Failure to Play Daily Show and Colbert Report

Question

The most recent episodes of both shows, purchased thru iTunes and downloaded on 5th Gen iPod. Shows will play from iPod thru iTunes and from iTunes directly but not on iPod screen. The episodes seem to start, abruptly ends and goes back out menu tree. Downloaded other vids and no problems. Any suggestions?

This seems to be happening to me as well for the last two weeks, I did open up a trouble ticket and this is what I recieved as a responce in return.

I have walked through all the steps in the article and the files are still
showing on my itunes as nothing but a short spurt of black screen then back
to the menue but showing in the Itunes library just fine.

Comments: All of my current season passes from THrusday 4/10 and on have
downloaded successfully into my Itunes library but when transfered to my
Ipod they show me a black screen for just a few moments then goes back to
the menue. When I look at them in my library I can view them with no
problem. I have powered on and off the Ipod, I have set it back to factory
settings and still the problem persists. How can I rectify this situtation.

Apperently they think it's our Ipods which I find wierd because if I go and download older show's or movies I have no problem what so ever...hhhmmm
