Family sharing will not accept my apple id.

I open iCloud, log in - no issues. I try to turn on Family Sharing and it just will not accept my password. The pop up asking for password just keeps coming back. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Support Communities! Is it possible that you have more than one Apple ID? Are you trying to sign in to Family Sharing from an iOS device or a computer? The first step would be to go to My Apple ID and confirm your Apple ID and password. You can reset the password if you need to. I don't understand what you are setting up using numbers - or letters. If it's a passcode, then you can translate the letters into numbers as you would on a telephone keyboard - for example, an "S" would be a 7.
But that may not matter, as the process for setting up voicemail is strongly tied to your cellular carrier. If the above doesn't answer your issue, contact your cellular carrier for setup assistance.

IF your imessage is saying waiting for activation then do this:
backup your phone to itunes or icloud.
then on your phone go to settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings - this will wipe your phone clean.
once the process is done, you can restore from the backup you made, then you should be able to activate your imessage.

What are the exact specifications of the wireless network you've created? (If you're not sure, open Airport Utility on your computer and check the Radio Mode in the Wireless tab). Bear in mind:
- iPhones earlier than the iPhone 4 cannot connect to an "n-only" network - they need b/g compatibility.
- No iPhone can connect to a 5GHz network (Compatibility mode will also fix this).

Since my situation is very similar, rather than start a new thread, I wonder if I could jump on this one for some clarification & to see if I'm okay to proceed with the Tiger instructions you posted.
I'm running 10.4.11 on a 17" Titanium PowerBook G4. I have a .mac e-mail address & I'm using Apple Mail.
I migrated to iCloud several weeks ago & everything's been fine but I haven't been able to get any e-mail through all weekend.
I logged in to iCloud a short while ago & everything seems fine.
So could I ask whether the procedure you linked to works for .mac addresses as well as .me addresses?
Also, can I assume that the messages that are still sitting in my inbox will still be there after I remove the existing account & create the new one, (seeing as they're synchronised with the inbox online), whilst the complex hierarchy of folders I've created locally in the mail client will remain untouched?

Itunes will not accept my apple id password in the store.

when I enter the store in itunes 11.0.1, a message popps up telling me to enter my password to enable automatic downloads. When I enter the correct password, the same message pops back up instantly. If I enter the wrong password, it tells me so in red. I can not do anything with the store, because it will not accept my account. I can purchase on other devices with the same account and password with no problem.

You may need to do a credit card "update" in your account. Apparently "it" needed a re-verify because I had accessed my apple account from another computer. Did so and it worked. Apple is opaque in many ways and it was totally unhelpful as it just kept rejecting my good password with no explanation.

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Restoring an iPad from an iTunes-generated backup should not require an Apple ID password.
Did you encrypt the iPad backup? If so, then trying to restore will require entering the encryption password.

Incidental:
I had the entire family over to watch videos I had worked on for countless hours which I meticulously transferred from 8mm to HD then edited them using iMovie.

Problem solved – While looking elsewhere on the Internet, I ran across an article where a guy in Russia found that his security code for the credit card entered on his iTunes account was missing.
After checking, I found my security code was missing as well. After I reentered my credit card security code, I was able to log on to the iTunes Store and also able to turn on Home Sharing.
I HOPE The Apple iTunes accounts were not hacked into. That could be a reason for the security codes beinging erased by Apple.

IMessage on iPhone will not accept my Apple ID

I am trying to sign into iMessage on my phone with my Apple ID, it will not let me. It shows the iMessage box in Settings as "on", but underneath it reads 'Waiting for Activation'.... waiting for what?? there's no where to sign in and when I do, it says it cannot accept it at this time....
Anyone have anything on this mystery? All i want to do is send text message as iMessages not Texts...frustrating.

Asking for iCloud account name and password to play iTunes radio when I have done it in the past many times without this question. Will not accept my apple id and password. Will not save my changed password. Where do I start?

I have a MAC with OS X Yosemite, version 10.10.2, 8GB, 2.7 GHz, intel core i5. Until 2 days ago, I could click on iTunes radio, pick my station and listen. Then 2 days ago, I do this and system asks for my iCloud account id and password. Does not recognize apple id or password. I change the password, does not save it. Screen that lists 2 step verification asks for added security questions, I do those and still will not allow me access. What do I do and where do I start? I thought I should download the update to OS X. I did that, still no change. Please help direct me to where I need to go to fix this problem.
