We had purchased desktop from your shop and we would like to inform that there is a technical issue in that. It is written in your mails that “Our engineer will provide services at your place and within 48 hours of the complaint being lodged” inspite of all this mails your customer care service department are telling us to being desktop to the service centre and when we took it to the service centre the tecinician told us that the service would be provided to you at your place and further when we are calling at customer service center then they are informing us that the bar code is not matching there is variance in the same and they are also telling us that it is our issue not ours. So our complain is why are you doing fake promises that the services would be provided within 48 hours and the engineer would be coming to your place to your place and the services would be given.Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

The latest Premier Pro CC 2014 update forced me to convert and create version of my project while guaranteeing that the project would not be altered; however, the timelines/sequences are not the up to date versions I had. I saved different version of this project for various purposes, but they were all named differently(i.e joe and mary wedding, joe and mary wedding 2, joe and mary wedding 3, joe and mary wedding 3.1). I do not know if they just pulled the timelines from the earliest version, eradicated the data entirely, or something else.
Since the program prompts me to create and save a new version for the updated premier, I still have the previous projects, but cannot open them. I imagine they are unchanged, but cannot be sure.
Thoughts? Is it possible to uninstall an update re-install it later?
Please advise.

Add to right click menu of timelines an entry for "go to next keyframe" and "go to last keyframe" a la After Effects, we should also be able to assign a kb shortcut to this.
There are buttons on either side of the create keyframe button to advance forward or backward in the effects control panel or timeline.
You can also advance forward or backward in the effects control window by holding shift while dragging the playhead.
Allow copy/paste of selection of audio/video effects, not just one at a time. Sure we can copy/paste attributes but since we can also copy/paste effects it would only make sense to allow to copy/paste a selection of effects.
I guess I don't get this one. If I have 5 effects on a clip, I can simply command-click on the ones I want to copy over to the other clip.

I have scenario file to file from our server to external FTP server.
The scenario work without repository.
My problem is that: I send the file, the file received in the external server,
The external company open the file Successfully (is TXT file, 1 or 2 kb) without any problem.
But sometimes the file is not full, in the source the file contains 500 characters and in the destination the file contains 450 characters.
Have a way to promise that the files transferred Absolute or alert if not?

Elad,
This is strange.
Normally Use Temporary File option makes sure that the receiving application does not read the file ( as the file name is dfifferent ) till the entire file is written and then it is moved to the actual file name.
Are you sure this is an XI issue. Maybe the program that reads the file from the FTP folder is causing this?

I am attempting to set up a guest network on the Airport Extreme Base Station. The Base Station is connected to a DSL Modem. The network is also extended using an Airport Express. When I have attempted to set up the Base Station using DHCP NAT in the netword feature I get a message that because the service has a private IP address the only way that I can connect is in Off Bridge Mode. In this mode I do not seem to be able to connect to the internet using the guest network. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Ok, your Speedport is actually a combination DSL modem and wireless router. In this case you would typically configure a downstream router, like your AirPort Extreme in Bridge mode. Unfortunately, when in Bridge mode, the AirPort does NOT support providing a guest network.
The only possible option is to reconfigure the Speedport as a bridge and use the Extreme as your Internet router. You would still need the DSL modem provided by the Speedport for Internet connectivity.

I have had the same problem, so many apps do not work properly without it! Apple says the internet satellite, the Internet satellite says Apple, back and forth with the blame instead of fixing the problem. Have turned location on and off, reset everything multiple times ( lots of hours and bandwidth to download ), Siri is now working part time, I guess she has cut back her hours for the summer. This sounds like a possible permissions issue. Try these steps. Uninstall iTunes and all of it's components. Next, download the newest version of iTunes and save it to your desktop rather than selecting run. Right click on the installer package and run as administrator.
