Failure idoc filter in we02 or bd87 for particular contract

Hi
for eg i have GOA contract NUmber 1000009 total value contract is 10000 INR
in ecc released 9998 INR but SRM GOA release shows 9900 INR
my goa release missing 98 INR
I wanted find out in bd87 51 for parcular contract failed on which date in SRM
blarel - message type
purchase contract- Business object
GOA GUID - Obje key
I must get particular BLAREL ERROR .
any help is appreciated on which date blarel failed for particular one contract
i dont want to see each release value date in ecc.

All the sending and receiving programs(transaction) start with BD. e.g. if you want to send the material you can use the BD10 transaction and IDOC is available for the same.
Go to se93 and search for BD* and look for the description.

Contract History Table - To track the POs for the Contract

Hi Experts,
I would like to prepare a report to track the Contracts (the history of the contracts - Purchase Orders (PO) for range of Contracts).
Example: I required to display in columns - Contract Number, Contarct Dates, PO Numbers.
So, Pleaes let me know what are the tables I need to use to get PO numbers for particular Contract.

Hi Sudarsan,
Please have a look at the table BBP_PDIGP. The fields which contain contract details are:
CTR_LOG_SYS
CTR_GUID
CTR_ITEM_NUMBER
CTR_HDR_NUMBER
CTR_HDR_GUID
Pass the contract number and get the PO Item GUID. Pass this GUID to CRMD_ORDERADM_I table and get the PARENT GUID. Pass this PARENT GUID in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H in the field GUID and get the PO Number in the OBJECT_ID field. Hope it helps.

Idoc filter

IDOC is getting created whenever po is created or changed...now my requirment is i need to filter the idocs of generic articles....
how to do this?
can anyone explain me this

You can use Distribution Model BD64 T.Code is used to Filter the segment
Create Model View
Add MEsage Type
Then Here you can specify for particular Material Category
I don't see any way to filter the Idoc i.e. there is no T.code where we can set filter for Idoc it's applicable for Segemnt only

Query on IDOC Ack (STATUS) config in XI for a specific partner comm.

Hi Experts,
Is it possible to configure the IDOC Ack (STATUS.SYSTAT01 message) in XI for a specific partner communication? We want to configure our system like ALEAUD but the message type should be STATUS.SYSTAT01 and the acknowledgment should be send to sender system for a specific partner only if XI receives any IDOC like (Orders) from that specific partner. For other partners (same sender system) we donu2019t want this acknowledgment settings and configuration. If possible please provide the configuration filters steps etc. Thanks for your valuable inputs in advance.

I have the document you have mentioned. Please note my requirement is to filter the Ack while creating and sending to R/3 based on Partner and Message type. The document provides info only on Message type filter but not parner specific for same sender system!!! Any help appreciated. Also note: BPM and Alert is out of scope.
Looking for some ALE configuration tricks to achieve this.

Modified idoc values are not reflecting in the IDOC display (ie we02)

I wrote one inbound interface for posting GR by using the IDOC MBGMCR03. In the inbound FM, i wrote some code for retrieving some data and mapping to its relevant fields of the segments. It is working fine but when i see the idoc values in WE02/WE05, i am not able to see the values which i have added in the FM. so please suggest me how to get the values in the IDOC display.

Thanks for your replies. Let me put my question in this way to you.
In the inbound FM (ie idoc_input_mbgmcr), i have fetched some values from SAP by using the values which came from PI to that IDOC through mapping. what ever the values i have fetched from SAP in inbound FM, i have mapped them to the relevent segments and finally the complete structure i have passed to BAPI, where it will post GR. All these things are working fine, idoc is also getting successfull.
But when i go and see the successfull idoc values, it is not showing the values which i have mapped in inbound FM. Now i want those values in that Final idoc.
So pls check and suggest.

Unable to find the IDOC number in WE02

I have executed an outbound program from SM37 and i can see that job got finished in the log.
but when i check the spool, it doesnt contain any list and also i am unable to find the Idoc number in WE02.
I am not clear in this. Please expalin me in detail.

Go to Sales order screen, In the main screen below the command line, one button will be there " Services for object" Click that...... It will open one tool bar.... on that tool bar one icon will be there with thee arrow ..... Click on that,,,,, and here you can see the idoc number....

Hi,
There are two filtering in IDoc.
Segment Filtering:
Segment filtering can be achieved using T/Code BD56. Here you can suppress a whole segment irrespective of data inside it . You have to give Message Type / Sender Prrtner / Receiver Partner.
Data Filtering:
Data filtering can be done in dustribution model (BD64) where you can restrict whole IDOCS or partials IDOCS to be send based on data in fields inside IDOC depending on whether the segment in which you filter is at the highest level or at a lower level. For example in MATMAS if you put a filter of E1MARCM for a particular plant , only data for this plant will go and other plants will be ignored.

IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc

I am trying to Post the payment run through the transaction F110.
In the payment run log i get the following message:
"IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc"
But in fact the IDoc is generated and it is displayed in We05.
I have configured the Message type PAYEXT-PEXR2002 and EUPEXR-IDCREF01 both for the partner.
Has anybody Idea about why this error is coming and how i can resolve this?
This is important because in Payment run log, they need to know the IDoc number generated for that run, else it may become difficult for user to identify which IDoc was created for a particular payment run.
Would appreciate if anyone can please help on the same.

If you are paying the payment through F110, if the payment exceeds the limit what you are spefied in available amounts in FI12 screen. First Please check this screen.

IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc in F110

Dear All,
The below mentioned error is encountered by us in F110.We have check all the setiing and not able to find the solution for this error.
Now our heads has gone for a toss....can anyone kindly suggest what and where we have missed out.
The system is not creating the IDOC file.....
IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc
Message no. B1090
Diagnosis
The IDoc passed to the ALE layer could not be processed. The specifications passed in the control record were not correct.
The basic IDoc type (field EDIDC-IDOCTP on the outbound side or EDI_DC-IDOCTYP on the inbound side)has not been specified for this IDoc.
The attempt to read the basic IDoc type from table EDIDO also failed. No table entry was found for IDoc type from field DOCTYP.
Procedure
Possible error sources:
- The calling program did not provide values for the fields specified above correctly. Make a note of the transaction in which this error occurred and consult your ALE administrator.
- The IDoc type is not known in your system and must be maintained.

If you want to create IDocs from the proposal run, outbound parameters (we20) with the 'Test' flag are required in addition.
see OSS note 504230 : Message EUPEXR forms the logical unit around the individual payment messages (PAYEXT IDocs). The E1IDRD1 segments contain the IDoc numbers of the payment messages in field DOCNUM. Segment E1IDRS1 contains check sums (total of all amounts, account numbers, bank numbers, number of payment messages). This information is provided for the EDI subsystem. Set up EUPEXR In Transaction WE20 for the partner profile for the house bank, create the outbound parameters for message type EUPEXR with IDoc type IDCREF01. If you want to create IDocs from the proposal run, outbound parameters with the 'Test' flag are required in addition.

LFA1 Table fields are not updated via IDOC for particular vendors

We have a scenario where some of the additional vendor fields in transaction xk02 should be updated via inbound IDOC.
The IDOC segments have the corresponding vendor field values in it.
For particular vendors, the updation is not taking place for those fields.
What could be the possible reason. Kindly help me with this.

Those are Lightroom tools for those who don't want to use a regular pixel editor like Photoshop or Elements which have much more powerful tools to do that.
