hello all
can anyone tell me what is this tcode is used for?
we have a requirement to knock off the credits of debitors on FIFO basis. and the aging report also on 30,60,90,120 days.
please let me know how to approach this.
and what is the link between this tcode and aging report and unadjusted amount?
give me a brief idea or a solution till my FI consultant approaches me
i chkd the standard report..does this report includes unadjusted amount...
i mean if i customer pays some x amount will this be knocked off on FIFO BASIS??

It is possible to create a custom layout for the receivables aging summary report (to print alphabetically by BP name) to overcome this problem. However, itu2019s not possible for the u201Cdetailed receivables aging reportu201D or u201Ccustomer statement reportu201D.
Why has SAP changed this functionality? In version 2007 SAP takes the order of the rows set on the screen unless other order is specified in the layout.

In SAP 2007 versions, when a marketing document or aging report is printed, SAP takes the order of the rows set on the screen unless other order is specified in the layout.
In SAP 8.8 although it works the same way for marketing documents, it doesnu2019t work like this for Aging reports.
I was able to change the order for the u201CReceivables Aging Summary Reportu201D only. We cannot overwrite a System report, I had to create a new layout called: u201CBusiness Partner Aging (Summary) (Alphabetically Sorted)u201D.
I couldnu2019t set up the order based on BP Name for the other 2 options: Detailed Receivables Aging Report and Customer Statement Report (One page per Customer).
Iu2019ve checked print settings and properties, and I donu2019t see any way of changing the default order for these reports.

Reported it to SAP support + they plan to fix it in a future patch.

Text messages, MMS messages, email, music catalog, operating system settings, safari cache, siri cache, Genius data (if enabled), game center data -- esentially everything on your phone that isn't explicitely listed in the bar chart at the bottom of iTunes on your computer.
Sometimes there is also data corruption on the phone that ends up in Other. To get rid if it try restoring the phone with iTunes. If that makes no difference the corruption is in your backup; restore again as a new phone, then add content back.

Aging Report does not match Balance Sheet Receivables/Payables Account

Hi experts,
I am requesting your help to find out why our customer receivables/vendor payables aging reports total does not match our balance sheet accounts receivable/ accounts payable account for the same period.
I would expect
Customer Receivables Aging Report Total = Balance Sheet Accounts Receivables Account
Vendor Aging Report Total = Balance Sheet Accounts Payables Account

When you run the report with an ending/aging date in the past (like the end of last month), if you do not display BP's with zero balances, it will leave out BP's who have a zero balance AT THE TIME YOU RUN THE REPORT. Some of them may have had a non-zero balance at the end of the month, but they will be left off anyway. So if a customer owed money on the last day of the month and he paid it on the first of the next month, his balance will not be shown on the report if you run it even one day later.
I feel this is a design defect in the report, but it is the system behavior.

AR Aging Report does not change with Posting, Due, and Document selections

It appears to me that when you run the AR Aging report with the same date ranges in each of the date selection fields, Posting, Due and Doument, you do not get a different display of aging buckets. Does this report always display data based on Due Date?

When you run the AR Aging report change "Age by" option and check aging buckets are changing or not it has to change.

System (AGE3) 'Customer Aging Report' does not print BP Ref. No.

Hi Experts!
I have a question about the PLD for the Customer Aging Report (AGE3 = Collection Report). This system print layout does not print the BP Ref. No. in that field.
And when I went into the PLD, that field (and the other repetitive fields) are text fields. How do I get the BP Ref. No. to print in the field?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Marli,
If the PLD is of System report , then you have to heck that in ocrd table what is the field name of BP ref no. and try to convert that text field into database field and give the ref of ocrd BP ref no.
However the chnces of working fine for the above sol. is very low as we will not prefer to change the system report.
You should go for QLD or Crystal report for that .

Printing a Customer Receivables Aging Report Doesn't Include PO #

The standard Detailed Receivables Aging report uses variable 152 that is supposed to show the Cust/Vendor Ref No. It doesn't show anything however. I tried changing it to a database field and relating it to the document #, but that didn't pull in any data either. How do I get that field to show?
I'm running B1 2005 SP 01 PL 31.

Ah Derek - the aging reports that take a bit of time to understand and cause some trouble if the users do not understand how the the reports are created.
First - relating the Document Number to a database is not possible since those document numbers come from various tables (Invoice, Credit Memo, Journal Entry, and Payment tables). I ran into this as one customer wanted to put the Posting Date on the report - took a good half hour to convince her the detail was not coming from one database.
Second - I would suggest you read the following notes: 723783 and 968174 . The notes might explain where you might have a small glitch.
Third - I ran into the same situation with another client who had several fields not showing/printing. I was extremely puzzled too until I found out that they had gone into the Print Layout Designer and made the width of one field larger (was it the BP Reference field?) and overlayed the document number (maybe they changed the starting left location on the general tab for BP Reference to zero?). I cannot remember exactly what caused it - one or the other.
Fourth - they had another field not showing/printing as they had unchecked the visible box - no one fessed up to doing that one!
Fifth - after finding those two points and listening to their other troubles, I said "start again time" and I went out to create a new Aging Report from the system-provided template. I also wrote an SQL that reported detail and roll-up information using the Journal Entry table (joined with other tables) as a good second check for them. All were happy again and I have not heard a word back from them - I guess their aging continues onward.
Good luck - do you maybe feel like joining the "Start Again Time" crowd? Maybe the best solution?

Why invoice aging report only display invoice remaining amount?

I setup aging period 0~30, 31~60,61~90,90~9999.
When I submit invoice aging report,Only Remaining Amount Display. The period column-label is null and the value is zero.

Mac died, hard disk data recoverable - does this include Desktop files?

My G5 died (well, it fell victim to my ex's violent outrage - logic board dead), anyway... I have had my hard disk made up so I can mount it / access it on my new mac. But will this include the files that were saved on my Desktop?

The desktop is just a graphical representation of a folder inside your User's home folder. Naturally, the folder is named "Desktop." For those that work in a cluttered environment and have a hard time finding files or folders on their desktop, you can see the contents of the desktop in alpha/numeric list view by going to the desktop folder (Users->[your user name]->Desktop).

Approx amount of songs - does this include album art?

I am deciding on the 1GB or 2GB, 1 GB will probably be enough for my type of use, however,
If the approx amount of songs for a 1gb is around 240, based on 4 mins, AAC..etc, Does the approx amount of 240 songs include each song having album art showing, if not, how many songs am I looking at if each song has album art as I may need to get a 2GB if it significantly reduces.

The estimate includes the album artwork.
However, I would still get a larger iPod just to allow for more music. Also, the iPod can be used to store files, store and view photos, etc., all of which you may want to take advantage of and require more space.

Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report does not include a Credit Memo amount

Hello Experts,
We are having an issue with Ap Trial Balance report not displaying a credit memo amount whereas Gl Balance shows that amount. The Credit Memo has a August invoice date and September pay date but it’s not showing up in the trial balance for August. The acconting date on the Creditmemo is in august.

I have tried repeatedly to use the Apple Hardware test on my iMac desktop 10.7.3 early 2009 4 GB with no luck. What am I doing wrong? I have everything I can think of unplugged. Do I need to disconnect BlueTooth in Preferences?

iCloud is not an app that is installed on the computer.
iCloud Control Panel is an app that may or may not be installed.

Free Windows for sub-9" devices, does this include a personally made sub-9" device?

Frustrated by the cost of high performance laptops, I built an ugly, tan-painted box with an eight inch screen to work away from my desktop. I named it Boxy and threw in bits here and there to make it work. It currently runs Android, but it's secondary mainboard
can support Windows 8.1. I can provide visual proof of it's size (a ruler from corner to corner of the screen) if needed.
How would I obtain a copy of 8.1 for Boxy? I recently heard sub-9" devices would get Windows for free.

You would have to be a major manufacturer of tablets or phones (does not apply to PCs) and have a special agreement with Microsoft. An individual would not qualify. Please review this
