Failure starting a script in uccx9

Hi
I am installing a new uccx based in a copy of the customer with a version 6. All have been copied, CTI RP are registered in CCM, application mgmt, prompts and scripts are uploaded yet in uccx9 and agents are logged in EM.
The script is for a contact center, a call enter to contact center, look for a free agent logged and send the call, when i call to the dn trigger, enter the call to the agent but agent (in my Pc i am testing) can not respond the call, only see the ANI and DNIS and i ear a system prompt "we are sorry the system is not responding..."
I checked in service parameters "user prompts overrides system prompts" be in enable.
What other things could i check?
Thanks!!

Hi Anthoni
Thank for your reply, i have checked what you said and is ok, CSS selected is for national calls, including internal, and partition are all dn in the same, internal DN.
Probing other scripts i see a similar problem, enter the user prompt, and after it the same system prompt "system is not responding...." script can not launch dn of the agents.
Any idea?
Thanks!!

  • Start up script fails; Unable to boot...Please, Help.

    This is my first major problem that I have had with this computer. It has been running fine until this past Sunday night. I was running AOL, Firefox & iTunes. The computer was running slow and iTunes was skipping frequently. I rebooted and resumed my activities only to have the same problems and the computer booted slower than usual. I closed all my applications and rebooted once again. Then, I ran Disk Utility had used Verify Disk. It found an error on my system volume stating an incorrect block count in one sector and referenced a file cache_003, all other volumes passed. Disk Utility was unable to repair the volume. Repair Disk ran slow. I did a search for the file cache_003 and discovered that it was part of a Netscape profile back up on a different partition. I deleted the profile and used Disk Utility again. This time, the system volume passed and a different volume failed due to incorrect block size, Repair Disk failed. The next time I tried to boot the computer the gray screen with apple and loading indicator came up and stayed for several minutes followed by a blue screen with loading indicator for several minutes and stayed blue for nearly 40 minutes. Eventually, the screen went black and displayed that the start up script failed. Here is some of what was displayed.
    Darwin/BSD(Computer Name-Computer.local)(console)
    System Starter[35]
    login date&time Internet Sharing[96]:Libinfo[Socket_open():2318]connect():2318]connect:()connection refused (This line repeated continuously)
    I am able to input commands at this stage but I am not knowledgeable enough to know what to do.
    When I push the power button to turn it off the computer beeps once and the led light flashes three times and turns off.
    Each time when I attempt to boot either into Safe Mode or from the Software Install DVD I encounter the same problem.
    Now, Monday night by chance on another boot attempt the computer started up although it took about 20-30 minutes. It was missing one volume which showed up in Disk Utility under a different name. While I had the computer up I backed up what I could on the volumes that mounted. One file I was unable to burn using Toast 9 due to a data fork error. The computer eventually froze during my activities and since I have had no luck at my start up attempts and have had the same problem. Luckily, I was able to back up everything I needed with the exception of what was on the AWOL volume.
    The last thing I had installed recently was the latest Security Update which went fine and was two days before the trouble started.
    I am at a loss for what to do next. I would like to retrieve the files on that one volume but at this point if I can start up I would just like to reformat and install the OS.
    Any help with this problem would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Well, originally when I ran Disk Utility, although it performed slower than usaual it found the error as previously mentioned and was unable to Repair Volume. As to using the Hardware Disc & Install Discs(original & Tiger) the computer failed to boot although you could hear the disc spinnning for awhile. In both and every instance regardless of any or no disc, the computer starts the boot process and you see the gray screen with white apple and loading indicator for about 3 minutes then it switches to the blue screen with loading indicator. After quite some time the loading indicator goes away and it's just a blue screen for nearly a half-hour followed by a black screen which starts the above prompt. I can post all of what that said later as I have written all of it down at home, a portion of it is in my original post. The start up chime doesn't sound at all. I do get a tone and flashing LED lights when I hold the power button down to turn it off after the above described boot process. There is not much I can do except try and try again. I may need to get a new hard drive but I would like to resolve it without doing so if possible. When trying to boot from both discs I was holding down the C key as directed and I have tried just letting the computer boot with disc in drive without any key interaction.

  • How do I start the script for Photoshop CS6 in Bridge CS6 image processor ?

    I am new to Bridge and I am lookiing for a way to batch process images. I opened 'preferences' and did not find Photoshop CS6 under the script list. How do I open and run the image processor? Thanks for any help!!

    I have clicked on 'tools' within Bridge but there is no 'Photoshop' in the drop-down menu.
    Misread your post a bit and see you want the image processor, however, this should be in the same location as the Batch option. If you don't have Photoshop in that list it means the start up script is not active or not installed properly.
    First check Bridge preferences / Start up scripts and see if Photoshop is listed inhere and has a checkmark in front. If no checkmark then set it to on, restart Bridge and try again. If no Start upScript at all first try restart Bridge holding down option key (Mac) or ctrl (Win) and choose reset preferences.
    If still no luck try a reinstall of PSCS6 to also reinstall Bridge again. (you first have to uninstall PSCS6, be sure to have a back up of custom settings etc).

  • Issue with SQL Developer 4.1 Early Adopter 2 - start sql-script by "@"

    Hi,
    today i realized, that starting a sql-script by writing @scriptname.sql in a sql worksheet and press F9 to start the script, does not work anymore.
    With EA2 there is always an error message shown like "unkown command" with some strange characters "" in the script logging window.
    The sql-scripts are located in a filesystem folder the os environment variable SQLPATH points to.
    In Version 4.0.x this worked perfect! Is this a planned "feature" or just a bug in EA2 fixed in later EA versions?
    In addition, when i open such a sqlscript with the file open menu in sqldeveloper the content of the sqlscript is not shown in the script window. There are only some none printable characters "" displayed in the sqlworksheet, and not the "select ..." a normal texteditor shows.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    with encoding set to utf8 it does not work. Don't know why. After setting the encoding to "cp1252" everything works fine again! Thank you very much!

  • Start up script for EPM 11.1.2 in Unix or Windows...

    Is there a sample start up script for starting required services in EPM 11.1.2 ?
    I saw that the Program Files item for EPM, has a link to some start up script but
    it starts everything and it seems to refer to many scripts and seem complicated.
    Is there a simple script for EPM 11 ? In System 9, I used Net Start to start services in a batch file and
    used Sleep command between commands to give enough time for the services. But it would be nice
    if there is a script which automatically checks to make sure to start the next service only after a dependent service has started.
    cheers

  • Service start stop scripts and Nagios scripts

    Hello. Are there some "official" service start stop scripts somewhere? And: Has somebody already written a Nagios monitoring script for Oracle NoSQL? Thanks, Jesus.

    Hi. Yes, but I mean something like service kvclient start / stop / restart / status, and using e.g. daemon without nohup. Of course one can be written, e.g. I have a simple one based on a script I found in internet long time ago for Cassandra, but then by Murphy's Law you will probably have an "official" one in the .124 version : - ).

I'm Running OS 10.4.8 and I need to have one of the profiles automatically Logging In for back up purposess and that is the only thing that the profile is going to be used for. and I'm wondering if there is a way.. like holding a key down while powering up the system. for it to load the logging in list instead of automatically going to the profile that I want to use to run the back up program from...The help file says to hold the left shift key when the spinning wheel shows... but that is not working. it keeps going into the profile that has the auto log in enable....... A second question since I'm here ... Is there a way (liket a start up script) to have the profile that is auto logging in start in... I think is called safe mode like when you hold the shift key down so the start up items don't start..??
    I should mention... the profile in question is a managed profile.. in the systems pref. the only things with a check mark are the back up program and the allow supporting programs....

  • How to start radeon script during boot?

    My system hangs during startx. I have got input what to do but now, I need to create my own systemd.service file to start the script during boot. I have made following /etc/rc.local:
    modprobe -r radeon
    modprobe -r drm
    modprobe radeon modeset=1
    and get 644 permissions.
    To start this service have I tried  /etc/systemd/system/rc-local.service
    [Unit]
    Description=/etc/rc.local
    [Service]
    Type=oneshot
    RemainAfterExit=yes
    ExecStart=/etc/rc.local
    [Install]
    WantedBy=multi-user.target
    and systemctl enable rc-local.service
    When I boot the system I get the error:
    Failed to start /etc/rc.local
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.

    I think it would be better to launch startx manually and look at the output! I also have a radeon card and use the oss driver. Nothing has to be done for it to work. Are you sure you haven't messed up something else? Something weird in your grub config? What about your files in /etx/X11/xorg.conf.d? Remove every "improvement" you tried to do, I'm pretty sure startx will work just fine then.

  • Dhcpcd hook problem: start python script within hook

    Dear fellow Arch fans,
    I'm encountering a rather annoying problem:
    When I lose my internet connection my pidgin client doesn't get 'informed' about this and I won't receive IMs for an unspecified amount of time. I thought that I could work around this by myself, therefore I wrote two scripts in Python which connect/disconnect all active Pidgin-accounts using DBus. Both of them work fine. I also wrote a dhcpcd hook which should "listen" for a "NOCARRIER" and a "BOUND" reason which for itself also works fine (puts some output in a logfile).
    The problem now is to invoke the python scripts from within the hook. My hook looks as follows:
    lf='/var/log/myhook.log'
    case $reason in
    NOCARRIER)
    echo "nocarrier branch" >> $lf
    sudo -u os python2 /usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/\
    scripts/pidgin_dbus_discon.py >> $lf
    BOUND)
    sudo -u os python2 /usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/
    scripts/pidgin_dbus_con.py >> $lf
    echo "bound branch" >> $lf
    echo $reason >> $lf
    esac
    A sample output from the logfile /var/log/myhook.log after two cable pulls looks like
    nocarrier branch
    CARRIER
    bound branch
    nocarrier
    CARRIER
    bound
    But even on unsuccessful invocation the pidgin_dbus_con.py-script should at least print
    con-script started
    con-script finished
    Does anyone have a clue what the problem might be here?
    I would appreciate any help!

    How can i start the forms server service by a script ? (any of known commands or a way to Oracle forms server service to start by scripts ?)
    Thx for Help..

    Hi
    Have you checked that the rpd file still exists in the Repository folder? Did you leave it in a consistent state? assuming the paint.rpd is still there, double click it and see if you can open it, if so run a consistency check.

  • [Debian] Oracle 10g Express - init.d start/stop script problem + fix

    I've experienced a problem with the init.d script "oracle xe" which is used to start/stop/reload the 10g server and comes with the debian package from oss.oracle.com.
    I noticed that after installing Oracle 10g in the "Debian" way (via .deb package and an apt-source oss.oracle.com), the start and stop method of the script doesn't do anything.
    It's checking for the value of the "ORACLE_DBENABLED" variable, which is on my installation set to "false", because I answered during installation false to the question "do you want to start Oracle 10g at system boot?".
    In my opinion that's wrong. I should always be able to start/stop the Oracle server trough the init.d script regardless of your choice starting Oracle at boot or not.
    I commented out row 604 and 621 in the file "/etc/init.d/oracle-xe" :
    case "$1" in
      start)
            if test -f "$CONFIGURATION"
            then
                    if test "$ORACLE_DBENABLED" != "true"
                    then
                            echo "exit"
    #                       exit 0
                    fi
            else
            echo "Oracle Database 10g Express Edition is not configured.  You must
                    exit 0
            fi
            start
      configure)
            configure
      stop)
            if test -f "$CONFIGURATION"
            then
                    if test "$ORACLE_DBENABLED" != "true"
                    then
                            echo "exit"
    #                       exit 0
                    fi
            else
            echo "Oracle Database 10g Express Edition is not configured.  You must
                    exit 0
            fi
            stop
            ;;
