Only happened after updating to iOS 5?
Apps can only be downloaded via iTunes on your computer (and then synced to the iPad) or directly on the iPad via the App Store app - have you tried downloading it via either of those ?

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > enter your password > set Country/Region to US if your account was created in the US.

When I try to complete an in app purchase a message pops up saying: YOUR PURCHASE CANNOT BE COMPLETED.. I close that and another message pops up saying: CANNOT CONNECT TO THE ITUNES STORE... I am connected to the Internet, can anyone figure this out?

1) SignOut from Your apple itunes account
2) Again Sign In Your iTunes Account
And you can turn off your wifi/internet from your iphone and again turn it on

Honestly, these are WAGs but they're all that I can think of.
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again. -

We are having some problems in Exchange when customers send us emails with large attachments. It doesn't happen all the time which is weird.
The emails show up fine on iPhones although it is very slow to show the whole email and attachment.

According to your description, I understand that the message which is sent from external customers with large attachments can’t be opened in OWA and Outlook for Mac for Exchange users. Is it rights?
If that is the case, please confirm if the issue only happens with the large attachment messages. Please confirm if the message with no attachment sent from the same customer can be received and shown correctly in OWA.
Please recycle the application pools in IIS Manager to have a try. If it doesn’t work, please change the OWA to use Conversation view then check whether the issue persists.

Any type of app or in-app purchases keeps giving me a message saying my purchase cannot be completed. I have money in my account and my software is up to date. My iphon4 dose not download from app store it says "your request cannot be processed"
It is a few months my iphone4 never downloads
There is nothing wrong with my iTunes, is more of the App store that I am concerned about. And I've tried the "Authorise this computer" yes it does download when using iTunes, but no luck with App Store. And, yes I am logged onto iTunes when doing purchases.
I find this really fustrating because the App store works fine on my ipod but once it comes to my macbook, it does not download. A few seconds later after I click on an app to download, the pop up message notifies me that the purchase cannot be downloaded.

Featured Tab in App Store not working

I recently updated to ios 8 and when I open the app store and press on the featured tab, the following message comes up:
¨Item not available. The item you´ve requested is not currently available in the Chile Store, but is available in the US Store. Tap Change Store to view this item¨
This is strange, and has never happened to me before. Again, this was after the update. I live in Chile and have no interest in changing my account to the US Store.
Please help me out..I updated my iPod Touch to iOS 8 and the same thing happens for me but for the Australia Store, it then says the same thing, that it is available in the US Store
