Oracle 8i database: FATAL ERROR IN TWO-TASK SERVER
Hi,
We've been using Portal 3.0.7.6.2 since it was available. We've just upgraded to Oracle Database 8.1.6.3 (to resolve Apache GPF crashing problems) and have now noticed that our database server process terminates with a fatal error when we try to administer users, though in particular, adding users to existing groups. Error message as follows:
*** SESSION ID:(8.8) 2001-01-16 16:43:16.140
FATAL ERROR IN TWO-TASK SERVER: error = 12571
*** 2001-01-16 16:43:16.156
ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure
ORA-06512: at line 18
The only way to recover is to terminate the instance's service and restart. This happens every time we add more than 2 users to a group.
Any help would be appreciated.

# symptom: ERROR = 12571
# symptom: trace file generated
# symptom: Database operations continue successfully
# cause: The most common cause for the above error is an ungraceful disconnection of a session from the oracle db while the db is currently running a dml statement issued by that session. The error is recorded when oracle attempts to reply back to the session with the results of the dml and cannot access the session. Overall database operations are usually not affected.

The ora-12571 error usually occurs when the client abruptly terminates with a Ctrl-C or powers down.

The ora-12571 error, usually, indicates an instability with Oracle with the network. Communication Gap between eHub and Database Server.

Hi ,
I am using 9.2.0.1.0 on windows 2000 server SP4 and we are getting FATAL ERROR IN TWO-TASK

How do I correct this problem.

Opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying tosend break
Problem Description: Environment Details
Application Server : Version 10.1.2.3.0 on Windows Server 2003 R2
Database Server: I have installed Oracle DB (11.2.0.1.0) on the same sever having Oracle 11g Release 1 (11.0.7.0) and Oracle 10g Release 2 (10.2.4.0).
I am using Oracle11gR1 listener for all three databases.
I have created database for Oracle11gR2 with no issues at all.
Issue:
Now when I am running my application using Oracle11g R2, my application runs fine for a specific interval after which I get ORA-03113: end-of-file communication channel. All the Sessions linked to these are all dead.
From the logs I discovered this (which is TNS Packet write failure)
opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying tosend break; error code = 12571Any clue based on the Trace file???????????

ORA-013124 -Two-task internal error
when i try to remove the data in a column table i am getting the follwoing error
But i am able to change the data in the table
ORA-013124 -Two-task internal error
Pls help me in thisHi,
TOAD 8.0 is quite old, you might want to grab 9.0.1 from www.quest.com (assuming you can arrange the appropriate access). But that shouldn't be causing this error.
In addition, what version of Oracle software are you using with TOAD? ie the Oracle client software version. If this is indeed Oracle 8.0 then you need to upgrade this (and this is probably what's causing the error).
Cheers,

Error code 500 internal server error
I got a computer from my brother. It has windows 7 starter on it. It has been running fine, but now it says that the Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter driver is not working. It also gives me an error code 500 internal server error, when I try to search
for album information on windows media player. I don't understand IT jargon so can someone help me with this in plain English.Hi,
Could you please have a share with the event log information? Reference for
opening Event Viewer.
What information appears in event logs? (Event Viewer)
For the Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter driver, take a try to uninstall and then reinstall it in
Device Manager.
Error code 500 internal server error, if possible please have a share with a screenshot for this error message.
As it states, the error is based on the server side.
Here is a similar thread for reference:
Windows Media Player Script Error while looking up album info

SOAP Invoke error: Status (500): Internal Server Error
I have a BLS with a WebService action. I am testing the WebService call with each operation within the wsdl address. I used the wsdl address to make the call. I selected the only port available. There are several operations available. This WebService call is successful for all operations except for one. The operation that fails, I get the following errors in the "ServletExec.log" for this one operation. Can you tell me where the issue may be?
"SOAP Invoke error: Status (500): Internal Server Error"
"java.lang.Exception: Status (500): Internal Server Error"
"at com.lighthammer.webservice.SoapClient.invoke(Unknown Source)"
"at com.lighthammer.xacute.actions.webservice.WebServiceAction.RawInvoke(Unknown Source)"
"at com.lighthammer.xacute.actions.webservice.WebServiceAction.Invoke(Unknown Source)"
Thanks,
ChrisThe Web Service had been "Reversed Engineered". In doing this, the parameters had been changed in the Web Service. This created a "break" on MII's side (i.e. MII was still trying to pass the authentication token to the parameter named "authenticationToken", instead of passing it to the parameter named "paramString1".).
Thanks,

I get an error code, 500 Internal Server Error when I try to open Safari. How do I correct it or somehow remedy this?
Hello Thomas,
Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with Safari when using Wi-Fi. I would be concerned about this too.
I recommend following the steps in the section labeled "Symptom: My Mac does not connect to the Internet" in the following article to resolve an issue like the one you described:

I can't install Premiere Elements {new purchase} because of "Error 2350. 'FDI Server Error.'" I cannot "ignore" I can only abort. Adobe says that my purchase is not supported even though it's new. Help anyone?
Locoba
What is the computer operating system involved? Can we assume Premiere Elements 12 as the new purchase? And, are you trying to install from an installation disc or from purchased online downloaded installation files?
I have not run into Error 2350. FDI Server Error before, but here are some links that talk about Error 2350. Please see if any of them apply to your situation.

Not Adobe, Error 2350. FDI Server Error.

More details on your situation may help in fine tuning the issue specific to your situation.
How are you installing?
Are you installing to default location?
Is antivirus and firewalls disabled?
