Fedup with service by customer service

Dear All,
Can you please guide me how can i received my mobile from service center. it was submitted by me on 24th oct.14 now almost 2 month is over and still mobile is in repairing process. in fact they charge me 18000/- for the same and it was paid also but still they are enjoying my mobile keeping with them. i received 2 mails from Sony saying ,
"As your device is under process the approximate time will be 3 Working days."
Once it is ready, we will communicate the same to you.
We appreciate your patience.
Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance"
Still I am not getting any call from Sony service center.
Please guide me for the same.

I'm sorry but you need to contact the Sony Repair Center ,yourself because i think,just a thought,they won't give a call to you.

    Other than what Shotist007's remarks (which solves nothing) your experience is not common. First I would speak to the store manager to get things rectified for you. If that doesn't work out then I would contact AppleCare and speak to a customer service representative and complain via that venue.

  • Really Frustrated with Lack of Customer Service

    I have landline, DSL Internet and then a separate mobile and data plan with you. I cam home yesterday and it seemed Fios was being installed or serviced next door or two doors down. I can not connect to the Internet via my DSL. My data plan is 75% used up. I tried calling customer service numerous times and was default routed to something automated in Spanish, which I do not speak.It not seem to be saying anything about unavailability due to time, and your web page does not seem to conspicuously sayt anything as to that either. I have a cordless phone. It was using up battery possibly on the way to nowhere even though I stayed on a good while. I tried another option at one point, you had someone with what seemed an Indian or Pakistani accident who was available to SELL me something.He spoke fast. I was asking him to be connected to customer service and he was telling me to call the number but not listening to what I was saying about the language problem. Eventually he LAUGHED at me and apparently hung up. I don't feel Verizon really cares about its customers. You care about SELLING more poor service to us. YOUR home page and a lot else looks like that. I need help. You are acting Too Big To Serve. The problem with my connection seems to be your line to me or, possibly, my modem that came with service many years ago needs to be replaced. But there is no one to communicate with, even though you are supposedly about communication.

    I am facing problem while creating customer specific areas with services. We have a development for Appraisals and trying to make it work via ESS.
    I have defined resource for area page, defined area, assigned area to an area group page.
    Still the Area is not displaying on Area page.
    Please let me know as to where I have gone wrong.

  • Report issue on Virtual cube with services

    Hi,
    I'm following a how-to document to report on a virtual cube using a custom function module and everything seems to be OK except it is dumping at the following line which is included in the How To document "How Tou2026Implement a virtual InfoProvider with Services".
    Both <l_s_data> and E_T_DATA  are of same data types as discussed in the how-to document.
    append <l_s_data> to E_T_DATA
    These are the declarations which are same as HowTo document
    E_T_DATA TYPE  STANDARD TABLE
    FIELD-SYMBOLS: <l_s_data> TYPE ANY.
    Did any one face this issue. Greatly appreciate any insight into this issue. We are on BW 3.0B.

    Report has only Z_CRNUM & Z_SR

    K____504 is the technical name of Z_SR in virtual provider.

  • 2010 to 2013 migration problem with service application

    With a 3rd party migrator we are able to migrate a simple 2010 site to 2013. By simple UI level approach sites are migrated easily. But we have a large project where we have good amount of work done on various service applications. 
    We are facing problem to migrate entire 2nd SP2010 application with service applications. Do any one has idea of smooth migration of large service applications to 2013 with avepoint or quest tools?
    If faced same problem then share steps.

    The Microsoft guidance for upgrading a SP2010 farm to SP2013 is in the link below. Most of your existing SharePoint out of the box service applications can be upgraded also. This includes User Profile Service Application and the Search Service Application.
    Custom service applications most likely not upgradeable. Hopefully the guidance was followed so there should be no problems.

  • After BI install SIA and Tomcat could not start with service account.

    Hi BO Gurus,
    I want to install BO child node (Expand the parent install)
    Client IT prepared a system with MS Server 2012 with Windows 8 as OS, and assigned a Service Account for me.
    I gave service account following permissions -
    Act as a part of operating system
    log on as a batch
    log on as a service
    After this I rebooted the system and logged in with Service Account credentials. Started the installer, performed custom/expand install.
    the install was successful.
    When I opened CCM, both Tomcat and SIA are running under 'localsystem' account.
    I want them to run under service account --> i sopped SIA and changed credentials in 'Log on as' box under SIA properties.--> Click on 'apply' and 'OK'
    When I go on and start SIA I get following error -
    ' The Service did not start due to log on failure'.
    The same service account runs services on 3 other BO boxes including parent node of the above install and 2 other DS boxes and everything apart from this machine works exactly fine.
    Please help!

          BI 4.x Platform will NOT work on Desktop OS like Windows 7 / 8.x / 8.1, it required 64bit Server Operating system.   See attached screenshot.

  • SQLException with service pack 2

    I am using weblogic 6.1 with jdbc connections to sybase database. With service
    pack 1, I have no problem connecting.
    The only thing that I change is pointing to service pack 2 instead of service
    pack 1 and i get the following exception:

    are returned to a known, standard state before being allowed to
    be
    re-used.
    This involves
    making some standard JDBC metadata calls. Unfortunately Sybase
    has
    decided
    to implement
    some calls in it's driver, to require some stored procedures in
    the
    DBMS,
    that are not there
    in the standard DBMS! Sybase provides a sql script to install
    the
    needed
    procedures in the
    DBMS. You should download that script, and ask your DBA to run
    it
    to
    install the procedures,
    so the Sybase JDBC driver will work completely.

  • Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh with Service Bus 1.1 Error

    Hi I have installed and configured Workflow Manager 1.0 Refresh with Service Bus 1.1.
    I didn't face any errors while installing or configuring the SB 1.1 and WFM 1.0.
    I used the Workflow Configuration Wizard to configure the SB 1.1 and WFM 1.0 instances.
    I have some workflows where I have custom code activities that put messages into the topic or pull messages from the topic.
    I'm able publish these WFs to the scope as well.
    However, when I try to execute these workflows, it throws up the following error:
    Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ServiceBus, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT:
    0x80131040)
    I checked the ServiceBus dll version that is present in the WF Artificats and WFWebroot/Bin folders and find that the versions of this dll in both the folders is: 2.0.40131.0 (the version of the dll in the Service Bus folder is 2.1.30904.0).
    How do I get the WFM to load the latest SB 1.1 dll?

    What is the account used to install Workflow in Staging and Dev environment
    I assume that Workflow in Staging might be installed with different account that can cause issue
    Also check ULS log and Event log on Workflow manager server and sharepoint server when workflow does not execute
    I assume it is working on DEV so I dont trust DEV environment. Try the same setup on a different machine(Preferred new).
    Also check server level permission for the account like if working and non working account can access system drive.

Now its more than a month, and I am very much frustrated with your service.
    And on 29.01.2010, I called the HP call center for any assistance regarding this issue. They gave me with your Contact no (044-39189609) and mail id. They said that you are Service delivery co-coordinator and the primary contact for support. I tried calling you continuously for more than 2 hours that afternoon on 29.01.2010 and left with no response. So I came down personally all the way to your office in
    Jeypore Hall, New No.241,Peters Road, Chennai - 86. Again after a long wait you came out to attend. You checked out the details and committed me that you have received the necessary spares to repair my laptop, and i will get my delivery on next day(Saturday 30.01.2010). I gave you one more working day extra and asked for delivery on or before 01.02.2010, which you promised to do so. I requested you to send me a mail stating the reason for the delay and the new delivery commitment(01.02.2010) you promised me in written, as i was fed up with the verbal commitments from HP. you agreed to send me a mail. And after an hour when i called you, you said me that you were not allowed by your boss in HP to send me a written commitment through mail. Still you convinced me that you will take all the necessary action and keep up your deliver commitment.
    Today (01.02.2010) morning when I called you to follow up with my product delivery, you put me on conference call with Mr.Robinson, head of Maha electronics. And he informed me that my product is ready and is on the way for delivery. And by evening when I got the delivery, i found the touch pad not working and the display had problems showing double images or half images. So I called you again to inform this problem. You gave me the mobile number of Mr. Robinson and told to contact him. You assured me that you will also look in to the issue. I called Robinson and he said that he will follow up with his engineer and call me back immediately. After a long wait as i did not get any call back. i tried calling Mr. Robinson or yourself, but no body is lifting my call.
    KINDLY ADVISE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
    I AM FED UP LISTENING TO NEW COMMITMENTS EVERY TIME.

  • ORADC problem on Windows 2000 with Service pack 1 and service pack 2

    Hi,
    I have a VB application running on NT4.0 workstations. It uses
    ORADC control to talk to ORACLE 7.3 When I load it on Windows
    2000 with service pack 1 or service pack 2, I encounter some
    problems.
    The ORADC control is used in most of the VB forms and the
    Refresh method of the ORADC conrol is used to refresh the APEX
    TRUE DBGRID PRO control. When this action is executed, I receive
    a run time error
    "Method Refresh of object '_DORADC' failed Err#: -2147417848
    It works fine when no service pack is applied on Win2K.
    Can anyone tell me what's going on?

    I have a general doubt regarding two Standard InfoCubes
    We have two InfoCubes FIGL_C01, FIGL_C01, based on which we have two Virtual InfoCubes with services. FIGL_VC1, FIGL_VC2.
    What is the necessity for maintaining these InfoProviders as we are already having the base InfoCubes on which we can derive the queries.
    What is the basic use of Virutal InfoCube with Services.

From the technical point of view, the service determines the item indicator in the key for the financial statement items depending on the balance in the respective node in the financial statement structure.</i>

  • Virtual infocube with services - division of suppliers in categories

    Hello,
    I’ve a problem and the idea to solve it with a virtual infocube with services. But unfortunately I don’t know if it’s really possible to solve it like this.
    The scenario is:
    I’ve suppliers, turnovers, goods (which have been delivered) and different quality deficiencies.  In dependence of the turnover with each supplier, they will be ranked. For the position in the ranking they get points. From this start points one have to subtract points for the different quality deficiencies. In dependence of this end-sum, the suppliers will be divided into categories. And this division should be shown in the query.
    But the suppliers can vary in each run of the query in dependence of the selection in the query. And the turnover of each supplier which depends on the selected goods can vary, too. So the division into the different categories depends on the selection and is dynamic. One doesn’t know this before. And so it isn’t possible to save the category of each supplier in an infoprovider.
    Now I want to know, if it’s possible to solve this with a virtual infocube with services.
    I hope there’s somebody who can help me. Thank you.

    Hello Susanne,
    first of all, yes, it can be solved with VirtualProviders. But I wouldn't expect it to have a good performance. It depends on the number of data records we are talking about.
    When you create a VirtualProvider you should make sure that the RFC Packing switch is flagged on. You can then get the selections in the tables-parameter selection with the structure bapi6200sl. Now you need to read the raw data for your selection. Either use the function module RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ or write the data into an ODS to simplify the selection.
    Based on the raw data you need to do you calculation and write the data back to the table data.
    For details of the implementation of the VirtualProvider and the function module you can check the SDN. These topics are also covered in my book ABAP Development in SAP BW - User Exits and BAdIs that was lately translated into English.
