Faulty mp3 player and customer support page does not w

I sumitted my problem online to the customer support but when I hit the submit button I get redirected from http://us.creative.com/support/contact/emailform.asp to a non-working URL http://dmzrespapp.europe.creative.com/kana/FRH
I do not get an e-mail confirmation either. But maybe you can also help with my problem below
I have an Creative Micro Zen mp3 player
When I start or reboot the mp3 player it hangs at the 'CREATIVE' logo and stops responding. This started 3 weeks ago.
I followed the steps below as suggested by Creative's knowledge base:.) Clean up2.) Format3.) Reload Firmware4.) Reboot
At each of these steps the player does not hang (I can hear the sound feedback when I touch the control buttons), but I stays there for hours saying i.e. 'Cleaning up', 'Erasing Firmware'

After I have read the FAQ I came across this last resort, tried it, and succeeded. Now it works again

This might indicate a problem with the player, so you may want to seek getting your player replaced/repaired anyway, especially if this happens more than once. Also if this procedure doesn't help you will also have to look at getting the player repaired, or if out of warranty you can try repairing the hard disk yourself. See the Articles section for guides on upgrading. Note that you <B>should not hit your player</B> in any other circumstance as you could damage the hard disk. Hard disks make clicking noises in normal operation.

I applied a template to a page with SWFs and now that page does not play the SWFs (just a blank area where the SWF should be). When I detach the template it will play the flash file. This site will eventually be updated via Adobe Contribute. And I just discovered that when applying a template to a page that uses HTML datasets (Master/Detail),it no longer reads the Master/detail regions and displays a blank. Any thoughts?

Firstly, you shouldn't really 'apply' a template to a page, you should create a child page by going to FILE>NEW>Page from Template. Too many things can happen when applying a template the way you are doing it. eg:; editable and non-editable regions not matching up and being asked where to place these regions and in all likelihood, you end up with 2 or more of the same region.
When a swf file is inserted into a page, a corresponding Scripts folder is written automatically is stored in the root of the site - it is also linked to in the head of the document. What I believe is happening is that when you apply a template to the page, the Template has no idea that there is a swf file on the page and is not aware of the correct link to the Scripts folder. If you do a test and add the swf file to the template page itself, I bet that the links to the swf and the scripts folder are correct - because DW knows the correct path to the script file. Hence the reason the page probably works when you detach it from a template.

I need help deleting videos, tv shows, and movies downloaded from itunes. I have followed the instructions to delete from the macbook, I selected the videos I wanted to delete and right clicked to delete. Nothing happens. When I double click on the video it still starts playing. I also followed the instructions to delete the videos from the iphone by swiping from left to right with nothing happening. I opened the videos on the ipad and there is no edit selection like in the instructions on the support page. Can you please tell me how to permanently remove this content so it doesn't try to copy from each device when I want to back up the Iphone and Ipad to my macbook. Thank you.

Facebook and add-on page does not open stuck in a infinet loop

I am able to use other ssl enabled sites like gmail from Firefox, but when I try to login to Facebook after the first page, It does not open. Have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested for Facebook errors and https errors, no luck.
I get stuck in an infinite loop on the next page. This is the security page which asks to setup a machine name.. (https://www.facebook.com/loginnotify/setup_machine.php?next)
Please note there is no error displayed, the page just loops endlessly and does not display the Box which should ask me to set the device name for Facebook.
The same thing happens when I try the Add -ons page via the Tools menu. I am able to use Facebook in Chrome on the same system system.
Willing to work with the community to resolve this. Can also provide Wire shark dumps if required. Thank you for your time. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Auto-hostep app with custom master page does not allow custom workflows

This has been troubling us all day. We have a sharepoint 2013 auto-hosted app. We wanted to simply change the site logo of the master page but it was easier said than done. Finally we had to create our own custom master page with our own site logo to overcome
this issue.
Now we are trying to add a custom workflow in our app. But the instalment of the app always fail with this message:

After many hours of searching I came across this
post that sums up the problem to this:
Do not use the WebTemplate element in the app manifest to designate any of the built-in SharePoint site definition configurations as the app web's site type. We do not support using any of the built-in site definition configurations, other than APP#0, for app webs.
Thus, if you would like to include your workflow to SharePoint-hosted app, you have to use APP#0 template.
I am fairly new to the sharepoint 2013 app development and having so many problems just because we wanted to have a different site logo is making us focus out of the important stuff of our app. Isn't there a simple way for us to change the app's site logo
and add a custom workflow? Has anyone come up with a solution?

Have you configured SharePoint Workflow Manager in the farm? Not sure if you are familiar with but in SharePoint 2013, there's a new component called Workflow Manager that needs to be configured to use SharePoint 2013 workflow.

I am using SharePoint Online. I have enabled the following site feature:
Workflows can use app permissions
Allow workflows to read from and to write to all items in this site.
just in case but it makes no difference. When I stop using my custom masterpage the app can install just fine and the workflow is working. When the custom masterpage is enabled the app won't install with the workflow. I am required to remove the workflow
to install the app.

If you have not already, disconnect the iPod and restart your Mac. Do this to Reset the iPod.

When moving a page from one pdf to another I see a message "consolidating fonts" and the added page does not view properly

I am working with multiple PDF files in Acrobat Pro XI. Sometimes when I move a page from one PDF to another it does not view properly. It was fine in the source PDF, but not when moved to the desired PDF. I also see a message momentarily across the bottom of my screen that says "consolidating fonts". What must I do to fix this?

Follow these steps for Acrobat 11 .
Launch Acrobat>Tools>Print Production>Acrobat Distiller
Now in Acrobat Distiller follow these.
Select Standard in Default settings.
Go to Settings and select Edit Adobe PDF Settings.
Select Fonts and in the font source window select the fonts you want to Add.
Click Save As and then OK.

Dispatch to custom 401 page does not always happen

I configured custom error401.jspx page to be dispatched to if user enters invalid credentials at login page or if authenticated user attempts direct url access to a page he is not authorized to access. This works most of the time, but sometimes instead of dispatching to 401 page system dispatches to Login page (the user is already logged in so this should not happen!). When this happens Login page looks like original ADF faces page but "face" color is lost, i.e. page is all black and white and it contains message Invalid username and password.
I configured ADF security to also dispatch to this 401 page in case of unauthorized access.
I am using jdev 10.1.3.2.
What is causing this behavior? It seems to happen more often on standalone than embedded oc4j. I checked web.xml and everything points to custom 401 page if unauthorized attempt. userInfo managed bean is identical to SRDemo.
Is there a workaround?

it is not loss of session as if I click Back button on browser I can proceed with application as currently logged in user.
I reproduce this in following way:
- I try to login as userA/roleA with wrong credentials
=> system dispatches to error401 page.....................OK
- on error401 page I click Home button which replicates SRLogout backing bean function...OK
=> system re-renders Login page...............OK
- I login as userA with correct credentials
=> system renders welcome page.............OK
- I use application as userA..................OK
- I try to access page accessible only to userB/roleB, using direct url access
=> system dispatches to error401 page...........................OK
- On error401 page (or clicking Back button on browser to go to previous page) I, (still logged in as userA/roleA) try to direct url access page belonging to userC/roleC
=> this time oc4j immediately dispatches to Login page (instead of error401 page) with message Invalid username and password...................................NOT OK
So it seems first time only it dispatches correctly but subsequent attempts it always go to Login page although session is not expired

Customer support email does not exist?

Where is the email for customer support? I work night shif so customer service is NEVER open and the chat is NEVER available...all I want is an email address and I've spend 30 minutes being linked and re-linked around and all I get are forum questions, I need a customer service representative not forums!
This is HIGHLY irritating and not the first time verizon customer support has been non-existant! WHAT GIVES!?

Your contract end date didn't get changed, your upgrade date did. Verizon made a change a few weeks ago that upgrade dates now coincide with contract dates, effective with contracts that end Jan. 1, 2014.
When you upgraded your phone, you signed a two-year contract in exchange for that lower-priced phone. Whether the lines or being used or not, you have to fulfill your contract. You may want to consider having a friend or family member take over the lines through an Assumption of Liability if you want to relieve yourself of their financial burden.

When I click on the home(house) button my tabs become full/over 350 of them at once..and my home page does not come up.

If you're certain that you have configured Firefox [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+set+the+home+page correctly], and it's still not working, it's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior.
