Hi,
You have to use first program grouping and the second program grouping to enroll the employees in a benefits plan. For e.g., your employee is salaried and full-time, then you can maintain SAL in the first program grouping and FULL in the second program grouping. After you have defined these values, you have to use these as the return values in their respective features (BENGR and BSTAT). Once you have done these, when you go to employee master data in IT0171, system will default these values there.
Similary you need to maintain other required features too.

Feature Request // Book Module: Export as indd file and management

Book Module: Export as indd file and management
I would like to request a feature to export a book module as indd file.
I like PDF's but .indd is nice also so we are able to to more in depth layouts.
Having Lightoom being able to manage all your pictures and book layouts would be nice, alot of things can be done in one application.
Another Feature: Using Lightoom as book layout management.
Being able to send a page(s) of the book from lightroom into InDesign to do indepth layout and editing, then being able to send it back into lightroom
Almost similar to how you can send a photo from LR in Photoshop to do indepth editing and then send it back into lightroom.
This could and will ease the workflow of book management and layout design. So lightroom will not only be able to manage photos, but also indesign and book layouts.

Why do repeat it here, as you have already filed a feature request for it?
BTW AFAIK this is already implemented: you can use Adobe Illustrator or InDesign or Opensource Scribus to edit layouts.
They are just not ready to publish how - another sign of the quality processes at Adobe.
But you do not send from the book module.
You create upfront layout templates, which you can import for use inside LR book module.
This is a one-way street.
The book module designers did not acknowledge a use case where you might want to fiddle the exact placement of really chosen images.
It is always you first design a template, then use it.
Love it or leave it - *change it* is not an option that Adobe seems to give to their beta testers.

I'm very excited about your MTS support!
Feature request: Slide show module support for video files...
Say you have 10 takes to choose from. Are you able to almost like SLIDESHOW view the 10 clips full screen so you can decide, like a playlist? Or rate them as they play? It would also be great, like SLIDESHOW to be able to export a MP4 with a title, the 10 clips you are working with, and maybe add an end title and a song, just like SLIDESHOW.
I have found editing stills like this in slideshow far faster than in any other editing program.
Basically, I just need a fast means to view or export an MP4 of a set of video clips to review. You are almost there.

I was also disappointed that video is not supported in the slideshow module -I currently have to use another solution when I want stills mixed with videos, would be great to be ablo to keep it all in LR!

I wish we could have the "reveal clipping" feature in Library, so while we are
reviewing sharpness, we can also toss clipped pix. Now we have to go to
develop and go thru them all over again AND the 1:1 previews are slow there.

RawDigger isn't a tool I use for that purpose, but I guess you could. I've only used it to get a better idea of what a clipped raw file actually looks like in LR and on my camera's histogram. Raw Digger or Rawnalyze will help you do that. More info here:

Also keep in mind that PV2012 uses auto highlight recovery, so PV2010 and PV2012 histograms and clipping indicators look quite different. PV2012 generally hides some raw clipping, while PV2010 looks much worse than reality. Neither one is 100% accurate!

Go ahead and try it for yourself. To get the above histogram view in RawDigger make sure you check 'Log Scale' under 'Y' Axis Range. The above raw image looks way over-exposed in both PV2010 and PV2012, but notice that PV2012 only show slight clipping in the white patch. RawDigger shows a little over 50 red and blue pixels clipped, and about 50,000 green pixels. So we have a total of ~ .05/21.1 Mp = 0.24% clipped pixels. Not a heck of a lot!
Here's the above image adjusted to match one shot at -1 2/3 EV (i.e. shows no clipping in PV2010). The only real difference is that the yellow postit looks slightly paler, due to the clipped green pixels (i.e. insufficient green). The optimum exposure (i.e. without clipping) was -2/3 EV. If you chose the -1 2/3 EV image your s/n ratio will be cut in half (-1 EV). At high ISO it makes a big difference in shadow noise, especially with PV2012's excellent shadow recovery. ERGO- ETR (Expose To The Right)
This is probably way more information than you wanted, but better to be informed than work in the dark (pun). Here's the view in Rawnalyze confirming clipping in the the 100% white patch (what we want) and postit. Rawnalye's clipping indicator uses the "clipped color, " which for green clipping is magenta (i.e. R+B-G):

Feature Request - Book Module export to jpgs!

So dissapointed that you can't export the books to anything but blurb (not really a pro photographer solution!) or PDF. My lab doesn't take PDFs, so I have to convert everything to jpg from PDF. Kind of a workflow killer

Ditto. I just spent an hour trying to find either another source for books that accepts pdfs, or to get LR4 to produce a jpeg. Both failed.
In order for the book section to be useful to professionals, it needs to output high resolution jpegs.

What is the model of the WWAN Module in a HP TX1000Z Tablet PC?

I recently have acquired a HP TX1000Z Tablet PC, which features a WWAN module. I was wondering if someone could tell me the exact device brand and model (as in, Sierra Wireless MCXXXX (XXXX are numbers)), because I looked in the repair guide for the TX1000Z tablet PC and it just said "HP WWAN Module". The module's part number is 442023-001.
If no one can tell me, I will have to find out myself, I guess.

I can find no information on that part, Hp does not even have a driver listed for it.

Cannot complete action when trying to Activate Bug Tracking Modules

I am trying to activate the Bug Tracking Modules feature on a site, and the error message is: Cannot Complete Action.
I have been able to Activate this feature earlier on my site and they still work.
I can activate the Bug Tracking List Instances, but not the modules.
I run WSS30/MOSS with service pack 1

Installing Hyper-V Powershell Module on Virtual Machine

I have a situation where I am running Hyper-V 2012 and have several virtual RemoteApp RDS servers (server 2012 R2) with a user profile disk server (also 2012R2 virtual machine) that stores all of the VHDX user profile disks. I want to perform some maintenance
on the VHDX files by running optimize-vhd to compact the disks to keep them from being larger than they need to be. Anyhow, that PowerShell commandlet won't run unless the Hyper-V module is installed but in order to install it, the Hyper-V role must be installed.
Since it's a virtual machine, it's not supported to install the Hyper-V role (although I hear it may be possible) so I was wondering if it is possible to install only the Hyper-V PowerShell modules. I would just use a Hyper-V server to run it but the commandlet
does not seem to allow UNC/Share paths. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your time!

I tested on my hyper-v enviroment, and installed the feature "Hyper-v Module for Windows Powershell" on VM, and I could run the cmdlet "optimize-vhd", however, It couldn't run successfully without Hyper-v Role installed:
In addition, if you just want to compact the vhd file on vm, how about using the command "DiskPart":
You can then complete the compacting using diskpart from a Command Prompt:
Run diskpart
Select the disk via its path: select vdisk file="<path>"
Attach it as read-only: attach vdisk readonly
Compact it: compact vdisk
Upon completion of the compact, detach it again: detach vdisk
You can then re-attach it via Disk Management in its normal and newly compacted state

How To Deploy Knockout.js As a Feature?

Hi.
I would like to create a visual studio solution to allow deployment of knockout.js as a feature so that it is only ever loaded once into a SharePoint page and can be used within webparts. I already load other scripts into my masterpage like jQuery
and some custom javascript.
Is it possible to do this? If so, is there an example VS solution?
At what scope should knockout.js be deployed in the solution? Web, Site Collection, Farm?

I think you may have used the same method as described below for deploying your Jquery,
anyways, You can create feature with a module and add the files to the Style library and once you have the module added to MS VS project, then open the elements.xml file and replace the <File Path="Module1\Sample.txt" Url="Module1/Sample.txt"

Want to know about ACE module in 6509 : load-balancing concept

I am quite new in this field , where i need to configure and understand the concept of load-balancing through ACE.
In my existing network set-up , i have some application servers as well as some other servers where i am looking for load-balancing.
I have gone through some of the site and cisco site as well and i came across ACE module which can be installed in 6509 switch.
I have 6509 switch as well but before going for installing the ACE module I am keen to understand below things:
1) what is difference between CSM or any other product load-balancer and ACE module :

1) I have some of the server configured with clustering and getting one virtual IP, In this case , will ACE work ?
2) If suppose i go for configuring different IP address with all server IP :
How do i achieve it ?

4) will the load-balancing happens based on destination based or session based ?
Please share the knowledge. It would be great help for me to go ahead with ACE and configure it and understand all the application ?

1) what is difference between CSM or any other product load-balancer and ACE module :
There are several differences but to say simply, you get higher performance and more features with ACE module/appliance comparing others.
One big difference is that with ACE seriese, you can configure multiple contexts on one box (virtual load-balancers on one box) that makes us possible to provide a virtual load-balancer to a customer. In that way, the customer can access and makes changes on only the virtual box. You can split management domain for each customers. Also using contexts, you can assign certain resources available on the hardware for each contexts according to their service contract.
ACE serise has specific hardware chip for supporting SSL termination but some others do not.
For instance, you need a CSM-S, or a CSM and a SSL module to terminate SSL.
The other thing I should mention is that our most recent product is ACE serise that means it has longer product roadmap.
Let me try clarifying your other questions.

I think I'd better to put 3) and 4) first.
Virtual ip address (VIP) is the address to which client accesses.
VIP is tied with a serverfarm or serverfarms, in a serverfarm one or multiple rservers can be configured.
"serverfarm" is a group of "rservers".
"rserver" means real-server that has an ip address and processes transactions.
When a client accesses to the VIP, ACE picks up a rserver according to algorithm.
If you configure a VIP that is tied with a serverfarm where only one rsever is configured, client accesses to the virtual ip address are
all forwarded to the rserver.
If you configure a VIP that is tied with a serverfarm where multiple rsevers are configured, client accesses to the virtual ip address are
balanced among those rservers.
If you configure multiple VIPs, client accesses to those VIPs are forwareded to corresponding rservers according to configuration.
1) I have some of the server configured with clustering and getting one virtual IP, In this case , will ACE work ?
ACE load-balances connections to configured rservers.
If the clustered servers are sharing one virtual ip address and you configure the virtual ip address as a rserver, all connections are
sent to the virtual ip address. That is not "load-balancing" on ACE... You need multiple rservers to which ACE load-balances connections.
2) If suppose i go for configuring different IP address with all server IP :
How do i achieve it ?
You can configure those ip addresses as rserver ip address.
Multiple rservers are tied into a group, "serverfarm".
I'm not certain about your culstered servers but I guess you can configure each ip addresses in the culster as rservers.
Then put those rservers in a serverfarm.Client accesses to a virtual ip address configured on ACE for the serverfarm.
This way connections are load-balanced among those rservers depending on load-balancing algorithm you choose.
Above is just an overveiw. ACE gives you granular control not mentioned above.
I can provide more specific information if you tell me details of what you are trying to archive with ACE.
