[Feature request] Changing the y-limit directly in a graph

Hi,
in the GUI, when using graphs, you can usually click on the ymin and ymax and change the values. This is not possible if LV decides to change which ticks on the axes are labeled.
It would be nice if the behaviour was consistent.

Feature Request: Changing the CS6 language to default English if owning a localized version.

So I own a de_DE localized version of CS6 Master, but I'd love to use it in English. I understand, that being able to change languages is a licensing concern and that it would be a little more complex to implent a "Change language" function to CS6.
But what I though about is: every application within the creative suite is based on an English version, just translated to another localization.
So why not being able to switch between localized language and default English? No matter which language I bought...
So you wouldn't have to implenent an in example "German to French" licensing/translation function, but only being able to disable the localizations through the whole suite. How about that?

am not using a Hebrew OS, but I am using an OS that has French
support. I actually tried this test on 8.6 and 8.5.1 and I was not
able to reproduce this issue.
To describe what I am doing in further detail:
When
you are in "French mode" indicated by an "FR in the Windows XP toolbar
below, you can predict what characters will appear when you press on
different keys. In other words, when I have FR on my toolbar and press
"w" on my French keyboard I get a "Char" value ASCII 119.
I
then press Alt+Shift to switch the keyboard to english which is then
"confirmed" by an EN in the Windows XP toolbar.
Pressing
the same W key of my French Keyboard will then give me a "Char" value
ASCII 122. Therefore I am not seeing this behavior because I am getting
the expected value from that key based on the OS' language setting.
What you are describing seems to be
more of Windows issue rather than a LabVIEW related issue, and I
highly doubt that it should only occur with Hebrew and not with other
languages. One
thing to note is that if you switch between different applications on a
Windows XP PC with many regional settings configured, the keyboard
setting seems to follow the application for the most part. Perhaps a
specific version of a Windows update has fixed a behavior where the
keyboard gets switched at some point within the same application (in
this case different LabVIEW windows).

How to change the billing qty directly during VF01 in AFS?

Dear experts:
Can anyone advise how we can change the billing qty directly during VF01 in AFS? Can anybody tell me why i can modify the billing qty in SAP R/3 ECC6.0, but it fail to in AFS, why?
The operation was:
1、I have to done one customising, in VOV7 for my Item category change the Billing Relevance to "K"；
2、We setting up as Delivery note related billing and would like to change the qty at the point of billing；
3、Enter the Delivery note number Do not Press Enter, Then Click on u201Cselection listu201D, however , the field of "open quantity" is in greyed out mode !
In SAP R/3 ECC6.0 ,In transaction VF01 put the Delivery note NO. and before entering or executing go to "selection list" and we will find the quantities in editable mode and we can change there and then execute billing,but in AFS,the field of "open quantity" is in greyed out mode ! I asked a lot of friends in AFS, they also have this problem!

Hi Guys,
Contrary to others IS (retail, oil etc...), AFS has been almost fully redesigned in some areas. That's why SAP releases first EHP business functions for standard and then try to enhanced the new created features later in AFS EHP.
In regards to the change of the billing quantity, from my prospective this is not supported. Quantity always comes from preceding document.
AFS is implemented in many industries like workwear, fashion high fashion, sportwear, underwear, bags etc...However I never got the same requirement to change the billing quantity.
For which reasons do you need to change the billing quantity ? Can this be done in the sales order (in case of debit/credit memo request) or in the delivery ?
The billing area has some restrictions, such as doing a pricing redetermination, in AFS it must be done in the sales order for example.
You could potentially ask SAP and see whether an advanced modification could be provided (this is chargeable).

Pay as you go, seeing and changing the spending limit

Where can I find the value of the spending limit on an Azure MSDN Dev/Test Pay-As-You-Go subscription and where can I alter that value.
On the "Summary for MSDN Dev/Test Pay-As-You-Go" page there is no "Alerts" option, there is only has "Overview" and "Billing history". On the Overview page there are seven items from "Change
payment method" to "Cancel Subscription", none of these show the current limit. The only options seem to be to remove the limit entirely or to cancel it. Nothing to actually modify the limiting value.

Spending limit : To protect you from accidentally incurring charges for usage beyond the included offer amount, Spending Limit feature was introduced.
New Users of azure that sign up for the trial offer or one of the member offers like MSDN offer will now, by default, have a Spending Limit of
₹0.
When the usage exhausts monthly amounts included in your offer, azure will disable the service for the remainder of that billing month, which includes removing any hosted services that you may have deployed. The data in your storage accounts
and databases will be accessible in a read-only manner. At the beginning of the next billing month, your subscription will be re-enabled and you can re-deploy your hosted service(s) and have full access to your storage accounts and databases.
You will receive notifications once you hit the spending limit for your offer. When you log in to the Azure website and click Accounts, you can click Subscriptions and you will see notifications about subscriptions that have reached the Spending Limit.
You can remove the Spending Limit at any time. However, once removed, the Spending Limit feature cannot be re-enabled. You should remove this Spending Limit on any subscription that has applications that you cannot afford to go offline.
The following is how you can remove your Spending Limit:
Log in to the Azure Account Center
Click Accounts
Click Subscriptions
Select a subscription e.g. Subscription 1
If the subscription has been disabled due to the Spending Limit being reached, click this notification: "Subscription reached the Spending Limit and has been disabled to prevent charges." Otherwise, click "Remove spending limit" in the
Tasks area.
When you create a Microsoft Azure subscription through a member offer-- the MSDN benefit or the Microsoft Partner Network Cloud Essentials program, for example--a
spending limit of 0 is turned on automatically. The spending limit helps ensure you don’t get charged when the credits on your subscription run out. The spending limit feature isn’t available for other subscription types such as the Free Trial offer,
pay-as-you-go subscriptions, and commitment plans.
With the spending limit turned on, when your credits are used up, Azure de-provisions subscription resources so you don’t get charged--for example, cloud services that you deployed are removed from production and your Azure virtual machines are stopped and
de-allocated. Wherever possible, data and settings are maintained, and administrators have read-only access to data in storage and databases so they can redeploy services when the subscription is re-activated. However, services and resources may lose important
settings like virtual IP addresses (VIPs) when they are de-provisioned.
Because some settings tied to the physical instances of your services may be lost, if you run important or essential services through your subscription, remove the spending limit to help ensure service and data continuity.
If you remove the spending limit, Azure begins charging for services at the pay-as-you-go rate when your credits are used up. Charges continue until credits become available for use at the next billing cycle, or until you turn on the spending limit again.
Changing the spending limit : If your subscription has a spending limit, a yellow banner appears under its listing in the Subscriptions area of the
Account Center. To view subscription information here, you must be the Account Administrator. If there’s no yellow banner, the subscription isn’t eligible for a spending limit.
Click the text in the banner to change how the spending limit is applied. You can’t change the amount of the spending limit. It’s always 0.
If you remove the spending limit, the earliest you can turn it back on is at the start of the next billing cycle.

To change the approval limit for Extended attribute PO Value limits

Hi,
We are on SRM 4.0, in PPOMA_BBP for a local purchasing organisation we want to change the approval limit let us say from 100 to 50 but the system is presenting this field as non editable( In stabdard values sub screen)
In Extended attribute tab in organisation structure after selecting the PO Value limits in SRM 4.0 we see two sub screens
a) Standard values
b) Local values
We want to change the approval limit in standard values sub screen from 1000 to 500, which system is presenting as noneditable.

How to change the Max limit in the Ring

Hi! How can I change the header text direction to vertical?

I have many columns with big names, but I need small space for body cells, and I want to check all the table at a view ... So I want to change the direction of the header texts to "left vertical" or "right vertical".

New feature request: Having the possibility to use different keyboard language on multiple monitors.

I would love to see a new feature to allow the use of different keyboard language on multiple monitors with the same desktop mac.
Ex.: On dual monitor desktop, use english keyboard on the left screen and french keyboard on the right screen.
So I wouldn't have to switch keyboard language all the time!

Mail Feature Request: "Change spellcheck language" button

Hello
I am writing Emails in three different languages and find it very tedious in Mail to change the language of the spellcheck. For people living in the English speaking part of the world it is probably a feature not so often used, but in other parts of the world this might be different. Changing language once or twice is not so bad, but if you do it five times a day it really starts bugging you the way it works in Mail now.
I really wish Mail had a button somewhere where you could change the language with a simple mouse click. At least as an option to add to the button layout. Or as a submenu in the context click where you can choose the spellcheck language.

Feature request: make the "transform" dialogs non-modal

Currently, the transformation dialogs accessible at Object>Transform are modal. I'm talking about "Move…", "Rotate…", "Reflect…", and so forth. These dialogs, when open, lock the user out of any interaction with the artboard other than the "preview" button, until the dialog is closed.
Even more problematically, they lock the scroll and zoom factor of the current user view, so that there's no way to inspect how a precise numeric adjustment affects a part of the layout outside the current window (or within the current window but very small inside it) without committing the change, inspecting it, and then later undoing if necessary. This creates cycles of tedious user adjustments (especially on small monitors) that really should be possible in one user step, by toggling the preview button on and off, and zooming/scrolling.
This is contrary to most modern UI design principles, which suggest avoiding modes unless they are truly and meaningfully necessary. I don't think this is one of those cases. Photoshop made dialogs for adjustment layers non-modal with CS4, and while there are issues with the newer interface (see John Nack's Configurator workaround), I think it's a win overall. Illustrator needs to catch up in this regard. I realize there is some pretty serious refactoring involved to do this, but it has to be do-able.

Just so you know you're not alone; I've been complaining about AI's archaic dependency upon modal dialogs for many years.
...I'm fully aware of the Transform panel...observing that there's another way to do it...doesn't really address any of my points here...
But it's not "another way to do it," because the functionality is not the same. The modal dialogs include crucial functionality that cannot be done in the Transform palette. For example, moving something in terms of distance and direction (diagonally), instead of merely by lame X and Y factors. Or transforming about an off-object center of transformation, rather than merely by the 9-point proxy.
...the "preview" isn't updated on keyboard entry, and the "preview" checkbox need to be manually toggled on and off...
But the preview does refresh (and does not have to be toggled) in response to keyboard entry if that keyboard entry is by the arrow keys. For example: Select something, doubleClick the Scale tool, click your cursor in the Uniform value field, and tap the up/down arrow keys (or press and hold them). The value will increment and the preview will update with each key tap. (Be sure to teach that to your students.)
That does not, of course, negate the complaint, but it does ameleorate it somewhat. The increments are preset; there are no preference settings for them. (Don't even get me started on preferences that should be doc-specific settings, and vice-versa).
Nor does the valid point that problematic dialogs abound beyond just those associated with the transform tools, but I do agree with it. For just one of many examples, it's nothing short of idiotic that the Scale fields of Transform Each do not have a uniform scaling lock, and that only percentage fields are provided and no explicit dimension fields. Illustrator is quite saturated with such inconsistencies and half-baked implementations.
But...you're often arguing with the emotionally attached Illustrator devoted here. So I wouldn't recommend holding your breath. It would probably be more effective teaching Illustrator's shortcomings to your beginning students. Probably one of the easiest ways to explain the problem of modal dialogs is to point out that you can't change the current selection with the dialog open.

Need to change the navigation bar direction in my site!

I've got my site up and am working with it. I have some sense of HTML coding. My question/situation:
I changed the name of my Home.html page to index.html so that google analytics could spider all my external and internal links. This went off with one major hitch... all the pages after the index page still send "Home" in their navigation bar to Home.html which no longer exists. Where can I find the file/feed/script or whatever to change the internal coding to direct that old Home in the navigation bar to my new index file?

Does there exist anywhere to raise feature requests for any future releases of MBSA?
The additional system information section of the report, and "windows version", it would be useful if it could include service pack number number, as well as flag it as a vulnerability (red X) if the version/SP level identified is out of Microsoft

Can I change the JSP page directive dynamically??

Should I be able to use the JSP page directive...i.e.,
("<% reponse.setContentType("application/vnd.ms-excel"); %>
...to *dynamically* switch the page content depending on the users choice? -- Or, do I have to build separate JSP pages??
I want to be able to switch the content-type based on the user choice from "content="text/html" to "content-type: application/vnd.ms-excel"... or vice versa.
If so, does someone have an JSP example of doing this?

Can you change the date sort direction in Photos?

In iPhoto I had my events sorted by date such that the most recent events came first (at the top) and within the events ordered the other way round, i.e. earlier photos at the top of an event. Can you control the sort order of events in the new Photos app to this degree?
At the moment when I look at the events album that has been imported I can only seem to have the events sorted by name or in date order with the older events at the top.
NB - Does anyone else think "Photos" is a really dumb name for the app when you consider trying to use any search engine to find information about it?
