Revel basics: What file formats does Revel support?

Just to avoid confusion - during provisioning, the phone is downloading a configuration from remote server. Phone is client. Provisioning process require a server (HTTP or FTP or TFTP) running somewhere.
You are speaking about browser, not server, so it seems you are speaking about manual configuration of phone, not the provisioning. Even in the case you are speaking about server, you speaking about upgrade of OS, not the provisioning (HTTP/FTP/TFTP) server software. On the other side, you are speaking about "initial profile downloads from Windows 7" asking about browser versions. I'm confused. Can you explain what are you trying to do in more details ?
Something like: "I did A, expecting B as result but C happened".
Debug/log from phone device and/or catched communication between browser and phone and/or phone and provisioning server may help to analyze the problem.

  • Windows 8 FAQ: After upgrading, what Operating System will I have after Windows 8 Repair?

    Question:
Once I upgrade to Windows 8, if I need to send my PC back to HP for hardware repair, what operating system will be running on my system?
    Answer:
For most repairs, the PC will be returned with the Windows 8 operating system intact.  However, if the system repair requires, for example, a new PC hard drive, then a re-image of the PC will be required, and the original shipping operating system will be re-installed

  • What all Operating System are Supported on Oracle VM Server for Sparc ?

    hi,
Does Oracle VM Server for Sparc Support's Solaris OS of different version
or it also supports linux & windows OS also...
    thnaks in advance....

The modern SPARC platform ( sun4v ) is locked in Solaris. No chances for open-source OS'es like Linux or *BSD.
This is because the important hardware documentation is closed ( known only to Sun / Oracle engineers ). For example:
      *  virtualization features of CPU are documented only at hypervisor-call level (part of Sun servers' firmware), and only partially.
      *  CPU errata are closed ( Some errata for old UltraSPARC III were opened during OpenSolaris project, but that's all).
      *  crypto features ( SPU and MAU ) are closed.

Upgrading from OS X Snow Leopard
If you’re running Snow Leopard (10.6.x), update to the latest version of Snow Leopard before you download OS X Mavericks from the Mac App Store. Click the Apple icon and choose Software Update to install OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8, the latest version.

I have a MacBook5,1   Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo   Processor Speed: 2 GHz what operating system can i update to

If you are running 10.6.8 you can download 10.9 from the App Store and install it with going through 10.7 and 10.8 first. 10.9 Mavericks is a free download in the App Store.
10.9 Mavericks will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly.
As for third party programs see this list for compatibility with 10.9 http://roaringapps.com/apps:table
Also Mavericks doesn't run any Power PC programs. To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Mavericks.
Before Mac switched to Intel processors in 2006 they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors. This was part of the Operating System in 10.4 and 10.5 but was an optional install in 10.6. With 10.7 Lion Apple dropped all support for Power PC applications.

  • What Operating systems does Teststand 1.01 require

Can anyone tell me what operating systems does Teststand 1.01 support

    Hi paddyone,
Wow, that goes back a few years...
From the MS-Windows point of view, I think that Win-95 & Win-98 were supported.
It may work with later Windows versions as well.
Have a look at the registration card.  I work with ver 3.1 at the moment, and the info says:
    "Windows 2000/NT/ME/9X"..  although I use Win-XP..
I think there are older machines running ver 1.x, and they are still Win-98 machines..
    Hope this helps,

What operating system smartphone is compatible with Adobe Flash Player?

    Hello,
Flash Player is no longer supported on mobile devices.  With that said, you can manually install the last supported version of Flash Player for Android devices using the instructions here "Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy). Do note that this is very old and has not been updated with any security fixes.  This FAQ offers some alternatives to Flash Player on Android devices.

  • What OS's are supported.

I am looking at 10G and its says release 2 supports the following operating systems
    Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 (OEL5)
    Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 (OEL4)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux  5 (RHEL5)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux  4 (RHEL4)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 (RHEL3)
Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (SLES10)
Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 (SLES9)
    Asianux 2.0
    Asianux 1.0
the question i have is does 10g support solaris ???
    Also what OS's does 11G support ???
It doesnt seem to be much documentation on this !!!

First, just to help clear things a little bit, the way to ask is "what versions of Oracle are certified or supported on what operating systems".
Another words, Solaris doesn't support Oracle (any release).
Oracle software is certified and supported on the Solaris platform.
    So, to answer your question:
Oracle 10g is supported on Solaris, but without looking it up, I can probably tell you that it is only supported (and certified) for Solaris 9 and 10.
There may be some backwards extended support for Solaris 8 (2.8), but Solaris 10 is probably the most common.
Again, Oracle 11 doesn't support any OS.
It is a matter of which operating system (and OS level) that Oracle software is certified to run on (and supported on).
    Hope this helps...

  • What operating system will i need to restore my macbook?

I have the Februrary 2008 macbook. I bought it about a week ago off someone on gumtree. It hadn't been restored so i figured the grey installation ones would work. After erasing the content on the hard drive i inserted disk 1. After then selecting what language it popped up saying 'OS X cannot be installed on this computer.' After looking at the grey disk again it said 2007 so i'm guessing it was the wrong one. Anyway i was wondering if i just buy an operating system off Apple would i be able to install it correctly? Basically i can't access my macbook and i have no clue what operating system to buy because i'm new to mac. Thanks for the help!

Phone Apple and order replacement original disks; if you want, you can buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store instead, but won't get iLife or the Apple Hardware Test.

  • What Operating Systems does...

What Operating Systems does java run on ? I have been looking about for some sort of list but couldnt find one. It is just out of interest.
Does anyone have any idea ?
    Thanks :)

    just kidding
java is platform independent, meaning compiled once,
runs everywhereJava runs where there's a JVM available. That's the practical limit to anywhere. You also must make sure all the JDK's you've used are available. For example if you have used Java3D it will limit you to just a fraction of the otherwise available platforms.
This is a list of platforms where SWT (an alternative to Swing) is available. So Java is available on these platforms and maybe a few odd more,
    Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
    Linux (x86/Motif)
    Linux (x86/GTK 2)
    Solaris 8 (SPARC/Motif)
    QNX (x86/Photon)
    AIX (PPC/Motif)
    HP-UX (HP9000/Motif)
    Mac OSX (Mac/Carbon)
