FACTORING:generating a file to *report the recovery of customeru00B4s charges

Hello, I´d like to know if there is a standard way of generating a file form to report the recovery of customer´s charges using factoring. (I do not mean the file that generates the F110 to instruct the bank the debt transferred). To post the customer charges we use the document type 75, 20 or 21 and always we offset these documents with the the 70 which is indicating that the debt was transferred to the bank.Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the offerings. But as I mentioned the problem can not be solved by closing ms word or killing any instances of it or even creating a new template. I have only one shot to open any other created template after I make my coding in the fields. After previewing the output, again I can not open any field , I mean double click. Again I have to close all rtf and reopen it again.

  • Can I back up the files before doing the recovery?

    Hello
    If using the recovery disk to load windows (I have Windows Vista 32-bit) is it possible to save files (pictures, etc...) before wiping out these files on the hard drive?
    I have not backed up some files and cannot access windows to do this now...am wondering if I can back up the files before doing the recovery?
    Any help would be appreciated : )

    Hello
    You can try to start Vista in Safe mode. Start your notebook and press F8. Choose option to start OS in safe mode. When Vista starts connect external HDD or USB memory stick and copy all your data there.
    I have done this three weeks ago. I was not able to start Vista properly due to blue screen.

    Hi all,
    I am using oracle 10g with forms 6i and reports 6i.I need to generate pdf file where clicking a button a report should be called and the report should be generated as a .pdf file in the source i have specified(ex. d:\...).Is this popssible with forms?.how can i achieve this.Kindly help me with suitable answers.Thanks :)
    Regards
    Vids

    hi,
    regarding report, there is a dedicated report forum. you should post there.
    but answer for your question is form is nothing to do with the pdf generation. you can call the report from the as usual.
    In the report you should set the properties like
    destype to 'file'
    desname to 'path with file name'
    desformat to 'pdf'

  • Generating Text Files from reports

    Hi all,
    Could anyone help me to generate reports to text files using command line. I could do this using the menus but I need to do it by command line.
    I tried to use the DESFORMAT parameter but the values for this parameter do not include a value for a text file. I could find PDF, HTML, RTF and.....
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    Try using DESFORMAT=DELIMITED eg.
    rwrun60.exe REPORT="XXXXX.RDF" USERID=userid/passwordf@databaseid DESTYPE=FILE DESFORMAT=DELIMITED DELIMITER=TAB DESNAME="XXX.TXT" BATCH=YES
    I think the default delimiter is TAB but you can specify your own delimiter. There is a list of command line options and delimiter options on the Reports Runtime Help.
    I hope this helps !
    regards

  • Generating .pdf file from Reports Builder 10g

    Hi,
    I made a report in Reports Builder 10g and every label and field I set, but when I print the report throw reports builder field are displaced randomly, i.e. they are not where I set them in paper layout. In print preview everything is OK, but when I print it everything(fields) is in the mess. Please help.

    APEX doesn't output PDF natively, so you have to use an external report server for this. There's a link on apex.oracle.com entitled PDF Printing that discusses the options.

  • Problems reading generated pdf-files

    Hi all,
    I have problems reading generated pdf-files from
    Report Builder 6.0.8.11.3
    An error-message occurs when opening the pdf with
    Adobe Acrobat 5.0.1:
    ... problem 110 and after moving in an empty pdf-document
    the messages:
    - too few operands
    - an unrecognized token
    I think the solution must be very simple, but the docu and

  • Not able to generate excel file locally

    Hi guys,
    My web server & database server are on 2 different systems. I am trying to generate excel file locally but the excel is getting generated on server. Output path is
        c:\\" + output + ".xls
       There is no problem anywhere else in code. If a user on any system is trying to generate excel file it's getting
    generated on server in C drive. But the excel should generate on local system of that particular user.
    Is this code fine?
    \\c:\\" + output + ".xls

    It's on intranet, so security is not an issue.Yes, it is. Because of the inherent security problems, servers just plain can't do that. Do you think there's an "I'm running in an intranet" flag in your server? If there was, then bad guys would just set that flag on and write malware to any client that connected. Intranets aren't an excuse for sloppy security.
    Do I need to download the file from server?That's what I said.

  • I need a help to generate new file

    Hi Guys
    I need your help. I have two text box in my form, the first one takes the file name to read, and then when user type in another file name in the second textbox, result should be saved as a typed file name in the same path.
    What I really want to do is, when the file is exist already (for instance, I'll name it as result.txt), my program scan through the result.txt file and append the new data at the end of the file. But result.txt file doesn't exist, it has to generate new file and save the data into the new one. I think I need to implement these in the OpenFile1() function, but I dont' know how.
    Does anybody have idea to solve this?
    private void saveFile() {
    textArea.append("SAVE FILE\n---------\n");
    if (openFile1())
         try {
              outputToFile();
    catch (IOException ioException) {
              JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(this,"Error Writing to File",
                   "Error",JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);
    private boolean openFile1 ()
         // Display file dialog box
    title=textfield1.getext();
    path=fileName_in.getPath();
         File file_out = new File(path, title);
    if (fileName_out == null || fileName_out.getName().equals("")) {
         JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(this,"Invalid File name",
                   "Invalid File nmae",JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);
         return(false);
         else {
    try
    boolean created = file_out.createNewFile();
    if(true)
    fileOutput = new PrintWriter(new FileWriter(fileName_out));
    return(true);
    else
    catch (IOException exc) {
    System.err.println("# Error: " );
    private void outputToFile() throws IOException
    // Initial output
         textArea.append("File name = " + fileName_out + "\n");
         //process();
         // Test if data exists
         if (data != null)
         Date now = new Date();
    DateFormat df = DateFormat.getDateInstance(DateFormat.SHORT);
    String s = df.format(now);
    //long nowlong=now.getTime();
    fileOutput.println(s);
    fileOutput.print(fileName_in.getName() +" of slope value:" + slope);
    textArea.append("File output complete\n\n");
         else
    textArea.append("No data\n\n");
         // End by closing file
         fileOutput.close();
    Thank you so much!

    There's a lot of unnecessary code there, and anyway it isn't formatted in a readable way so I am not going to look too closely at it. But if you want to append to the file if it already exists and create the file if it doesn't, then all you need is this: fileOutput = new PrintWriter(new FileWriter(fileName_out, true));Note the "true" parameter there which (if you look in the API documentation) says that new data will be appended at the end of the file.

  • ORA-04030 while generating HTML files

    While generating HTML files out of the database, combining XML type and structured data, and storing these files in XDB filesysteem. I get the following error.
    ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 2048 bytes (cursor work he,kghsseg : kokeismo)
    Does anybody have an clue about the cause. We are using a 9i database, with patch 9.2.0.6. not yet installed, running on Solaris. it looks like the generator stops every time after the same content item.

    Hi,
    This is because of fragmentation of shared pool. If this is other than production database, you can flush the shared pool by "alter system flush shared pool;".
    For production database, it is not advisable to flush the shared pool as it contains parsed sql statements. You can increase the shared_pool_reserved_size. Normally it's 10% of shared_pool_size. If you are using Oracle 8i, you can set shared_pool_min_alloc parameter so that for memory higher than this value only, the reserved size will be used. This parameter is deprecated in 9i. For temporary purpose, you can execute dbms_shared_pool.aborted_request_threshold(val_in_bytes) to release space from shared_pool.
    Thanx.

  • Difference in generated PDF file size between distiller 6.0 and 10.0

    Hi,
    we are currently using Distiller server 6.0.1 on Windows server 2003 to convert PS to PDF, we want to upgrade our operating system to Windows server 2008 R2 but distiller server is not supported on this,
    so we are evaluating Acrobat distiller 10 which comes along with Acrobat pro x but we noticed some slight difference in the generated PDF file size, for the same PS the distiller server 6.0 generated PDF
    file size of 55 KB whereas Acrobat distiller 10 generated PDF file is 53 KB. The output looks same but wondering whether is it safe to continue further with the file size difference, it would be good
    if you could provide some insight into why the file sizes are different between these two versions.
    Thanks,
    Anand

    understand that my excel files at Xcelcius got a lot of formula, when i try to minimize the formula the error gone, is there any limitation from Xcelcius to Excel Formula?
    Edited by: Hariyono Hariyono on Apr 12, 2010 9:44 AM

    Hi,
    Yes we have limitation on size of the rows(up to 800 in my case) and columns(90 in my case).
    If we use formula like look up's we have performance issues.

  • Generate XML Files

    I have an Oracle database and need to generate output files that contain the results of queries. The output files must be in xml format. I have the dtd's and I need to ensure that the xml files are in the defined format. I have limited experience of using xml. How should I go about this?

    I am looking into using the XSQL utility to produce xml pages. I have looked at the documentation but I still have some questions as follows:
    I have dtd's already and I am wondering
    - how the format of the xml pages is determined?
    - will XSQL use the dtd's for the purpose of formatting?
    - with what versions of the oracle database is this feature available?
