Fails ldmp2v prepare " Could not parse manifest"

Question

I run
# ldmp2v prepare -d /discos_ldoms_3/P2V faras_vir
and I get th next error:
Could not parse manifest /discos_ldoms_3/P2V/manifest
This in the content of my carpet:

Hmm, SUNWldmp2v is independent of SUNWldm so installing the rest of the 1.3 software probably won't make a difference.
Can you mail me the failing manifest (put @sun.com at the end of my username).
As for upgrading to LDoms 1.3, it should have no impact on your existing configs (but be sure to do backups
in case - see http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/821-0406/upgradeldomssystem?a=view)
You could upgrade SUNWldm now without rebooting and apply the firmware and S10 patches the
next time you have to powercycle the machine.
