Dear support,
I have an application which uses toplink grid. However, once I get the data from DB and would like to cache the data, it throws exception.
Do you have any idea of the following stack trace? Seems that it is related to failure to load the configuration.

It could be one of a few things; Coherence is validating the XML file against its schema so either...
1. You have a custom tangosol-coherence.xml file that is not valid
2. You have incompatible XML jars in your classpath - we had this problem with an old version of Xerces that was in our classpath.

Failed to load the configuration file for the workflow
Hi experts, yesterday I created and publish custom workflow using SPD from client pc using site administrator account but today its shows error message. I tried creating new test workflows, edit and publish to think it will push a fresh SPD settings
in working condition and it works pretty right.
But the thing I noticed after closing SPD Im not able to re-open workflows and it gives the same error message Failed to load the configuration file for the workflow. This issue only happen today since day one I used SPD and all the time
Im using the same pc.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Maybe you have permission problem or there is invalid xoml murkup.
To verify this from SharePoint Designer use the following steps.
In Office SharePoint Designer, in the folder list, select the plus sign next to Workflows library to expand it
1.Next select the plus sign of the workflow in question to expand it
2.Double-click the configuration file (Workflow_name.xoml.wfconfig.xml) to open it
3.Right-click on the page, and then select Verify well-formed XML
4.Correct any errors and save the file
5.Reopen the workflow to test
Also double check that you are using SPD with the same credentials you created workflow

I have a lightswitch web-application in development, which I need to copy from one computer to the other. I have tried doing it both through Git and by simply copying the solution and opening the project on another machine. The project builds without errors,
but when I try to debug it, it opens a web-browser, loads to 100% and pops up an error - Load operation failed for query 'GetAuthenticationInfo'. The remote server returned an error: NotFound.
Now, I have tried repairing Visual Studio on my machine, reinstalling .NET framework and setting <basicAuthentication enabled="false" /> in web.config, yet it still does not run.
When using Fiddler, it shows an error while loading the application - "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error" , which I honestly don't know what it means.
The application uses ComponentOne and Telerik modules, but they are both installed on both machines.
The application does run perfectly on the original machine, but it is not working on any other one.
Both machines are using Win 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013 Update 4.
I have tried to look this up online, but most people's problem are when they are deploying the app, not just debugging. I would be really happy for any help with this issue.
Thanks!I have the same problem on one of my development machines. Whenever I create a new project, the System.IdentityModel.Tokens.Jwt nuget package is not referenced properly. The project compiles correctly but you are not able to debug as I get the same error
as you.
If you open up your references and there is an error next to any of your references make sure that you correct them. In the case of the jwt reference error, I have to remove the jwt reference and then add it back from the packages folder.
This may not be your problem but could point you in a direction? -
Sun IDM Repositor Configuration Error: Failed to load JDBC Driver
Hi Gurus,
I am new to Java IDM and predictably failed in my first attempt to install Java IDM in a Windows machine with SQL Server 2000 SP3.
I followed the Installation document step by step and I think I din' t miss any!!.. But still I got caught by an error, here it is:
I successfully installed IDM but failed while configuring Repository. I have downloaded the JDBC driver from Microsoft for SQL Server 2000, SP3. Then after that I copied the Jar from JDBC driver folder to
%WSHOME%/bin/lib folder. After this I launched the Repository configuration setup.
I got the following error while trying to connect the waveset database with Repository type as SQL Server (JDBC Driver)
com.waveset.util.ConfigurationError: Failed to load JDBC Driver 'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver':

The Parameters that I have given for connection are:
URL: jdbc:sqlserver://127.0.0.1:1433;DatabaseName=waveset
JDBC Driver: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
Connect as User: waveset
Connect Password: waveset
I have created the database and granted all access to user waveset.
Please help me come out of this. I tried dropping and recreating the database with a different name. Still it did not work, looks like it is a JDBC driver specific issue. Please guide me if I did anything wrong.

ThanksOpen your driver jar using winzip or something and check if the class: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver is present in the jar. I think you need to use a different class name. or your jar file is wrong. I think there are separate jars for SQL server 2000 and for SQL Server 2005.

I'm trying to configure an openSSO setup that involves two GlassFish domains
domain1 - Acts as my openSSO server
domain2 - holds the policy agent and the protected web application
I'm using the following versions:
GlassFish - Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server v2.1 (9.1.1) (build b60e-fcs)
OpenSSO - OpenSSO Express Build 8 - http://download.java.net/general/opensso/stable/opensso-build8/opensso_express_20090901.zip
Policy Agent - J2EE Agent 3.0 - http://download.java.net/general/opensso/nightly/latest/j2eeagents/appserver_v9_agent_3.zip
I've installed/configured GlassFish domains, openSSO and Policy agent as per the instructions on the following pages:

Failed to load WMSchApi.dll. Error 1114 All Operation disabled
We currently have a large number or workstations that have imported fine, we
can view diag info but are unable to use any remote control functionality.
Below is an extract from the zen remote log file which shows a failed load
off wmschapi.dll and a critical error .
Anybody got a fix that can be automated

Just to support the previous person who also replied to this question. We
had the same problem and it was the path. Someone pushed an app that
replaced the path instead of appending to it and it killed the zen remote
agent. Replacing the path to "c:\program files\novell\zenworks" path worked.

Hi guys, I have quite a serous problem here, I have a Adobe Edge Animation (done in CC) that fails to load the first time in Opera and Crome but does work in Firefox and Safari. It fail to load every time coming from another page.
The problem persist both locally and online. It does work in preview every single time.

Failed to load configuration file for the workflow
There are two of us who have full control on our Sharepoint 2013 site. I'm able to create workflows and publish them fine. The other user is able to create workflows, but he gets an error when trying to run them. I tried opening his workflow and got
the error "Failed to load configuration file for the workflow."

Based on your description, I recommend to verify the things below:
Clear the SharePoint Designer cache and then open the workflow.
Ask the user to open the workflow in SharePoint Designer and check if the workflow contains error.
Ask the user to create the same workflow and associated with another list to see how it works.
Check the ULS log for more detailed error message.
To reproduce this issue, could you please provide the detailed steps in the workflow for further research?

Failed to load database operation

One of our developers has an error on a new pc, with Crystal XI running on a Windows XP SP 3 machine. Whenever he tries to run a report in Crystal he gets an error of "Failed to load database information
"Details: The database connector 'crdb_oracle.dll' could not be loaded"
This only seems to happen for him when a report is ran, but he can do other work inside the program. He has uninstalled, then reinstalled the program to no avail. Trying to manually register that dll using regsvr32 also fails. We did find a link about moving a copy of the dll from the directory to overwrite a different version in the commonfiles directory, but that didn't help in the first installation. ( I believe it was a crystal 8 fix anyway )
I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge on this product, but I hope someone can help track this error down!
Thank you,This error message appears because Crystal Reports is unable to find the Oracle file Oci.dll, which is
required in order for Crystal Reports to connect natively to an Oracle database.
To resolve this error message:
1. Search your computer for Oci.dll.
2. Depending on the number of copies of Oci.dll found, complete the appropriate step:
If no copies are found, install the Oracle client.
If one copy is found, reinstall the Oracle client
If two copies are found, modify the value of the PATH system variable so that "'C:\Oracle\Bin;..." precedes "C:\OraForms\Bin;...".
Two copies of Oci.dll on one computer indicate that the Oracle Client and Oracle Forms are both
installed.
If Oracle Forms is installed first, the value of the PATH system variable is set to "C:\OraForms\Bin;...". However, when the Oracle client is subsequently installed, it is changed to
"C:\OraForms\Bin;c:\Oracle\Bin;...".
When Crystal Reports attempts to connect natively to the Oracle database, it reads the value of the
PATH variable as "C:\OraForms\Bin;", which is the Oracle Forms path, not the path to the Oracle Server connection. -
[Solved] Ncmpcpp Visualizer Failed To Load (Blank)
I've install ncmpcpp and mpd and I've followed each guide to enable visualization. Unfortunately I don't know what have cause it to failed to load.

[SOLVED] XOrg fails to load Nvidia driver on startup
Hi,
I'm having a fairly strange issue where XOrg is failing to load my driver when I start up my laptop. I'm using kdm, but this is causing it to fail. However, doing a simple
$sudo systemctl restart kdm
works, and everything starts up fine. When kdm is in the failed state, I see this:

The nvidia website does link me to the 340xx driver for that card, but downgrading to that version still has the same issue. I suspect the issue is in Xorg, since it seems to load the module, but then decides it doesn't have a driver to run for some reason.

Do you have any idea of what should be done to fix it? I don't want to use NVIDIA driver from their site neither nouveau, I want to use the one from the repo. If you know how to solve it, instead of only pointing the solution, also tell why this is happening, it will help me and other people with the same problem too!

As it's mentioned, it may be a problem of ACPI.
About the lib32-nvidia-utils, I just installed because it's written in the wiki http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA#Installing: "Note: On 64 bit systems, For 32-bit programs to take advantage of nvidia-utils you must also install the equivalent lib32 package (for example lib32-nvidia-utils)." -
I've started getting an intermittent error editing my Windows 7 OSD task sequence. Sometimes I can open the TS to edit, but when I try to apply changes I get the error. Other times I get the error when trying to open the TS. If I try again
right away, I still get the error, but if I wait a few minutes and try again sometimes it will open the TS.
The error reads:

I exported the task sequence and checked in "object.xml" for the "ApplyWindowsSettingsAction", to see if there was something odd in the xml, but I don't find anything that jumps out as being wrong. Here's the section of XML for

Is there any other log I should check for a clue on this issue? What could be causing this error?Thanks for sharing that! I tend to save contacting MS support until after I've exhausted other options. I'm always afraid that I'll spend the $500 to open a case and then it turns out to be something simple that I would have found if I had just
kept working on it myself a little longer.
It looks like that link is for an update released in February as KB3023562. I downloaded and installed it. I'll try opening/editing/saving the task sequence a few times today to see if the issue is resolved.
After I had already installed it, I thought to look up that update in configmgr. The update is listed as superseded by 2 other updates. The newest of those is KB3046049, which just installed last night with the other March patches, so it's possible
that I didn't need to install KB3023562 after all. -
BPM Login page failing to load once SSL enabled.
Hi Experts,
I have added the SSL certificate following the Oracle documentation. I am able to logging admin server on the ssl port.
When I enable the ssl for the Soa managed server the BPM login page opens up but it fails to load the page after I pass the right credentials. What I have observed is that when i uncheck the SSL option of the SOA Managed server I am able to login into the BPM server but the moment I enable the SSL port of the manage server the BPM login page fails to open the page even though I am passing correct credentials.
I also followed below steps from Oracle document but the issue remains the same. Please let me know the direction to solve the problem.

Switching from non-SSL to SSL configurations with Oracle BPM Worklist requires the Frontend Host and Frontend HTTPS Port fields to be set in Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Console. Not doing so results in exception errors when you attempt to create to-do tasks.
To switch from non-SSL to SSL configurations with Oracle BPM Worklist:
Log in to Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Console.
In the Environment section, select Servers.
Select the name of the managed server (for example, soa_server1).
Select Protocols, then select HTTP.
In the Frontend Host field, enter the hostname on which Oracle BPM Worklist is located.
In the Frontend HTTPS Port field, enter the SSL listener port.
Click Save.

Are you using your own certificates for SSL? If yes,you must remove references to the demo certificates by removing the following line from the setDomainEnv file for your version of the operating system.

All our services are running fine for Planning. We are in process of configuring FDM.
FDM Application Server Configuration is completed.
While doing FDM Load Balancer Configuration, we also able to connect to Shared Service directory successfully. But when we click ok to complete the configuration it gives following error -
Unable to Create Load Balancer Object!
Please verify that the user name, password, and domain are correct
Error=Cannot create ActiveX component
When checked in Event Log we found -
Unable to create Load Balance Manager object! Configuration directory could not be located. Error=-2147023878 - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID *{E652643D-6CC1-48AC-915D-01842B04F292}*

We tried the below steps but issue still persists -
• Start the ‘dcomcnfg’ tool in Windows
• Expand Component Services\Computers\My Computer\Dcom-Config and locate the following object: {E652643D-6CC1-48AC-915D-01842B04F292}
• Right-click and choose "Properties" and click on the "Security" tab
• Click the "Edit" button and remove all users except the default: "Everyone" and "System" and click OK, then set the radio button to "Use Default"
• Click the "Edit" button under Access Permissions and remove all users/groups except the default items and click OK, and set the radio button to "Use Default"
• Now click the "Identity" tab and remove the ID in the "This User" field and set the radio button to "The Launching User" and click "Apply" and "OK"
• Now try to launch the FDM Load Balance Config and all the extra tools for FDqM
We are using hypadmin as domain account but it is part of Administrators group on FDM Server (Server 3). The administrators group is also part of -
Act as part of the operating system
Bypass traverse checking
Log on as a batch job
Log on as a service
Please let us know in case if you encountered similar error on this version and possible solution for the issue.

Regards,I woudl clear out all users/groups on the security tab of the FDM Load Balance Server DCOm object for "Launch and Activation" and "Access" permisisons and then set the identity to the "Launching User" radio button and apply. Then re-set the config.
If that still fails, try rebooting the server and then set it.
Make sure the domain and password are also correct that is being entered.
