Family use of iTunes on seperate accounts within the one PC

Hi, Can anyone tell me if it is possible for my daughter to use the itunes library on her account on the family PC? The three of us have seperate user accounts on the PC but when I tried to import songs from the library on my account to iTunes on my daughters it will only transfer those that I have placed on via CD.

Well the songs won't transfer in short, because apple trys to please the record companys it has signed contracts with by stopping or hampering ways of illegally sharing bought music with like 10 million people for free.
When you add your bought songs to your daughters account or let her account have access to it, you will have to authorize her account to play your songs. So if you bought a briteny spears song, then put it on her account or let her have access to it thru her account, you will have to authorize (or give her account permission) to play the songs.
One thing you can try is putting the songs, or a copy of the songs in the "Shared Documents" folder. If Im thinking correctly all of the user accounts on this one PC should be able to access this folder. to get to this folder goto C:(Or whatever letter your harddrive is)\Documents and Settings\All Users

Set up a seperate PC user account on your PC and use that for yourself or your wife. The iTunes library is associated with the PC user account.

Yes, you can certainly create a new Apple ID at appleid.apple.com (which will have to be associated with a different email address from your current ID) and then change the various settings and applications on one of your iPhones to use this new ID.

If you didn't already do so, authorize your computer for the new ID by opening iTunes and going to Store>Authorize This Computer. Then sync your phone with iTunes.

Not sure why only one particular phone is having this problem but this article will help you check and restart it if it's in fact not started: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1567. Even if it is running, suggest you stop and restart it.

Baiscally the problem is that one comuter and one account has always been sued for eey persons itunes. option discovered in preferences. Really this and any feature that moves deletes or edits a users data should as far as possible be OFF BY DEFAULT. It shouldn't by default and without the users specific say do this dangerous and unnecessary thing without even letting the user know what it's doing!!! And then cause me a few hours (as i'm new to mac) searching for the option so as to switch it off. If i hadn't noticed the status cage declaring that it was copying files then i might never have twigged that this insane thing was occurring. And if i hadn't of noticed i would have been left maintaining the contents of the folder i copied the files to, the folder which as far as i was informed and so believed was also the location of the music files i was playing. How does Apple justify this 'genius' piece of software non-design? Surely it will hurt no one if this was off by default for new users - overall at least i dare say it would cause a lot less distress in the future for the unsuspecting public at large. Yes. If you mean Apple IDs, log in and out as needed. If you mean iTunes libraries, launch iTunes with the Shift key held down and choose or create one, or use separate Windows user accounts.

I had the same error when trying to update my apps on my ipod touch. I tried to input my security code numerous times to no avail. I also made sure my billing address was the same as what my bank had on file. To fix the issue I went into iTunes, logged onto the iTunes store, went to account settings and reviewed my recent purchases. Turned out that I had made a recent purchase and didn't have enough money left on my credit card to pay for it at the time. I paid off the credit card, and then input my security code once more and now it works fine. I've heard that some debit or pay as you go credit cards require a minimum balance, so make sure you have at least that amount in your account.

This can happen if the library has been corrupted and rebuilt, in which case you should restore the original library in the manner of Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.
Alternatively see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. If you have all the media in your library already then backup the device, and immediately restore it.

Is it possible to use List Type in XML schema within the SOA Rule author?

Is it possible to use List Type in XML schema within the SOA Suite Rule author? The reason is that with the following XSD, Rule author generates XML facts of type "List" for the element "ResultSet". Basically I want to check the Input facts (Input1, Input2, Input3) for some conditions and then assign action to the element Resultset of type List (array). The output Resultset can contain multiple values based on the input facts. My problem is that I am unable to see the ResultSet in the "Assign" action type of the action block. Is it possible to use the Resultset of type List with the Rule author or is there any limitation on the rule author and any workaround for this?

I have slightly modified the xml schema you suggested and was able to import into the rule author. the following is the modified XSD. Rule Author created a List type for the "ResultSet" . I still don't see "Resultset" in the assign action, so I tried creating RL function in order to assign the output to the "Resultset", but was unsuccessful so far. can you please let me know how to populate the resultset with the output values? FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
