FCP want open. It hangs up on (loading audio filters) Please help.
I run PROTOOLS on my system with waves platnum effects plugins.
There were some of these audio plugins, that didn't work with FCP, can't remember the list, but you might search for audio plugins in the Support area here... there was an article about it. You could remove those plugins and see if it doesn't clear it up.

What happens? When i click on the ''AdobePatchInstaller'' i get this message, ''Update Failed, Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a list of latest updates available. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
Any error messages? No
Did you have previous versions of the software on your system? No
Is the trouble with the download or the installation of the software? I am not sure but i think it may be the download. It shows that the download was complete and icon appears on the desktop. I plan to buy the ''Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium'' but i wanted to try it first via the free trials, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. So please let me know what i need to do.

FCP5 crash at load Audio Filters
FCP5 crashes on loading at point of loading audio filters.
I have many VST/AU virtual instruments for non-picture work.
Is there a key to hold down during FCP load that will disable audio effects/filters?
There are reports here of similar issues on loading but no conclusive responses.
Any help much appreciated

G5 Quad (8GB SDRAM) Mac OS X (10.4.6) 2x 23" cinema displayOK, you means the ProApps Update. Pro Tools is a different application entirely. It has different requirements and will do different things to Apple pro applications.
That could be the problem. Make sure the admin user runs the application. Trash the preferences for both the admin user, run the application, and trash the preferences for the non-admin user. -

Pressing the Home button twice does not show you what apps are running. It shows you what apps were recently used.
Download a free app from the App Store. Once it downloads, your other apps should work properly again. -
I purchased a mac book pro in oct 2011, I restarted it after updating and it,s stuck on apple symbol, I hit command R while restarting and clicked on disk utility. It says disk can't be repaired, apple wants $249 to tell me what's wrong. Please help!

If this is a 13" Macbook Pro then that is the cost of the Extended Applecare warranty. As you are outside the 90 days of Free Phone Support then what Apple told you is that to get Phone Support you would either need to pay $45 per phone call or pay $249.00 for the Applecare extended warranty which comes with 3 years Free Phone Support from date of purchase.
Or you can take it to a Apple Genius Bar and have them look at it for Free.
Every Mac comes with 1 year warranty and includes only 90 days of phone support. You can buy the extended Applecare warranty anytime within the first year of ownership, IE until the 1 year warranty runs out.
I suggest you have your computer looked at by either an Apple Authorized Repair Center or Genius Bar and then before the 1 year warranty runs out buying the extended warranty -

Try Disable iCloud calender on you iPad and then go to March 2013 on you calender and then it not crash. after that go back and enable iCloud calender again.
And then it work for me :-)

I backed up my Iphone to itunes so i can do the new Update to IOs 7 and so now that i updated it i want to backup and restore and its not working, Please help!
An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. If you have iOS6: Double click your home button. The app icons will line up on the bottom of the screen. Scroll sideways if needed to see the mail app. Hold your finger down on it until they all start to wiggle. Tap on the red circle to close the app. Single tap the home button to exit the mode.

when ever i touch for example appstore it touches safari. i press home button the my phone does what ever it wants, like goes to settings and presses random stuff please help. :(
Try restarting it. If this does not work, then hard restart it which is holding the power and home button until the product ***** off. If this does not help either, plug it into the computer and restore it. Make sure you back up the device before you restore it though!
