Failed to load mda_sap.dll when defining connectng BW & BOBJ Designer

Dear BOBJ and SAP Experts,
The following error message occurs when defining a SAP Client connection in BOBJ Designer:
"DBD: An error occurred while trying to load the provider for transport sap. Failed to load library mda_sap. System error message: The specified module could not be found."
We are running BOBJ on a Windows Server 2003 R3 64bit server. The mda_sap.dll file exists in folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

Hi,
The BOBJ server currently has the following components installed and in this approximate install order:
.Net Framework 3.5 SP2
JVM 1.6
Business Objects XI3.1 SP3
SAP Integration Kit
SAP Java Connector
We've managed to workaround the MDA_SAP.DLL problem by installing SAPGUI 7.10 (Patch 10), which must contian some DLLs that fix the error. However, this doesn't fix the root cause of the problem, so any advice on a 'true' fix would be much appreciated.

You don't have to disable any addons or extentions!!!You guys are not going to believe this I figured out the problem it's really dumb...ok here goes the attachment uploader loads seperate so I got to thinking it's a popup so I went to options content and under block pop ups there is an option exceptions click on that and in the box type firefox.com and hit allow pow its fixed!!!!! :-)

I have try to suppress windows update, but the problem is always here, this services refuses to start :

Hmm, the exception definately shouldnt happen - no matter what else may have occurred on your machine.
Have you ever used the RSA authenticator? The aceclnt.dll is supplied by RSA and installed into system32 when you install the RSA client tools CD.
If yes, its possible the OS upgrade managed to nuke the DLL accidentally. ALthough the error message "Failed to load aceclnt.dll" is actually quite normal. I get this and dont have RSA support installed.
I think this will require a call to the TAC as you probably need a developer to track the crash... the sort thing I used to do!

Acrobat fatal error: failed to load core dll

I have a problem with acrobat reader on my laptop.
My OS is Vista Home Premium.
I had Master collection CS4 installed.
When starting up acrobat reader; i got following error:
failed to load core dll.
I went to the log and this is the explenatoin written in there: (i'm dutch speaking)

I simultaneously had a problem with Dreamweaver.
I think all this is caused by an Side By Side configuration issue.
I've tried to do following steps:
-redistibrutable 2008 c++ package geinstall
-system recoverage tool
-reinstall cs4 master collection
-uninstall master collection, clean up, install reeware acrobat reader
-uninstall acrobat reader, ccleaner register issues resolver , also older than 24 uur , reboot, install acrobat reader freeware
-revo uninstall tool to remove acrobat
none of the above actions were successful.
What could u suggest or give as a solution.
Atm i'm using an altarnative pdf-reader.
But as i bought the master collection,
i'd rather have my adobe acrobat reader pro and dreamweaver working.

I am sorry, I do not have an answer just a similar problem.
I am no expert, but all these manifest files are to ensure that different developers can ensure that the appropriate versions of common libraries are used by particular versions of their software.
Deatils are below. The original problem was a corrupted manifest file, probably due to a disk error. This resulted in several programs failing to run. In particular I was unable to access backup on my Windows Home Server. From the logs I was able to identify the manifest file in error and located a copy of a file with the same name on another of my computers. Using notepad I then changed the file causing the problem to match the file on the other computer.
This appeared to resolve all my problems.
When the Acrobat Reader updated itself, however, the"failed to load core DLL" message appeared. Simply uninstalling all adobe programs and re-installing makes no difference.
If you have the solution please post.
If not, I will continue to research this problem.

Failed to load SyncUICoreLocaliZed.dll

When first syching my iPhone or ipad after first opening of iTunes (eg following reboot) I receive a message stating 'failed to load SyncUICoreLocaliZed.dll' what does this mean? it does not appear to cause any issues at present.

I am trying to access universe through WEB INTELLIGENCE but the connection is giving me following error
DBDriver failed to load dbd_oci.dll (not a valid Win32) (WIS 10901)
"A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.

As per the documentation , web intelligence uses BO server connection while tools like Designer uses local connection.
I am working on BO server only , both tool should use the same connection.
OS : MS WIndows 2003 R2 64 Bit
BO Server : bosmserv
Oracle : Oracle 10.2.0.4 , client 10.2.0.4
Connection to database schema is working through universe designer and System DSN but not through Web Intelligence.
In addition JDBC connection to the same databse schema is giving me following error CS: Java Class not found in classpath : oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
Please suggest.
Note : I have already applied following note :

I had tried many ways but I still can't solve this error, can anyone tell me how to solve it?
OS of the Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bits
SAP BO : BI 4.0 with SP2
DB: Oracle 11g , 64 bits
Problem: When I create a new relational connection in Information Design Tools, it pop up an error state that:
DBDriver failed to load : ...SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib32\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.)
So far What I had done are:
1) I checked the PATH windows variable and the D:\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin directory is inside the PATH.
2) Restart SIA and Server
3) I download the Install Client and this do not solve the error also.
I can connect to the Oracle by using SQLPLUS and TNSPING also can ping the oracle database.

Just to support the previous person who also replied to this question. We
had the same problem and it was the path. Someone pushed an app that
replaced the path instead of appending to it and it killed the zen remote
agent. Replacing the path to "c:\program files\novell\zenworks" path worked.

Failed to load niScope_32.dll

I had labview 2012 32bit installed on my PC(win-7) with all required (daq, scope & all other) drivers, and it was working fine. Suddenly labview was not able to load "niScope_32.dll" while loading my VI. I tried to repair it with same version of scope drivers(3.9.4) but problem didn't solved. I tried to locate niScope_32.dll i found it in C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\RT Images\NI-Scope, when i browse & gave this location while loding VI labview gave error saying nipalp.dll was not found.
So I removed full labview and tried with clean installation (from NI CD) but same problem.
Then again I removed entire labview with all ni device drivers and installed labview 2013(downloaded from NI website) and scope 4.0.5 drivers still problem persists. Even in NI-Max explorer it is showing NI-scope but I am not able to launch scope soft front panel, error "scope front panel could not launch because an error occured while trying to open application reference". Now I don't see any NI-Scope folder (or sub-folder) inside "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments" even after installing scope 4.0.5 !!!
I upgraded scope driver to scope 4.1, now a loading screen appers as attached pic & soft panel fails to load...
any solution???

Can you think of anything that changed on your system between when it worked and stopped? System update, NI Driver update, installation, etc.
No there was no system update, or ni update... But all I can think of is I had installed "prolific USB to serial" & "WinAVR" software , I uninstalled "prolific" one after error in labview ..
After error, when I connected to net ni labview & scope patch got resumed- downloading & updated in my system

When you uninstalled NI-SCOPE, did you also uninstall DAQmx and NI-SCOPE runtime? In what order did you make changes? Normally, LabVIEW must be installed first, and then the NI-SCOPE driver.
for 1st time i just repaired scope from windows control panel uninstall & change option, then I uninstalled scope & SCOPE runtime Reinstalled.
After that I uninstalled all NI products from the National Instruments Software Add/Remove entry in "Add/Remove Program" from the winows control panel . Reinstalled Labview 2012 followed by all device drivers & scope from CD. Still same problem.
Again I uninstalled all NI products (same way) then cleared all registary with help of ccleaner registary cleaner. Then I installed labview 2013(downloaded from ni-web but i am sure about it coz we had used same for other PC's & its working fine) followed by daq 9.4, scope 4.0.5 driver.

I am trying to create a universe with Oracle as source. When I logged into Universe Designer and proceed to created a universe by selecting oracle 11 as data source, the designer throws an error:
" (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.)" .
Below are the environment details:
OS : windows 2008 server 64 bit
BO Server : BOE 3.1 sp3 32 bit
CMS : MySQL 5.1
Oracle Client: Oracle 11g 64 bit client is installed.
I have set the path and environment variables relating to oracle as well.
If I create a DSN and test connection it works fine. Please let me know your suggestions and inputs to resolve this error.

As BOCP-BOE, said, BOE XI 3.1 is a 32-bit application and is designed to 32-bit middleware connectivity. This is mentioned in the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP3 for Windows u2013 Supported Platforms document.

It seems like some dll faulty or some program's "Get#####" Funcation failed.
Anyone have ideas how to fix it?

Looking at the AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_myprograminfo led us to the last dll loaded being:
LoadedModule[211]=C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\crdb_adoplus_res_en.dll
State[0].Key=Transport.DoneStage1

FriendlyEventName=Stopped working
Scanning the community for "crdb_adoplus_res_en.dll" we got a hot on this issue again:
Failed to load database information. Error in File temp_
From the above we found this:
1. the app.exe.config is all in one package which cannot be separated with the EXE file.
2. the supporting component such as dll files, app.exe.config etc CANNOT be combined into the EXE file
Adding the cr3Test.exe.config to the same folder as the cr3Test.exe RESOLVED the problem on Win 7. It also RESOLVED the problem on Server 2012 R2.
We still need to test on Server 2008 R2 but we are hopeful when that time comes.

Failed to load JVM.dll

I am trying to upload report templates in 8.1.1.3, but getting below error.
SBL-EAI-05006: Failed to load the JVM Dll. Check that the specified dll name is correct.
Object manager error: ([0] Failed to load the JVM Dll. Check that the specified dll name is correct.(SBL-EAI-05006) (0x23138e))
SBL-OMS-00107: Object manager error: ([0] Failed to load the JVM Dll. Check that the specified dll name is correct.(SBL-EAI-05006) (0x23138e)).
And I tried to set JVM DLL Name in profile configuration for XMLPSubSys component, and tried with all JVM dll file location paths in our server enviornment.
also tried to find C:\PROGRA~1\Java\JDK15~1.0_0\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll unfortunately i didn't find this path.
Can any one share the solution how can I create or set the correct path for above error?

Hi Sean,
if you cannot find the path C:\PROGRA~1\Java\JDK15~1.0_0\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll manually, then it's clear that Siebel can also not find it.
Make sure you have a supported JRE or JDK installed on your machine or on the Siebel server, and that the path is correct.
In case of Siebel Web Client:
* Java needs to be installed on the Siebel server
* The DLL property of the named subsystem you mentioned must point directly to the jvm.dll file (e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll)
In case of Siebel Mobile/Developer Client:
* Java needs to be installed on the client
* The DLL property in the subsystem defined in the client's CFG file (e.g. siebel.cfg) must point directly to the jvm.dll file (e.g. C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll)

Adobe failed to load Core DLL

I have installed the most recent version of Adobe Reader and when I attempt to open a PDF, I get a Protective mode message, then when I make a selection I then get Fatal ErrMessage "Actobat failed to load its Core DLL". What is causing this? How can I fix this? Thanks.

CBDriver failed to load: dbd_sap.dll (The specified procedure not found)

Hi Experts,
I have installed BO Edge XI 3.1 server on windows server 2008 SP1. Then I have insalled SAP Integration kit (Server installation).
And then crystal report 2008 V1.
Detailed error: CBDriver failed to load (<;path>\dbd_sap.dll The procedure could not be load).
I am trying to create connection in Universe from SAP BW on server itself.
Is anyone got this error on server?
I have re-installed SAP integration kit but issues is same. My BOBJ server is on base server. Have not apply any Service Pack or Fix pack.

Okay, After Uninstalling SAP IK, Can you checked whether BO Infoview, Designer & CMC were working as expected?? & CR??
If all working fine, then install SAP IK and reboot the machine.

AUSampler fails to load sound font when reopening?

I am a composer for a very small video game design team. They gave me a large set of soundfonts (sf2 files) to use in writing the music.
Unfortunately they do not work in DLSMusicDevice. I've copied all the sound fonts to the Banks folder but either they don't show up in DLSMusicDevice's list or they do show up but they don't produce any sound when trying to play them.
They DO load and play in AUSampler. I also like that I can change settings like attack and decay speed. But, even if I save a preset after loading the soundfont and changing my settings, and saving the project with cmd+S, when I close and reopen Garageband no sound will play and AUSampler GUI reports that all of the samples from the soundfont "failed to load." The same thing occurs if I just switch to another preset and back. If I reload the file manually, it will load, but all my settings are reset.
What could be the problem here keeping it from loading again on its own? Is there another plugin I could get to play these sf2 files in GB? I've tried bs-0 but it has a lot of bugs and is really unpredictable, for example randomly producing really load static and garbling.

I use it quite a lot. When the AUSampler window is open, click on the active name at the top and select Save As... then choose a name for it. It will then show up in your own list; you will eventually have many of your own Saved As sounds.
When you reload the song/GB, it should remember everything; 'should' being the operative word..!

Missing oci.dll and failed to load php_oci8.dll

I'm very new to oracle and php, i need help in connecting to oracle using oci_connect()
I have an issue connecting to remote database installed on a VM running windows server 2003, both oracle instant and db are on that box (oracle 9i). Is there a way to connect straight to that?
if not, i have installed oracle instant 10g basic on my local machine (running windows 7 enteprise). I also set PATH to c:\instant_client_10g\instant_client and created tnsnames.ora in that directory. I have also set TNS_ADMIN to point to that directory. Not to mention uncommenting ;extension='php_oci8.dll' in php.ini However when i start apache (using XAMPP), i got this error
The propgram can't start because OCI.dll is missing from your computer and PHP Startup: Unabe to load dynamic library 'C:\xampp\php\ext\php_oci8.dll' ect
When i run phpinfo() obviously oci8 is not displayed

To the httpd.conf file add the following directives.
