From Interface table, calling API (Payables Open Interface Import) which wil create the invoive (PO matched)
Now, If user has given wrong data some reasons....Payables Open Interface Import has rejected that entry....user has checked this and corrected later and trying to create the same invoice with the correcte data....As there is a rejected a line exists on the Header interface, line interface...even though if he pass the correct data in the second time it is cosidering that rejected row and not processing the correct row...
Can any one suggest on this...

When processing a record, you can check if another ap_invoice_interface record exists for the same invoice number and
1) Delete the old record and then insert a new one
OR
2) Update the old record instead of creating a new one

Issuing two outputs at a time.

For a given invoice,we have to issue ouput(Smartform) to Bill-to-party with BP Address.
Also we need to check the buying group(KNB1-EKVBD) of sold-to-party with that of Bill-to-party. If the buying group of SP and BP is different,then we need to issue output also to Payer with PY Address(instead of BP Address).So in this case we need to issue two outputs : one for SP and another for PY with different addresses.
How can we achieve this? All suggestions are welcome.

Hi Nikhil,
You will need some steps. First create an additional output type with exactly the same settings as RD00.
This output type should have a requirement that should only be processed in case the buying group differs.
Then in the smartform you should copy the address-node and both adress nodes should have a Condition: one to be processed in case of output type RD00 (regular invoice) and one with the condition to be processed in case of your newly defined output type.

Because delivery will be having header level output and item level output. So if u try to print through main screen then system will not know whether it is header related or item related. That is the reason it is only print output at header level or item level but not in main screen.
I think u may have doubt like how billin will be issued output through Main screen. Because for billing both header and item level data are same..

if you go to settings-General
You can select between using the side switch to lock rotation or mute. If you select one mute, then the lock rotation icon will show up in the control center. If you select lock rotation, then the mute will show up. THe side switch is then used for the other option.

i've had this happen when the cd is extremely dirty. usually only one or two tracks though, not a whole cd.

I am getting this error while using unicode RFCSDK dll (librfc32u.dll) only, If I carry out this operation using non unicode DLL (librfc32.dll) I am not getting this error.
While using unicode RFCSDK, I am using code page "4103", and operating system is Windows XP SP2.
We have a program which does data exchange with SAP using RFCSDK. In this program first we try to read the interface info of a BAPI using RFC_GET_FUNCTION_INTERFACE.

Where, tab->name = "BAPI_EMPOYEE_GETDATA" and tab->leng = 400
Once we read all the required info we release the table handle, mentioned above using following code
ItDelete(tab[0].ithandle);
To troubleshoot this what I did is as soon as I execute "RFC_GET_FUNCTION_INTERFACE" and get table handle. I immediately tried to release this handle without doing any further oprations in the code. I am still getting the same error.
I have observed this error with this BAPI (BAPI_EMPOYEE_GETDATA) only. The operation works fine with other RFCs and BAPIs
Could you please suggest how I could resolve this error? I have gone through the different threads listed in the forum for this error however they did not help to resolve the issue.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
The iPhone4 runs iOS7 without any issues or performance problems.

We are facing an issue in our COE SAP ECC 6.0 instance. The sequence of steps performed is as given below
1. Start Vendor Creation using Create Vendor: Initial Screen
2. Create Vendor : Address
3. Create Vendor : Control
4. Create Vendor: Payment Transactions
5. Create Vendor: Accounting Information Accounting
6. Create Vendor: Payment Transactions Accounting
7. Create Vendor: Correspondence Accounting
After the above steps are performed the system displays a message Vendor <V No.> was created in company code 1000
If we try to use the above created Vendor in F-90 or FK02 ( Change Vendor details TCode) it throws an error as "Vendor has not been created".
The table LFB1 doesnt have the Vendor associated with the Company Id 1000.
Query: But does anyone WHY the Table is not being updated and WHAT needs to be done to make sure Updation happens in future.
A quick response on this will be greatly appreciated!

Solaris 10 with Qlogic card facing network issue

card vender is qlogic and switch is brocarde,
if we reset the port from switch side, it will work for nearly 2 hours. after that ping will stop.
here is the details. and there is no error on messages.

Selection screen validation - facing an issue

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while doing validations on selections screen of a report program.
On selecting a checkbox, a field related to that should become mandatory.
But if I do the validation in selection screen events,
for the first time also, when I select the check box, it is displaying error message saying no data in mandatory field.
So I am doing the validation in start-of-selection event.
Is there any work around for this?
Please help me in this regard.

maybe you could try coding the validations at selection-screen.
Also remove OBLIIGATORY syntax in selection screen coding.
check the value in your check box and make the required field mandatory there.

Re-issue PO Output

Hi All,
I have an output setup (email) in the PO. When the PO gets created we have conditions setup in MN04/MN05/MN06 to release it automatically. Does anyone know of a way to re-issue the output in MASS (maybe 20 PO's) after the output has already intially been sent.
I do know that in my output in configuration, I can setup the PO to release upon changes. However, we do not want to do this for every PO. I have also looked at transaction ME9F, but do not see a way to release the email output again.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it is only for the selected POs and not to do trigger from ME22n,
You can do the folllow
1. Me9f
2.Processing Status-1
3.Provide the list of PO doc number
4.Execute it
5.Select all and Click on the message details and Select the output types and Click on the repeat output
6.Save
7.Back to the main screen and with the Processing Status-0, execute it, all the POs can be output again
