Failed to process message due to a transient exception

Hi,
i am getting below issue on one of the exchange mailbox -
1. A user send a mail to 4 recipient.
2. Three recipient get email on time.
3. fourth recipient get that email after 4-5 hours.
Whereas Exchange server 2010 is working fine.
Can any one help me to resolve the issue of that user.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
According to your description, I understand that some recipients receive message delay, however others works fine.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
I want to double confirm whether internal mail flow or only external recipient experience this question. How about OWA?
Please try to run Message tracking log and Protocol log to get more details about message delay. For your reference:

  • Huge (14K pages) PDF Export to Excel gives "Save As Failed To Process" Message

    Using version 11.0.7.79, running Windows
I have a massive (33.7MB, 13,900 page) PDF that I am trying to convert to HTML or Excel. When I try to export the file to either of these formats the export process will run for a number of minutes and then bomb out with the "Save As Failed To Process" message. I figured that the issue was with the file size, so I extracted a much smaller subset (200 pages) without a problem.
Since it appears that file size is the problem, does anyone have a suggestion on how to approach the exporting of this huge file? What causes this error message? Any way to get around it (maybe online conversion of the file)?
I could manually break it up into smaller files, but I'm hoping that there is 1) an easy way to segment the larger files into smaller files via a 3rd party solution (if needed) or 2) another way to export the huge PDF in one fell swoop. On point 1, I don't know if there is a solution that will automatically segment larger PDF's into 500 page segments per PDF file.
For context, I am brand new to Acrobat Pro, so there could be a practical solution that I am not aware of yet. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Yea, this approach is not going to work. Even when I break these down into 1,000 page, 2MB files I get the same "Save As Failed To Process" error message. What causes this message? Not enough memory? How can I resolve it?
It just doesn't make sense that I can't export basic data to Excel when the actual excel content for 1,000 pages will probably be less that 2MB once it is in Excel. I saved a sample 10 pages and it was 18KB. 100 sample pages was 123KB. I would expect Acrobat to be able to convert these files when I break them down into 1,000 page increments.
Are there any settings within Acrobat that I should be looking at adjusting? It just seems ridiculous that it is this hard to get Acrobat to do a very basic export for what seems to be a reasonable sized file.

  • AFW: Failed to transmit message due to RecoverableException

    Hi all,
    I use a XI 3.0 SP 14.
    I've created a BPM with 3 steps:
    1) receive step
    2) send synchronous step
    3) send asynchronous step
XI exposes a  Asynchronous Message Interface as a Web Service. Than the BPM uses this information to send a synchronous call to a Web Service (this WS is created from an EJB and deployed on a SAP Web AS 6.40). Than the BPM uses the WS response to send an asynchronous mail.
In the SXI_MONITOR everything works fine, but in the message monitor (Messages from the Adapter Framework) I get this error when I try to send an e-mail (step 3):
2005-11-08 15:22:25 Success The message was successfully received by the messaging system. Profile: XI URL: http://sapadx01:51600/MessagingSystem/receive/AFW/XI

2005-11-08 15:22:25 Success The message was successfully retrieved from the receive queue.
2005-11-08 15:22:25 Success The message status set to DLNG.
2005-11-08 15:22:25 Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: RecoverableException.
2005-11-08 15:22:25 Success The asynchronous message was successfully scheduled to be delivered at Tue Nov 08 15:27:25 CET 2005.
2005-11-08 15:22:25 Success The message status set to WAIT.
2005-11-08 15:27:25 Success Retrying to deliver message to the application. Retry: 1
In the default trace I can see:

I don't have this problem if instead of SOAP Synchronous call I do an RFC Synchronous call (on step 2)
I also get a mail (step 3) if I have a System Error Exception in the SOAP synchrounous call (step 2)
    I have also noticed that:
when I call the mail adapter (asynchronous step) with the Web Service Response in the HEADER I've got the ACK field:
    <SAP:Ack xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">
      <SAP:Status>OK</SAP:Status>
      <SAP:Category>permanent</SAP:Category>
    </SAP:Ack>
Instead if I call the mail adapter (asynchronous step) with the BAPI Response in the HEADER I haven't got the ACK field.
But in the BPM send Asynchronous step the "acknowledgement" parameter is set to NONE
    Could you please help me?
    Best Regards,
    Paolo

Ops... the note will be released in the near future...
Anyway my problem was that the response message from the SOAP Receiver Adapter included the XI Ack header for any successfull response message. Then, when I tried to send an asynchronous request message to the Mail Receiver Adapter it was not able to manage this ACK.

    Paolo

  • 554 Transaction failed : Cannot send message due t...

    Hello there
Had a problem with the above about a month ago and had remote techies on m y PC for several hours over two days trying to fix it.  They said it was my PC but in the end it was a yahoo server problem. It's happened again!  However, this time I can receive and send emails but not more than one recipient whereas last time I couldn't send at all.
I don't have the time or energy to do it all again but, because I work from home, not being able to send emails to several recipients at the same time is a right pain.
Does anyone from BT/Yahoo know how to fix this without by wasting a whole day with a techie?
    Hoping someone can help.
    Many thanks

It sounds like the BPEL process is failing. Is there an error instance n the BPEL console? Can you test the BPEL process standalone from the BPEL console?

    Hi,
I'm suddenly unable to send emails via Thunderbird.  I've not had any problems before; not been doing anything unusual, like sending 200+ emails on the same day; have scanned my PC for trouble (none detected); visited the web address in the message and could see that other ppl have sometimes had the same problem, but no one seems to hear back from yahoo when they try to get resoloution, so I thought I would try here.  Can anyone help? The exact message is: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/abuse_smtp.html for more information. Please check the message and try again.

I use Thunderbird and I have just tried sending a test e-mail, no problem at all. Are you using the right server.

  • Cannot send message due to abuse; Error 554

I have been trying to send out emails for 2 days to my church family about a sick member, and I keep getting this message: An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Urgent Prayer Request!', Account: 'Carolyn Sockwell', Server: 'smtp.att.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/abuse_smtp.html for more information', Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F This is really irritating and has never happened to me in the past. I notified YAHOO and have not heard back. I have been with Bellsouth for years--is it time to get a new provider? How can I get this to stop happening? I send out a devotional to all of my church members each day, too.

same problem.  some spam went out from (ostensibly) my account to a few people - I reported it and now I can't send email.  BUT there's NO WAY to give yahoo the headers of the spam so they can trace it.  They really don't care. And it's not clear if att.com has anything to do with yahoo, so I spent lots of time filling out att.com contact forms only to be told they have nothing to do with this - so why are all the 'conatact us' links to att.  How do I get yahoo??????I need to send this spam so they can find out where it's coming and i need to send email!!!

  • "Cannot send message due to possible abuse"

This error has resurfaced after a month of plague. I now cannot send any emails from Thunderbird, but can receive. I can send webmail via Yahoo which is NOT what I want. Obvioulsy my email address has got caught up in some wretched spammer and BT are blocking it. Googling the above reveals it is a common problem. Last time I changed my IP address but this did not cure it. Ideas most welcome.

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit for more information. Please check the message and try again."
It is almost certainly a server issue of some form affecting some users. I expect the message is being received due to a strange condition being interpreted poorly by the system.
It will have nothing to do with Classic or Enhanced webmail or anything to do with that, because that does effectively use a different method - also because it has "just" happened with users doing nothing different, that negates anything to do with it.

  • Error Message: The content processing pipeline failed to process the item

    Hi Everyone:
Our crawl logs yesterday show a ton of errors.  Half of the items being crawled are failing.  We are getting the following message:
The content processing pipeline failed to process the item. ( There was an internal problem connecting to or querying the database.; ; SearchID = 8869868B-F919-41D1-8FC5-B55585EE479C )
Does anyone know what the root cause of this issue is?  Our search was working just fine and now this has suddenly occurred.  Can it be due to resources?  Is it because of a change we just made?
    Thank you,
    Jake

    Hi Jake,
What changes have you made for your SharePoint environment?
Have you reset search index and started a full crawl if possible?
Please check the following article about adding the search service account in SharePoint search server local admin, then check results again.

  • SMS_DISCOVERY_DATA_MANAGER Message ID 2636 and 620. Discovery Data Manager failed to process the discovery data record (DDR)

    Hi
I'm seeing this critical error on my primary.
    SMS_DISCOVERY_DATA_MANAGER Message ID 2636 and 620.
Discovery data manager failed to process the discovery data record (DDR)"D:\Prog.....\inboxes\auth\ddm.box\userddrsonly\adu650dh.DDR", because it cannot update the data source.
Where these ddr's are actually under ddm.box\userddrsonly\BAD_DDRS folder
I see a ton of DDR files in that folder. Not sure if I can delete them, so I moved them to a temp folder. AD User discovery keeps generating them.
    Any help ?
    Thanks

  • Failed to process JMS message

    Hi,
While trying to read the message in Queue from my BPEL, Iam getting the following error:
JMSBC-E0713: Failed to process JMS message [com.stc.jmsjca.core.WTextMessageIn@ffae4c] in onMessage: Content is not allowed in prolog.
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog.
Can any one provide some suggestion on how to resolve this error.

No, Iam just storing a simple message say "Hello" in the queue, the message is stored in the queue but it is shown in the below format when I opened that file in Notepad:
