FBRA - how to identify if document is reset ONLY

Hi Gurus,
Would there be any indication in the document that the clearing document was only reset but was not reversed?
I have tried looking into fields in tables BSIK/BSID (Open Items):
Document Status (BSTAT)
Indicator: Clearing was reversed (XRAGL)
Indicator: Document is flagged for reversal (XSTOV)
But they don't seem to be filled up. XRAGL is already filled even though document was only reset.

Here the identification is items which are in
Tables - BSIK/BSID are Open Items and the items which are with Indicator: Clearing was reversed (XRAGL) .
It is very clear - clearing reversed but the item is not reversed, if it is reversed then that'll become cleared item.
You can seperate the payment transaction and invoice, with the document type reference / Payment transaction (XZAHL)

Check this field VBAP - ABGRU (Reason for rejection - press F4 to know the reason why it's rejected) also see the field /BEV1/SRFUND - Analysis/Reason for Rejection.

How to identify Accounting Document Clearence?

Hi,
I created 2 Invoices. Inv1 is Accounting doc cleared and Inv2 Not cleared.
For both the Invoices BKPF & BSEG ( Accounting Header & Detail) have records. How would i determine if the Inv1 is Cleared and Inv2 is uncleared?
Basically, i am in need of picking the Invoice Value only if it's Accouting document is cleared.
Is there a way to pull the data from VBFA table or any other table?

This is strange. Yo should make out from this field whether document has been released or not. Even if you go to VF03 for billing document display and click on header tab, there you can find out same information like posting document has been posted or not.
another way is go to table BSEG and enter billing document and find out, if it is released you can find accounting document. I dont know whether it is useful for you.
send me anyother observation if you have anything, I will try to findout.

How to open office document in read only mode

Hi,
I've a library that contains Excel Documents. I've create an access group with read permission.
A user belonging to this group can open a document in Excel, do changes and save back the document to the library. This is not what I want.
I want to allow users to open the document but not save it back to the library. How can I do it?

To check at the document level...
1) Navigate to the document library and choose a random document that a user in that group should have access to
2) Go to "View Properties" of the document. Choose "Shared With"
3) Than choose "Advanced"
This will bring up the specific permissions for a specified document.
Also for a test, try creating another permission level for a test user.
1) go to "Site Settings"
2) Choose "Site Permission"
3) In the ribbon choose "Permission Levels"
4) Choose to "Add a permission Level"
5) Give the level a name... and only give it the access to read. Add a test user and see if you still get the same results. If not than you have you fix.

How to identify reverse or reset document nos from FI tables?

Hi..
I have to send FI Documents data from SAP to NON_SAP system. Like from tables BKPF, BSID,BSAD, BSIK,BSAK, BSIS, BSAS. I will send this data through RFC on weekly cycle..Now problen is that if the cleared item document is reset or reverse then the entry from clear item table moves to open item table. Not i am not able to identify such entries ..because in that no change in create or change date..so can anyone tell me?

Please use field BSEG-XRAGL to identify whether the document is reversed or not?
Please use field BSEG-STBLG if an open item is reversed. This field will be filled with reversal document number.

Is there a way to identify the version of the InDesign application(CS/CS2/CS3) where the Document was originally created?
Can we use InDesign CS3 server to open a CS2 document to do some relinking and save it again as a CS2 document without converting the document to CS3 version? If not, how to identify and not open the documents produced by previous versions of InDesign application?

you can test the Creator. In addition however the document must be opened. If it is a CS2 document, closes document again without to save. I did not test it. Would have to function however.

Using javascript in PDF how to identify insatnces of field on all pages

Hi,
I am creating a PDF document with report kind strcuture,so that if i have a field in 1 Page (Header section ) then the field will also be there on Page 2 (Header section ) and so on for all pages.
I am basically creating from a tool.So if i have text field on Page 1 with name 'text1' then on Page 2 it has a name say 'text1_osi21' kind.
What i need is how to identify or get all the occurences of my desired field on all pages.
I also tried with getField('text1.0') kind but it wont work since for the second,thrid ... instances of the field its appending a value 'osi#'.
Also tried using 'rect' properties but we cant gurantee about the position of the desired field to remain same on all pages.
Please help with any clue

I understand that ANALYZE generates data into CHAINED_ROWS. The Oracle document implies that this table has both CHAINED ROWS and MIGRATED ROWS. FYI:

Do you have Lenovo ONEKEY recovery program (OKR) installed on your system from the factory install?
If so, what version? 8.0?
There is limited documentation around about OKR. A Google/Bing search of "onekey recovery documentation will provide some items to view.
You state: recovery discs on DVD are not an option. .. Does this mean you do not have a DVD burner?
I will post 3 INFORMATIONAL links. One describes OKR 6.0, with a create recovery media on DVD or USB.
It is my understanding, which may be wrong, Lenovo does not ship recovery discs for systems with OKR. You must take the machine to a Lenovo shop to get HDD reset.

we found different document numbers
aginst these document number there is an offsetting account
in certain document offsetting account is GL account number
while in other it is Vendor code
How system identify that for perticular document
which type of offsetting account comes.
is there any table for that??
or any function module??
or any logic for that??

When Internet Explorer is installed on solaris as a default browser, it does not change
the user-prefs.dt file. But still when a HTML document is double clicked from the file manager of solaris CDE, it opens the HTML page in Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer copies a file called IE.dt in /etc/dt/appconfig/types/C. Just by copying a file how does the CDE file manager is able to open any html file in Internet Explorer??
Further the installation path of the Internet Explorer is not fixed as that of netscape. Our application need to display the HTML help in user's default browser.
On Windows-NT this can be implemented just by passing the html file as an argument to a win32 API ShellExecute(FindExecutable can also be used.
How this can be achieved on solaris??
