Fehler bei Installation Muse cc 2014.3
Über die CC will ich auf meinem iMac mis OS 10.10.2 Muse CC 2014.3 installieren. Jedesmal bricht er bei 42 % ab. Dabei war vorher schon Muse installiert, das das Updateprogramm vom Rechner gelöscht hat...
Fehlermeldung gibt er aber noch aus:

Keine ahnung, aber sieht so aus, als ob vom vorherigen Install noch irgendwelche Referenzen im Dateisystem vorhanden sind. In dem Fall müßte man die wohl einfach manuell löschen und es dann noch mal versuchen, also beispielsweise dein Alias auf dem Dock/ Launchpad in die Tonne kloppen und den Papierkorb auch leeren...

Fehler bei Installation von Photoshop/Premiere Elements 12
Installation wird zurückgesetzt, weil die gemeinsam verwendeten Technologien nicht installiert werden können.
Analyse der Log-Files und die vorgeschlagenen Hilfesetllungen im Forum hab ich probiert - ohne Erfolg.
Mein System:
Win 7 Home Premium SP 1
12 GB RAM
256 SSDKonnte das Problem selber lösen - anscheinend hat es mit dem Windows-Installer ein Problem gegeben. Zur Reparatur habe ich das Programm "Windows Repair" von Tweaking.com installiert und ausgeführt. Danach war die Installation ohne Probleme möglich.
Netter Nebeneffekt, nachdem ich das Prohramm laufen hab lassen, läuft Windos stabiler
Vielleicht hilft das auch anderen Nutzern, die ähnliche Probleme haben.

Hallo,
kann Photoshop Elements 12 als trial nicht installieren.
Fehler bei Installation von gemeinsame Technologien.
Mein System: Windows 8, 64bit.
Bereits installiert: Lightroom 5.2 und Photoshop elements 10 + 11. Alle 3 Kaufversionen. Keine Trials.
Der ASA findet keine Fehler.
Nach meiner Suche im Internet soll es an einem anderen Adobe Programm liegen.
Aber an welchem? Und wenn ich dieses lösche, um PSE 12 zu installieren, kann ich es anschließend wieder installieren oder bekomme ich dann auch diesen Technologie-Fehler bei meinem gekauften Programm.

Adobe Muse CC (2014) - Installation Fails, then Finishes, but no application.
I'm having trouble installing Muse. the installer gets to 84% and fails.
I've uninstalled, repaired permissions, booted from repair partition and repaired, zapped PRAM and then tried them all again twice, but it still doesn't install.
Here's the error that I get:

I've seen this thread but it didn't fix anything: Update Muse CC failed, I tried again but it didn't work. All other 6 updates succeeded. Message was: installation failur…
And I've tried everything on this page multiple times: Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps
After clicking on "Retry" multiple times, it eventually installs, but the application is not in my Application folder and is nowhere to be found. I quit the Creative cloud app and relaunch it after a "Successful Install'" but the application isn't installed and the CC app shows that I need to upgrade it.
Muse CC shows up as installed even though I uninstalled it.
I've updated it several times, but it still will either fail, or finish and not actually install anything.
** UPDATE **
Tried installing on another computer. while the install said it failed, the application appeared in the application folder and it worked. It failed at 84-85% and apparently the uninstaller wasn't installed. I copied the Muse CC 2014 folder to my machine, restarted the creative cloud app and everything works. no idea why the CC app fail to install Muse, but the act of uninstalling it the first time removed my ability to reinstall Muse. It's working now but was a pain.Same thing here. Will have to work with ver. 7.4 until you guys figure out what the issue is. Please let me know how to resolve.
This update installation process is completely different from previous ones where updates would install within Muse application; this update takes you to Adobe application website - offers "Download" of Muse 2014. This is confusing to me...does this mean download a completely new Muse or install an update? Clicking download offers me all CC applications "Try, try, try" etc. or, for Muse to "Install". Clicking install eventually brought me to OP's issue above.

Muse CC 2014.1 Installation Fails
I have been using Muse CC 2014 on a PC with a fully-updated version of Windows 7. Recently, the CC Desktop App informed me that a new version was available so I tried to install it from there. I got the error message below.

I totally uninstalled the old version. I made sure (as best I could) that there were no partial versions of Muse anywhere on my computer.
After much Googling, I did (or attempted to do) everything suggested on this page Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during installation except for running the Adobe Cleaner Tool. I did not run the Adobe Cleaner Tool because I don't want to have to reinstall Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Encore, and all the other stuff I use every day.
I have tried other stuff but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was able to uninstall and update other apps both immediately before and immediately after I started having trouble with Muse. I use most of the CC suite and Muse is the only one that is giving me problems. The two previous versions (CC and CC 2014) worked fine and I had no problem with updates or new versions. Muse 2014.1 installed just fine on the PC laptop I use sometimes but it isn't installing on my desktop PC.
The install location is C:\Program Files\Adobe.
Below are all the errors listed in the log. I am including them in context so you can see what came before and after. If you need me to post the whole log, I can do that.

Muse: deux installations de Muse CC 2014 ???
Bonjour,
Je ne suis pas utilisateur de Muse pour le moment mais j'ai installé la version 2014 en attendant de pouvoir m'y intéresser. Je voulais simplement savoir si d'autres membres ont eu le même petit "problème" que celui décrit ci-dessous.
Alors que Muse CC (2014) est déjà installée, je suis invité depuis quelques jours à l'installer (pas à mettre à jour!). J'ai ouvert le programme Muse et j'ai été invité à faire la mise à jour (donc pas à une nouvelle installation). J'accepte et c'est la nouvelle installation qui commence!?!
En fin de mise à jour/nouvelle installation, je me retrouve dans le Creative Cloud avec deux icônes d'installation de Muse CC (02014) dont les liens "voir les didacticiels" aboutissent à deux pages différentes.
- Celui correspondant à la première installation renvoi vers Logiciel site web | Télécharger Adobe Muse CC gratuit, version d'essai
- Celui correspondant à la "nouvelle installation" renvoi vers Formation et support Muse CC | Didacticiels, aide, dépannage et communauté
Vérification faite, il n'y a qu'une seule installation de Musealso if i copy from a different app then try copy and paste an element in muse cc and paste it the info from the other copy will be pasted in musecc

Muse CC (2014) is said to be installed by my creative cloud app, but it isn't. Would like to update, but can't because the installer *thinks* it's up to date. What can I do?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
If that fails as well, please create a new admin user account on your computer. Login with this new user and try to install Muse. Please let me know how it goes.

HELP! After upgrading to Muse CC (2014.3) I got the information that the font "FiraSans" on my site is no longer available for muse sites. How can this be?? And what can I do? After all it´s a free font. You can´t seriously throw it out of your program without further notice?! I´m really pissed off ...

My solution was to open the "Go" (= "Gehe zu") menu and press ALT to make the user library appear.
Außerdem wäre hier ein etwas weniger "aggressiver" Ton eher angebracht. Du bist hier in einem Forum mit einem sehr ausgeprägten Backup durch die Entwicklercrew. Und wenn denen ein Fehler unterläuft, dann sind sie bestrebt, ihn schnellstmöglich zu korrigieren.
Also keinerlei Grund für Unterstellungen (" You can´t seriously throw it out of your program without further notice?!" und andere Anwürfe ("I´m really pissed off")

Greyed out Menu in Muse CC 2014
So I recently updated to the new Adobe Muse program, however, whenever I try to convert my previous website into the application. It seems all of the menus are greyed out. So basically I can't do anyhting toher than look at my website... I'm using the trial version of Adobe Muse CC 2014. Is this the new trial limitation? Or is my program bugged?
Any help would be appreciated as I can't wait to get my hands and try out the new program!So it seems to be fixed! The first thing I did was uninstall Adobe Muse CC 2014 along with all the previous Muse installations. I then re-installed just Muse CC 2014, and made sure to have Creative Cloud running while I opened Muse. All of the options now show up. If I don't have Creative Cloud running while I open Muse, it goes back to being greyed out. Really strange....
However, now when I open Muse I get this error. But if I don't close that window or click "Okay", I can still use Muse.... weird.
Anyways, hope that helps anyone else having this problem! Works for now, hopefully Adobe can push out an update to fix this.
