FB05- screen layout different via FLB1

Dear SAP Guru's
I need your help. The layout of Post with Clearing: Create residual items is fine via FB05 where the user can see the right side of the screen that has the amount entered, assigned, difference postings and not assigned cannot view this without scrolling over via the lockbox postprocessing FLB1. I can't figure out where in the set-up is wrong? I tried the transaction codes for defining line layout and attaching the line layout to Transaction code are as O7Z4S and O7V3 for FB05 but that didn't work. The set-up o FB05 is fine if you access the screen directly but if you are processing lockbox via FLB1, the screen is different.
PLEASE HELP!
POINTS AWARDED

Perhaps I am using the wrong word "line layout"
If I view FB05 directly and I go to the Post with Clearing: Process open items, I can see the entire screen.
If I view Post with Clearing:Process Open items via FLB1 Lockbox Postprocessing, I have to scroll to the right in order to see Assigned, Difference postings, postings on account and not assigned.
Is there anyway I can show a screen shot to someone? We are missing each other here.

• Dialog Programing: Output screen layout is different from actaul layout

Hi,
I have developed screen layout in SE51 and same is used in my program.Program is working fine but the problem is in column order.I designed layout in SE51 by copying structure from ABAP dictionary and same has been used in my program but output layout column order is completely different from SE51 screen layout.When i check this on Se51,everything is in order.
My program is referring the same screen number and program.there is only one screen i.e 100.
How do we fix this problem.
Regards,

Looks like, your table settings got changed for the table control on the screen.
Run your program.
Now, on the screen you can find out the "Table Settings" in the Top Right corner of the Table control as ICON.
Press the Icon and it will bring the Table Settings screen.
In the Current Settings, choose the Basic Settings ... save and close.

• Screen layout group

Hi   SAP Experts ,
I need a clarification .
Can anybody please explain about "Screen layout group " and what is the use and where we use this ?
Thanks & regards

hi,
Screen Elements
These are the various objects that can be placed on the screen and help in proper functioning of the screen. Following is the list of screen elements
u2022         Text field
A field which is output only, used for displaying hard coded static text on the screen. This cannot be modified during run time. If the text contains several words, they should be separated
u2022         Input/Output field
A field used by the user for data-entry. This is also called a template. Use underscore characters in the text field to define its size. The maximum length can be 255 characters.
u2022         Dropdown list box
It is a special type of input/output field. It contains a list of entries from which the user can choose one. You cannot type an entry into the text field of this box.
u2022         Check Boxes
Field to allow the user to choose multiples from a logical group of values.
u2022         Radio button
Element provided to group logically related values. The user can select only one out of the group; the other elements automatically get disabled.
u2022         Push button
Element used to trigger a particular function. The function code associated is transferred to the flow logic when the push button is pressed.
u2022         Box
Display element that is used to improve the cosmetics of a screen. Related parts of the screen can be grouped by enclosing them in a box
u2022         Subscreen
Rectangular area of a screen used to display other screens at run time. This element cannot include any other elements
u2022         Table controls/Step Loops
Complex graphical elements to allow tabular display of data.
u2022         Tabstrip control
Element that gives a card file like look u2013 every card is a screen that can be used for different purpose
u2022         Status icon
Output element containing an icon. This icon is specified during run time. This can ne used to indicate the status in the transaction.
u2022         OK_CODE field
Important field that is used for transferring the function code from the dynpro to the flow logic
Screen Fields
All the attributes of a screen field are defined using SE51. A screen field can be given any name, but when the name corresponds to an existing dictionary object, all the attributes of the field are derived from the attributes of the dictionary object. These field attributes dictate the automatic checks that are done by SAP in a dynpro dialog (value range check, online help, list of values etc)
Screen Layout
This is the placement of the various graphical and non-graphical elements on the screen. A screen is designed in Screen Painter as per the specifications gathered from the user.
Define the ok code field in the field list for the Screens
Whenever user does any interaction with the screens, a field is required to trap the action that the user is trying to perform. To do this, define 4 character variable by the name v_okcode_screennumber.
Assign function codes to the various buttons on the screen that the user is likely to press.
These function codes are then transferred via the variable to the flow logic of the screen, to decide the path to be taken by the flow of the transaction

• Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro - Start Screen Layout Deployment GPO

We have recently finished signing our Microsoft Customer License Agreement (CLA) for reselling Windows on a diagnostic tool for our industry. We developed our software with Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro from an MSDN source. Installed from MSDN, configured,
put 20 mobile devices in the field for testing, and pushed updates to them. As a part of this we were able to remotely modify the start screen and add new icons for the newly installed software. Now that the MS CLA is complete we have received the official
Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro OPK from Microsoft Ireland and recreated our setup. So far all but one function works as expected. We are finding that we are unable to modify the Start Screen Layout via XML file or any other method as we did with the MSDN setup.
I have reviewed HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion for build and product ID information to find the MSDN install and the OPK install both show the same information other than install date. The DigitalIDs are different though.
We needed the Embedded version for the Unified Write Filter and after being able to modify the start screen layout with our MSDN copy all looked great. After not being able to modify the start screen layout with our official OPK copy of 8.1 we've done additional
searching to find: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/71f0be7a-43af-4ca3-a068-f99b92217e2a/windows-81-start-screen-layout-gpo?forum=w81previtpro Which plainly says that 8.1 PRO is NOT able to do this.
Is this correct?
If so why might our MSDN installation have worked while the OPK installation does not?
Why wouldn't an EMBEDDED INDUSTRY PRO version not allow for such a simple function? People using this version I would image would require the most flexibility and customizable options versus another, no?
If this advanced and highly modifiable version of 8.1 pro cannot do this then how might it be recommended to accomplish this goal?
Please help as this may soon push our development out much further.
Thanks in advance,
Joey

Hi HVACjoe
For general system start screen control is supported in the Windows 8.1 Enterprise operating system, the Windows RT 8.1 operating system with sideloading enabled, and in all editions of the Windows Server
2012 R2 operating system. Start screen control is not supported in the Windows 8.1 Pro operating system.
As Tripredacus mentioned that Windows Embedded support is not typically handled on the public forums and Microsoft Developer Network distributes special editions of Windows for testing and development purposes, those are not general purpose licenses and
the validity of the key has a time limit, we could not access resources from MSDN for test.
We suggest you look for help from your Embedded Partner or MSDN forum
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home
You could get more information from following link about start screen lay out.

• Screen Layout Field in the Asset Master Record

What is the use of the screen in the asset master record, ANLA-FELEI?
We have some assets where there are different values between this screen layout and the screen layout defined at the asset class (i.e. through configuration).
It seems the one defined within the asset class takes precedence.

HI
Scree Layout controls the diplay of fields, it may not be necessary for a user to use all the fileds provided by SAP. Hence the options like Required, Optional and Suppress are used to control the screen diplay and the TABs to be displayed based on the need.
Asses within the same class will have same fields since the screen layout are assigned to an Asset class.
Scree layout for the Tab Depreciation Area can also be controlled with the screen layout defied for the Depreciation Area. With this one can have different screen layouts per dep. area.
Hope i'm clear to  you.
Thanks,
Vijay

• Multiple stages on multiple screens of different size

I'm working on a project that requires me to have two stages on two screens of different size. How do I do this in Flex, or is it even possible?
More specifically, I am building a kiosk appliction, that will have the menu on a small touch-screen that sits in front of a larger, wall-mounted screen. When the user selects content to be played (videos, web sites, whatever) from the touch-screen, then the effect of that selection needs to be sent to the other stage. I need to be able to run a screen-saver on the main screen, also. Basically, the controls are the main application, and the other screen is simply a container for viewing things.
I am currently packaging my Flex project in AIR, not through the web, so I actually have a windowed application. Basically, I just need to create a new window with a custom chrome that simply holds a movie.
Is such a thing possible in Flex? I couldn't figure out how to spawn another stage, much less one that was referencable from the first stage.

Hey all. I have reached the answer. I left everything up that I posted before, in case anybody is having similar issues. To create the custom component, click your project, create a package, and then right-click that package and create a new MXML component. Then, create the MXML just like you would before. Your root tag will be whatever you are working to modify (so, s:Window for my case, but you can do an s:Label or whatever you want). So, first, I'll give you the code for my simple Window component:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!-- This is a window component which creates a transparent window with no system chrome (no bars, close, min, max buttons, resize stuff) that contains... This screen is spawned from the main MXML WindowedApplication using AS 3. -->
<s:Window xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"
systemChrome="none" visible="true" transparent="true" showStatusBar="false" width="400" height="300"
<s:layout>
<s:BasicLayout />
</s:layout>
<s:Label id="controlScreenTitle" text="new Window from VideoScreen component" fontSize="72" fontWeight="normal" color="#222222">
<s:filters>
<s:DropShadowFilter color="#CCCCCC" />
</s:filters>
</s:Label>
</s:Window>
All I did was a very simple white box there. You can disable the system chrome and such from the main Window tag, as I have shown. The window this creates has no [ _ ] [ [] ] [ x ] buttons, bar along the bottom, or any background. In my actual project, this component will hold a container to play my video objects.
Then, I create my main document:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!-- This is the main MXML file for the application. MXML is based on pure XML, and is actually a short-cut to generating AS code. You use MXML to set up the layout of the stage. -->
<s:WindowedApplication xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"
showStatusBar="false" alwaysInFront="false"
creationComplete="init()">
<!-- Imports -->
<fx:Style source="KioskScreensStyles.css" />
<fx:Script source="controlScreenMain.as" />
<fx:Script>
<![CDATA[
/* Insert other ActionScript stuff here. Try to put as much of it as you can in the .AS file, though */
]]>
</fx:Script>
<fx:Declarations>
<!-- Place non-visual elements (e.g., variables, services, value objects) here -->
<!-- Any variables placed in here will be global, and live for the entirety of the entire program's run. However, for simplicity's sake, I have placed all of those for this application in the imported .as file. But, for reference, they are described using MXML. ie: -->
<!--<fx:Type id="ASReferencableName">Value of the variable</fx:Type>-->
</fx:Declarations>
<s:BorderContainer id="controlInterface" right="0" left="0" top="0" bottom="0" borderStyle="inset" borderColor="#CCCCCC">
<s:layout>
<!-- There are several layouts available to you:
* s:BasicLayout will allow you to completely control all placement. Objects are absolutely placed, and don't move from their position on the stage, even if the screen scrolls.
* s:TileLayout can be used to create grids of button objects.
* s:HorizontalLayout and s:VerticalLayout will lay out elements horizontally or vertically on the stage. You can specify padding around each object (example below). Placement will begin from top-left corner of the visible stage. If you go with either of these, then no x, y properties on elements will be used, as the system will automatically place all elements in the order that they are created.
-->
<s:BasicLayout />
<!--<s:TileLayout columnAlign="justifyUsingWidth" rowAlign="justifyUsingHeight" />-->
<!--<s:HorizontalLayout verticalAlign="middle" paddingLeft="10" paddingRight="10" />-->
</s:layout>
<!-- We default the text of this ID as an error, showing that the .as did not link up. -->
<s:Label id="controlScreenTitle" text="Error loading program..." fontSize="48" fontWeight="normal" color="#222222">
<s:filters>
<s:DropShadowFilter color="#CCCCCC" />
</s:filters>
</s:Label>
<!-- Creating the menu buttons for playing the movies -->
<s:ToggleButton id="btn1" label="Play video 1" click="btn1_clickHandler(event)" />
<s:ToggleButton id="btn2" label="Play video 2" click="btn2_clickHandler(event)" />
<s:ToggleButton id="btn3" label="Play video 3" click="btn3_clickHandler(event)" />
<s:ToggleButton id="btn4" label="Play video 4" click="btn4_clickHandler(event)" />
<s:ToggleButton id="btn5" label="Play video 5" click="btn5_clickHandler(event)" />
<s:ToggleButton id="btn6" label="Play video 6" click="btn6_clickHandler(event)" />
</s:BorderContainer>
</s:WindowedApplication>
Now, the important part will be the .as file. Here's parts of that:
/* Imports */
/* import custom components. This is what allows us to open a new window in AIR. NOTE: THIS IS HOW YOU GET THAT CUSTOM MXML FILE IN HERE TO USE */
import customComponents.VideoScreen;
// import older mx stuff only when needed. Try to avoid using these.
import mx.controls.Image;
// import the newer Spark components. Use these for everything possible.
import spark.components.VideoDisplay;
import spark.components.Window;

If anybody looking at this has any questions about it, feel free to ask me. I am not usually able to comb the forums, so you'll have to PM me or something. I actually put this up right after I found my solution, so there is work still to be done on it (obviously). But if you ever need to do anything like this, here's some code for you.

• Screen layout for Special G/L indicator

Hi everyone!
I would like to know if you create a new special g/l indicator, you can change the screen layout that the system gives you. I need to create some which can have a screen layout similar to the one used in 01 key account.
Thanks in advanced,
Olga

Hi Santosh,
I´m going to give you some examples about what I want to do. First, I would like to used the special G/L indicator H security deposit which is configurated like as others special G/L transaction types. When I post with this Special G/L indicator the system shows me some fields in the accounting screen layout such as "Due on", "Invoice reference", "Assignment", etc. I would like to change this screen layout because I need fields like "Payment terms", "Payment block indicator", etc. What I did was to change field group status of the reconcilation account that this special G/L indicator has, and key accounting configuration that this special G/L indicator uses. It doesn't work because I make these fields optional and the system didn´t show me those.
Other I need to do It's make new special G/L indicators because I need to post with a different reconciliation account and I need to configurated the screen layout with fields such us Payment terms, Payment blick indicator, etc. I mean I need to create my own screen layout.
I don´t know if this gives you more details about what I want to do.
Thanks so much.
Best regards, Olga

• Need help with Responsive HTML5 screen layout in RoboHelp HTML 11

I have a few questions/issues regarding screen layouts for Responsive HTML5 output in RoboHelp HTML 11.
First off, I decided to just use the Theme1_Standard layout that came with the program (only other default option was Theme2_Government) and started customizing the layout. I originally added a company logo to the 'Header' component in the Customization dialog, but have since decided to remove it. I can't seem to do this from the dialog, so I tried just deleting the image file from the whole project. The file is gone, but the logo is still there. This is only displayed in the header when a topic is displayed, it does not appear in the header at the TOC, Index, Search screen, etc. How do I get rid of this???
Secondly, the text in the header for the topic screens appears differently than the one on the screens for the TOC, Index, Search, etc. In the former of these, the header is displayed in maroon text in a much smaller font, similar to that used in the topics. In the latter, the topic is displayed based on what I configured in the Layout Customization dialog; much larger in white text on a black background. In each case the heading text serves as a link to the default display topic shown when the help file is launched, which is fine. However, how do I get the header to be consistent across all screens (topics and TOC, Index, etc. alike)???
As a result of these issues with the Theme1_Standard layout, I'm trying to import a different Responsive HTML5 screen layout than the two provided within RoboHelp HTML 11 (Standard and Government). I did some digging in the program help and found another layout I'd like to use (Theme3_Black.zip) at RoboHelp screen profiles and layouts. I tried importing the new layout, but it's looking for a .SLZ file and the only one in the files that came with the ZIP file is SLZConfig.xml, and I don't think that's what I need, though quite honestly, I don't know.
I extracted the contents of the ZIP folder to a folder in the !ScreenLayout! folder within the RoboHelp project, but when I open the project, I don't see Theme3_Black as an option. I need to figure out how to import this screen layout because the color scheme matches the one used in the program for which I am writing the help. How do I import and apply this other screen layout???
Any tips, tricks, or guidance on any or all of these items would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks much in advance,
Dave

Item two of the original post is also something I am having issues with:
"Secondly, the text in the header for the topic screens appears differently than the one on the screens for the TOC, Index, Search, etc. However, how do I get the header to be consistent across all screens (topics and TOC, Index, etc. alike)???"
We have the text toggle between red, white and blue depending upon the topic selected. In the customize Selected Layout we have the title color set to white. It seems to think that it is a link and I would like to know how I can force the text to be white and to stay that way no matter which topic is selected.

• Can we change the look and feel of the screen layout

• BG color screen layout

Hello,
Within the administrator console it is possible to adjust the screen layout
(combination of thin/thick channels)
under Manage Domains/Applications/Desktop. Does anyone know if it is
possible to define different back ground
colors for each thin/thick channel in a way that the background color is
different for each kind of channel.
It is possible to set the back ground color of the individual providers on a
thin/thick channel but that is not
what I mean with this question.
Thanks,
Twan

Hi,
After you have loaded the channel select the channel from the Availabel channels list and click the Edit Channel button.In the new screen that appears you can change the BGCOLOR of the Channel.

• How to adjust screen layout

When I first open Sg on my Macbook Pro, the screen layout is a mess. I can't find the similar tab that's in Pr that I can drag and move panels and windows around. Is there any way that I can adjust my screen layout? Thanks!

With a multiple monitor it is really fine but all I run on the second monitor is the "monitors".
There is a preference to use the 2nd monitor for only that. Its not a rearrangement of the existing panel.
A single monitor is fine for the GUI control windows, timeline and scopes and I cant see a need to spread them off anywhere if one has the 2nd.
Rant: Big PIA is that SG wont work with my Broadcast monitor via BM cards! (Premiere and AEFX do.)
But...Resolve loves it and it works like a dream.

• FB60 User freindly screen layouts

Dear all
We have following requirement from client. Your advices highly appreciated here...
At T.Code FB60 "Enter Vendor Invoice......" SAP standard screen provides Vendor details section at top and GL line items section at bottom as a table. I know how to modify fields at GL line item table with the help of "Screen and Transaction variants".
However, at Vendor details screen tabs. there are total 5 tabs available for different information (like Basic data, Payment, Details, Tax and Notes). At present client uses very few feilds of all these tabs.. like 5 feilds at Basic data, 2 feilds at Payment tab, one feild at Details tab and so..
User need to go to each tab separately to enter these feilds and there are many other feilds where users never enter data.
Client requirement is make invisible all un-used feilds and provide all feilds which are frequently used at one screen instead of seperate tabs.
We have knowledge that this requirement can be met with the help of "GUIXT " product. but, client is not ready to use GUIXT product here.
Can you help me, is there any other way of meeting this requirement ?
Thanks in advance for all your feedback and help.
best reg

Hi,
Please use the account group with screen layout for vendors to define which filed is required/invisible or not.The path to make the changes is
SPRO:Sap reference IMG: Financial Accounting: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Vendor Accounts: Master Data: Preparation for creating Vendor Master Data: Define Accounts Group with Screen Layout.

• Start Screen Layout missing icon

One of the program I pinned to the Start Screen is missing. The program that's missing is the Opera browser. I created a custom start screen layout with all the programs I want in different namegroups. I put the AppsFolderLayout.bin file in the Default profile.
I am preparing a Windows 8.1 image. I do this so all users can have the same Start Screen layout. The first time I did this, it worked fine. I logged in as new users in the computers and I see all the programs I pinned to the Start Screen.
Right now, I'm doing the exact thing for a new Windows 8.1 image. I placed the AppsFolderLayout.bin file in the Default profile. I logged in as a new user and many. The Start Screen is empty, other than the Desktop and Computer tiles, since it's a new
Windows install, The programs that are pinned are not installed yet. When I install the programs, the tiles will populate to the Start Screen. All of them worked, except for the Opera browser. The Opera browser is not showing the Start Screen. I made sure
the program is pinned before I exported the layout. The program is installed for all user.
I checked the program is installed when I log in as different users. I
even deleted the user profiles that was installed on and logged in again, the icon is still not there.
Would a new version of the browser cause this issue? I even installed the version I had when I first had it working and it didn't work. Let me know what would cause this issue.

Hi,
Please use the command “get-startapps” in powershell.
We have tested. Every time we reinstall the Opera, the AppID will change.
The AppID is the identifier of app. If it changes automatically, the Operating System can’t customize Start screen by different AppID.
Please refer to the following article to customize Windows 8.1 start screen.
Customize Windows 8.1 Start Screens by Using Group Policy
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn467928.aspx
If you change the AppID in xml file to match the ID in the PC you want to customize Start screen. The Opera will show out.

• Screen layout discrepancy between AS01 and AS91

Hi Everyone,
We are trying to create an asset via AS01 and we noticed that the field for serial number is grayed-out. However, in the screen layout settings for the asset master record, the serial number is defined as optional.
On the other hand, if we create a legacy asset via AS91, the serial number is open for editing.
What could be the problem causing this discrepancy?
Thanks in advance.
Joey

Hi
check at what level you maintain this field, Asset class,Main asset or/subasset level.
Check what you are doing i.e. creation of main asset or sub asset.
I think this checking helpful for you.
