Hi All,
i am facing some data mismatch with my iphones. the actual mobile data usage volume and data usage for Apps volumes are showing different data.
for eg : Mobile Data Usage - Current Data Usage - Current Period volumes showing 342 MB but if i check the Use Mobile Data For Apps Volumes for all Apps including System Service Data's and Uninstalled Data's are showing very less ( around 200 MB only ) compare with Current Period Volumes.
Mobile Data Usage - Current Data Usage - Current Period and Use Mobile Data For Apps ( Apps wise data usage ) Data's are not matching..
Please let me know will it show like that only or its an issue ???? if you want i can share the screen shot as well.

A data counter which could be placed somewhere on the screen perhaps as a watermark or in the tool bar or some easily accessible location would be a real advanatge to those of us getting caught with inexplicable extra data usage.

10.2.0.1 is not supported/certified on Win 2008, so expect issues with the install and/or with using the software.
Why cannot you use a supported version - minimum is 10.2.0.4, which is only available to customers with an Extended Support contract

Issue with Ord Start Date

Hi,
I am having issue with Ord Start Date.
When i create XYZ Asset now when i do the acquasation for that new asset. Example: Using FB01 i enter todays date and i do the posting.
Now when i go to DEP Area TAB for the DEP Key (M200) - The Ord Dep Start Date is 15 Dec 2010.
For this DEP Key Period Control Methods (T code - AFAMP) - Acquisation Entered is ( 6 that is - at the start of year) and the Period Control is ( T code - OAVS) (4 that is - First year convention at half year start date).
Our client is using the fiscal year as 1 June 2010 to 31 May 2011.
So when i do acquistion for the asset as per the period contol the Ord Dep Start Date should be 1 Dec 2010, but here it is talking 15 Dec 2010.
Why is system talking 15 days more.

Which Fiscal year variant are you using??
Did you maintain it in OAVH? Copy the existing entry in OAVH for K4 to your Fisc Yr var and try again
And also, 04 does not figure for Acquisitions in AFAMP under 0004.... Whatever you specify in OAVH must also be a part of AFAMP

I am facing issues with my music on my iOS device. I have five devices connected to my apple id. And out of which a Windows Machine and iPhone is not able to sync the purchased songs on the the Windows machine and the iPhone.

The iPhone4 shows the songs are not supported and on the Windows Machine the songs do not play completely. Can anyone advice what could have gone wrong ? Because rest of the devices are synced to MacBook and they are able to sync the content normally. I have even subscribed to iTunes Match but the problem is still not fixed.

Devices refer to iDevices... iPod... iPhone... iPad. .. Not Computers.
Authoriation applies ONLY to Computers... of which there is a Limit of 5 per Apple ID.
If the issue is with iTunes on your Windows Computer... Perhaps you need to Re-install iTunes...

I'm trying to deploy a reverse proxy for mobile and external users, but I am having issues with the mobile client for android. It keeps saying "an unknown error occurred". Please try again.
I've got the log zip file outputted by the client here if someone could have a look and point me in the right direction? I've set
up server farms for the webservices, meet, and dialin.
Desktop clients can log in without any issue btw.

What's wrong with my mobile data network?

I've had this 2nd hand iPhone 4 for almost 2 months and everything has been working perfectly until today. I was using viber and sending messages to my friends and it suddenly stopped working and i have no idea why, i thought i just lost my 3G for a while so i waited a few hours for it to come back up, this started around 3pm and it's 12am right now and it's still not working... Everything else worked such as skype, twitter and the internet but for some reason i couldnt send and receive messages on viber and imessage. I also didn't get any notifications from ANYTHING during the whole time until i connected to my wi-fi at home which i then got flooded with messages, tweets and etc.
I think that theres something wrong with my mobile data network and i dont really know what it is since everything was working fine this afternoon and it just suddenly stopped? Connecting to Wi-fi makes everything work fine and i actually receive notifications and am able to send and receive messages to my friends on viber and imessage.
Can anyone help me?

BBM on BB Classic eating up a lot of mobile data during one day and without reason

Hello, on August 1, BBM (10.9.5.22) on my Classic (software release 10.3.1.1779) suddenly consumed about 125 megabytes of data via mobile network within one day, without having used BBM for anything but a few text messages and with only one chat having been active. Maybe there were about two photos, but only in the default low resolution which are never above a few hundred kilobytes. Is anyone able to explain this behaviour? I'm a little bit frustrated as 125 megabytes are a lot if the free "high speed" volume per month is only several 100 megabytes, and BBM consumes a lot of it right of the beginning of a month And otherwise, e.g. for video calling, it asks if you really want to do that on a mobile network... The frustration continues... now BBM consumes at least (!) 40 megabytes per day, by only using it for a fwe text messages. I have installed the agent 10 or 15 times and one installation has failed, no error appeared during the installation but I am having inconsistent issues with my ethernet card not working here and there. We rebooted and can log into Novell client but the login prompt did not appear for ESM client or the icon was not in the systray. Everything seems to work, besides at times (a couple times today) it terminates his ethernet card/connection. I would re-image his computer but he has several applications and it would take several hours, so I am hoping someone has an idea to fix this issue. So I was trying to figure out why he did not get the prompt to login and why it's not in the systray and it appears to not have completed the install? I checked the add/remove programs, its not listed within their, I also checked the registry and found nothing for endpoint within their, but the files are within c:\program files\novell\zenworks endpoint security.
I have also tried uninstalling it but that fails due to it "not being installed", and it will not reinstall over itself either.
I did notice that stuninstdrv.exe is running in task manager. Any help would be great...

If you are searching the registry, check for the "Senforce" string. It should be at HKLM\Software\Senforce
Try running the install program for the ZSC with the following command line:
setup.exe /V"STUNINSTALL=1"
If you've specified an uninstall password, try this one instead:
setup.exe /V"STUNINSTALL=1 STUIP=password"" (please note the double quote at the end)

Make a new Apple ID for her.
Use it on her iPhone 4S for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime.
Use your ID on her iPhone 4S for iTunes and App Stores.
Sign in with your Apple ID on iTunes Store (on iTunes app of her new computer)
Authorize her new computer with your Apple ID in iTunes (iTunes menu>Store>Authorize this Computer)
Check "Share my Library on my Local Network" in iTunes Preferences in your and her computer
Sign in Home Sharing of her iTunes with your Apple ID.
Copy all the Music she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Copy all the apps she wants from the old computer to the new one. (Must be on the same network)
Export all playlist as xml files from the old computer to the new one.(right click on the playlist to export and "File>Library>Import Playlist to Import)
Sync her iPhone 4S with all content she wants from her new computer (all data from the old computer will be deleted)
Are you sharing Contacts or other data from iCloud?
Be careful or ask for help about moving from iCloud account to another one.

Hi, Iv had my blackberry for about 3 weeks and all was fine until yesterday.
The data usage continuously increases even though im not connected to the internet or any applications.
The only way i can stop the data usage increasing is if I turn the phone off or turn off all my connections to vodafone and wifi...
I have deleted all the applications on the phone so it cant be them
I have deleted all email accounts as well
is there any way that I can find out what is causing my data usage to increase in this way (It even increases whilst im not even using the phone)

If you press and hold the Menu Key, how many applications show open? If there are more then five, select them and press the Menu Key and select Close.
Then test to see if your data usage is better. If you are still having issues after this contact your wireless provider for further support options.
