Failed to parse

Question

Migration from SQL Server to Oracle.
1) Fail to parse when using function (COALESCE, ISNULL, CONVERT etc.) and "< <value>", "> <value>" or "<> <values>" in a WHERE-clause, example:
WHERE COALESCE(Nr,0) > 0
or
WHERE ISNULL(Nr,0) <> 0
2) Fail to parse when using function (eks. CONVERT) and "+/- <value>" in a WHERE-clause, example:
FROM TJA INNER JOIN TC1
ON convert(int,TJA.KK) = convert(int,TC1.NR) -1
or
WHERE J.Sekvensnr = convert(int, TB3.DLNR) + 1000
Any suggestions how to solve this?

Looking at your examples, I will log a bug(bug 2012064) as to why these do not work in the where clauses as you suggest.
select a=isnull(nr,0)
select b=coalesce(nr,0)
select c=convert(int,nr)+1000
converts to
     OPEN RC1 FOR
     SELECT NVL(nr, 0) "a"
     FROM DUAL;
     OPEN RC1 FOR
     SELECT DECODE(NULL,nr,0,nr) "b"
     FROM DUAL;
     OPEN RC1 FOR
     SELECT ROUND( TO_NUMBER(nr),0) + 1000 "c"
     FROM DUAL;
fails to parse: (This could be specific to the inner join style syntax passes if -1 removed)
select a FROM TJA INNER JOIN TC1
ON convert(int,TJA.KK) = convert(int,TC1.NR)-1
Parses:
select a from b
WHERE J.Sekvensnr = convert(int, TB3.DLNR) + 1000
