Cant purchase next level on candy crush. Message reads that a different id was used to purchase this app and in order to buy the the item with this id you must first purchase the app. I have always had the same id
Did you download that game, or could somebody else have downloaded it or synced it to your iPad ? And the id that shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store is your id - if not then tap on it to log out of it and then log back in

Thanks for replying, and the clarification, I'm not the developer so get my terms mixed up. I understand that our app is still available, but without the folio content to download within it it is essentially just an empty shell, and so totally useless to any new subscribers.
Essentially my issue is still the same, someone at Adobe advised us incorrectly when we were deciding on subscriber levels and now i'm either stuck with a $500 a month charge forever or have no publication to promote. It just seems like a really bad deal for small publishers that we are now locked into a huge monthly charge just because we wanted to make our publication available on other devices.
Is there no way we could pay a reduced level subscription for just hosting the folio content?
If anyone can point me towards someone who can help at Adobe I'd really appreciate it, we put a lot of work into our latest folio, with plans to produce another in early 2014, and we're feeling pretty despondant about this latest development. We're going to have to completely shelve this project if there is no workaround.
Any advice would be gratefully received. -

Paneman if Illustrator is not listed within the Applications folder then please utilize the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html. This should restore your ability to install Illustrator.

I cannot download an app from the app store, it keeps loading until it says "You have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded no at no additional charge", and then it prompt for password and I input it after which nothing happens.
I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

Do you have Restrictions set that prohibit installing those apps? Settings>General>Restrictions
Can yo download/purchase them directly to your iPod?

IPod Touch failed to reload apps
My son's touch failed today. (it's not even 1 week old!) While he was playing the screen went black and the screen with the iTunes logo with a pic of the usb cable came on. When we got home and plugged in to iTunes, it made us download a new version and it made us 'restore'. We did all that and everything came back except for the apps that he bought directly from his touch. How do we get those back without having to rebuy? I tried to have him redownload them, and the touch is requesting that he pay for them again. HELP...
Make sure when you connect the Touch that you are logged into the iTunes account that was used to purchase the apps on the Touch. When you go to download them again click on the button to buy them, it will then remind you that you have already purchased the app and ask if you want buy them again (you will be downloading them on your computer and then syncing them, not putting them directly on the Touch). You do not have to use any forms on the iTunes site.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

How can i transfer my new purchased itunes apps to my itunes library
actually having several problems, installed itunes on a new computer, have transfered/sync all of my existing ipod touch apps/music successfully. I purchased new apps and a movie, but they do not appear on my itunes library, how can i transfer these new purchases, to my new itunes library on the new computer, so they can be synced to my ipod touch. also, my computer is online and my ipod is online, but when i connect the ipod touch to my computer, and i try to update the software update, it says it cant because its not connected to the internet?...any info on either of these topics. thanks

as already mentioned, use File->transfer purchases to copy your apps and bought media to your computer, or right click on the device in the device list and choose "transfer purchases"
