Feedback App is gone. How do I regain it?

Hello All,
Many of the Modern apps stopped working after one of the last updates. I was able to find similar issues and fixes that essentially included using Powershell to "refresh" the modern apps. (The error had to do with the app manifest's contract).
However, the Feedback app was also an unresponsive app, and I was unable to find it installed. Is there any help or method to re-install or otherwise get the app back on my system sans a full reinstall?

As MakeMeLaugh has pointed out, if the app is missing, you will need to refresh your PC to restore the Feedback app.

Aren't they in your iTunes library? If so, sync them back to your phone. If not, redownload them (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519).

As long as it's still available in the app store, and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy/download it, then you should be able to re-download it for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

You can get iTunes purchases back by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other items you need to get them from whee yuo got them the first time.
The iPod backup that iTunes makes does not include synced mediai like apps and music. If those ore not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you performed the update they are lost.

I kind of ran into the same issue when I checked my purchased apps on my iPad in the iTunes store. A bunch were not there. I then looked at iTunes on my computer and again, a bunch were missing. I realized I had not synched in quite a while. Once I synched everything was ok. As the poster above said, iTunes knows you have already purchased them so you can redownload for free. However, be aware that when you do red own load you will be asked to pay again, just say ok and the next popup will say that you have already purchased the app.
Lesson I learned - synch more often. Boy, I can't wait for IOS5......

Unless you have the app and its contents backed up, they are gone.

Try going to file-devices-restore from backup, if you dont have a backup then you may redownload past purchases (movies, music, apps, etc) from their respective stores by visiting "purchased" section.

If you have failed to make sure that any apps purchased on the iphone were transferred to your computer before updating, then you will have to redownload.
