FBICR3 - Manual Assignment

Hello FICO Expert,
Need your help for the T-Cdoe FBICR3.
Problem :
User run the T-code FBICR3 and manually unassigned those items still have different then manually assigned it again.
After the manually assigned process, the data matched with no 'difference show'.
But after system run the update, those manually matched items will BACK to original.
Please help to provide some hint for the trouble shooting.

Basically YES.
Process 3 selects the Open items at the end of the period. The difference shown will in this case represent that only one side has posted a "payment" (cleared the item)

We create future position in product type 70D. 70D is mapping under Manual Assignment in Single Positions. Many open contracts create same date and same price but only contract no. is diff.
At the time of we create close deal system show date wise qty., price, value in Manual Assignment in Single Positions screen, but contract no not display. We enter contract no. in external ref field.
It is possible to external no. field in Manual Assignment in Single Positions screen, or any text field like internal ref, assignment etc. display this screen.

Hi,
The assignment screen is generated using standard structure screen - TRQS_LOT_ASSIG_ITEM_SCREEN. If you want to include any new field in the display, the program should be modified, but will no longer supported from SAP.
But please note that system displays the lot assignment in the chronological order within a single date, so you can select the respective lot using the available display itself.

Basically you just need to switch to a Manual menu type through Menu options, select the menu item and link/edit its label. You add more menu items to the menu by hitting the + symbol that appears when a menu item is selected.

Can not adjust the manual assignment function (Multilevel Controlling)

Hello all.
One more post throughout theme "Accounting Integration - Multilevel Controlling".
At This time it is impossible to adjust manual assigning WBS Elements to cProjects project element.
Current situation: We have achieved automatic creation a PS project from a project in cProjects. In this case we have assignment which was created automatically - It is healthy, it pleases us.
But also we wish to use function of manual assigning WBS Elements to cProjects project element. By the current moment there is following:
- "Select the cProjects project element and the WBS element you want to assign and then choose Assign" - This step is fulfilled, and The WBS element is established as the Account Assignment Element.
- "Save the cProjects project" - on this step there is error - "Recoil: account assignment should be dumped". Result of the given step is assignment cancellation. http://files.mail.ru/0GG4RQ

I have a similar scenarion where we want to link WBS to cProject apart from automatic creation.
I am getting following error while manually linking WBS to cProject:
"Costing data may not be up to date Display Help
Rollback: Account assignment must be reset "
I have defined costing model and costing variant for ECP.
Can you please tell me what you did for ECP which enabled to solve your problem.

Self-assigned or Manually Assigned IP Doesn't Work.

I've got a network of four Macs in my house, using a wireless router from Verizon. This network has been working fine for at least a year. For the last week, though, my MBP can't access the internet or see other computers. My router recognizes the MBP and the MBP shows full bars for the wireless signal, but other than that, nada. This is true whether it's a self-assigned IP or I manually create the IP (using the IP address that the router recognizes as the MBP).
The MBP hasn't left the house. The entire network set up has not changed.
I have tried:
- Manually setting the IP - worked briefly last night, but now doesn't work again.
- Resetting nvram - didn't work at all
- Power cycling computers and router in all possible permutations
- I may have tried other things that I'm not thinking of now
Any fixes or info on why this kind of thing happens would be greatly appreciated.

They're not guaranteed to solve the problem, but they'll only take you a minute or so to try.

Manual assignment of Business Partner in PPOMA_CRM with respect to Organiza

I am using external number ranges for the Business Partner, that's why I want to assign manually business partner (should appear in the column of BP in front of an Organizational unit) in transaction code "PPOMA_CRM". The system assign the BP automatically with the Internal number assignment but i want to use the External Number ranges. really appreciate your help.

Hi Monika,
A position cannot be shared between 100 or 1000 employees. At the max between 2-3 employees with the total percentage adding up to not more than 100 %.Its ideal that each employee has a unique position so that it can be helpful in reporting as well.

How manually assign a WLC to LWAAP

Hi all,
I have to redesign a Wireless environment:
There are two WLC4402 (50 AP's, Version 4.2.130) and 100 1424AP.
I need to assign manually the AP's to each WLC (primary, secondary Controller).
Here is my problem, I can set the IP's for the primary, secondary WLC, but after an AP reset, it still join the wrong one (in my cas the secondary). With "Master Controller enabled" I can manage to join the right WLC.
Any ideas?

Another deployment strategy is to use the "Master Controller" option during the deployment phase. The idea is to have access points join a Master Controller as they are deployed and then have the administrator assign them a primary, secondary, and/or tertiary controller. Manual assignment of object into Transport request

Hi Experts,
Very recently I saw in my developement system that one object ( ABAP Report ) has been assigned directly to the Transport request number not into the task number . I have also checked that the object is not locked into TR which should be normally locked.
My Question is that how it is possible and is their any advantage / disadvantage to follow this type of way ?
Also if another user wants to change the same report , then will another new TR be generated or new task of same TR be generated ?

Ideally the objects should get included in a TR when we change/create a object assigned to a package.But while manually adding an object to a TR one needs to be sure about the PROGRAM ID and OBJECT TYPE of that object and the rest of the subobjects related to it.If we manually add an object in a TR there is a chance that the related subobjects will not get transported.
So.the best way is only to get the objects added to the TR automatically while creating the TR.But,sometimes it will be helpful if we know the mechanism of adding the objects in the TR manually.Sometimes

How do you manually assign an IP address?

I am adding a fifth computer to my LAN -- an Apple laptop. For some reason the router is not automatically assigning it an IP address.
How do you figure out what address to automatically assign?
(all the other computers have the same number but a different extension as the last number, following the last period).
This is an iBook Apple laptop. Is there a special secret to getting Apples to "talk" to Linksys wireless routers (or vice versa)? My router is a WRT54G.

is your router wrt54g v5, if it is, you should upgrade its firmware to 1.01.1 to resolve the problem. If not, try going to system preferences >> network >> tcp/ip. On ipv4, select manually and enter the following: ip address: 192.168.1.50, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, router:192.168.1.1 and dns server: 192.168.1.1. hope this helps

Batch manual assignment

Hi Friends,
i had problem releasing a process order. in transaction COR2, material list, i am manuaaly assigning a batch in one of the component but the problem was when i tick the green flag to reease the order, the system give me an error message that batch was not found but when you check the batch master, the batch i am assigning in the order were existing. although i observed that when you go in transaction MMBE to check the unrestricted stock, there is a negative sign on the right side of the figures of stock assigned for that batch. what does it mean? will it be the reason that's why the system does not found that batch?

I doubt you chek the storage location what you have enetered and the batch maintianed....it may not be same.
example

what you have enetered in the transaction

pl check the combination and come back

Query for users without a primary device assigned (through automatic affinity or manually assigned)

I'm looking for either a way to query or a view of a collection that will show me a list of users who do not have a primary device affinity established. Vise versa might work as well- query for devices that don't have primary users assigned.
Any ideas?

Using SCCM's PowerShell cmdlets, you can run something like this:

Once you have these items joined, its easy to filter out those without a Primary User.

Adding new client but requires manual assign address onto metadata network

I need to setup 11 client xsan, I added each client to the Xsan one by one,
I have successful added 9 clients without any issue, but when I added my last 2 clients to the xsan, it found the IP address
of my last two clients, but in last step, it shows the error message:
Network configuration required the computer clientAN. It is required that you assign IP address on the metadat network (10.0.0.0/6).
Please kindly advice what should I do to be able to those two clients. Thanks.
In my metadata network: I use 10.0.0.0/16.
Should I use 192.168.200.0/24 ?
Here are my configuration:
1. Public IP in Port1 :
Client: 192.168 200. 1 - 192.168.200.11
MDC1: 192.168.200.100
MDC2: 192.168.200.200
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
2. Private IP in Port 2 (Xsan):
Client: 10.0.10.1 - 10.0.10.11
MDC1: 10.0.10.100
MDC2: 10.0.10.200
Subnet: 255.255.0.0

My last two client's private IP address was wrong as in 10.1.
It should be in 10.0. I am able to add all my 11 clients to the Xsan now.
However, what is the different between:
metadata network: 10.0.0.0/16
metadata network: 192.168.200.0/24

PR Creation manually & assign order to the PR

Can we have some STD message available for this
Scenario
Some of the people they create work order(XXXYYY) now this work order is not released yet
They create PR manulally by Me51n & in the put account assignment as Order (Order with order number XXXYYY)then save this PR
Now our release stragetgy is based on Order apporval
since the order is not yet released this triggers erros in work flow
Because work flow traces Workorder only after approval
Now I have following questions
1) Is there any STD message available ,(if we attach the complted work order to PR it gives message that order is TECO bs13 )
that if work order is not released then it will geive message that release the work orderr

WE do not want to restrict it but it can be created additonal check required is that this PR will be saved only if Order is in the REL status not in the Created status

Manually assigning IP etc to N78 for WiFi?

Hi,
I'm currently using a non-NAT system at home whereby I have to manually enter the IP address etc for everything on my home network.
Is there anyway of doing this on my N78 please? At the moment it detects my router, can't connect but doesn't let me manually enter the IP etc.

menu > Tools > Settings > Connection > Destinations > Access point (Add new acc. pt.)
When you've added/defined it, go to editing it, hit "Options" and choose "Advanced settings", then "IPv4 settings".
There, change "Phone IP address" from "Automatic" to what you want.

How do I manually assign IP addresses on an airport extreme

I have my docuprint C1190FS connected to my network via ethernet. It also has a scanner. I need to assign static IP addresses to the computers on the network so that the scanner can find them to send the scanned document to them. How do I do it?

Follow the instructions that I have already posted to locate the DHCP Reservations box using AirPort Utility.
Click the Help menu at the top of the screen and enter the following phrase to see detailed help on setting up static IP addresses:

Then find the 4th bullet point under the heading of You can set the following DHCP options:
To provide specific IP addresses to specific computers on your wireless network, click Add below the DHCP Reservations list, and then follow the onscreen instructions to name the reservation. Reserve the address by MAC address or DHCP client ID. If you choose MAC address, click Continue and enter the MAC address and specific IP address.
